Bowletta and Shroob won't be a problem for DIO, but it would start getting difficult at Dark Star Core and the Dreamy Bosses are most likely too powerful, even if it is a composite of parts 1 and 3.

ZA WARUDO OBA HEBUN is basically a straight-up Reality Warper, right? Bea's Embrasque sword is described as something that "devours causality", which hints on a similar power, but all it does is to give her extra power when she is in danger. This isn't very useful when your opponent can just erase you instantly.

Ran could probably kill him just by staying at long range. Plus she's quite the Damage-Sponge Boss, so a few hits won't hurt her too badly.

They're all close-ranged dudes while Davy has more range, invulnerability to dying as long as his heart isn't able to be hit, and a Kraken. It might take some time, but he's getting out of this fight.

Genie's powers are severely decreased after Al freed him, Al himself cannot fight somepony who has been taught by Celestia, and the others have next to no fighting skills. Besides, fire attacks is usually a bad thing for desert people. So Sunset Shimmer wins, though Genie might give her a bit of a hard time.

Splendy could win just by befriending him. However, in an actual fight, Saitama would probably win no problem, although the teleporting may be a bit of an issue at first.

I feel like Ran could take him, but that hinges on her ability to get anything through his armor and shield. Plus it’s Link, so this is going to be a very long fight.

Kaminari might be a bit screwed unless he goes full on 1.3 million volts on them, but it's a risk because if any of them survive that and he shorts himself out it's an autowin for the mantis lords.

By herself, UMP40 deals nowhere enough damage to defeat Elphelt before running out of HP. With some micromanaging, it's possible for her to completely avoid Elphelt's Genoverse, but the real threat would be her highly damaging and accurate basic attacks. The only rational thing for her to do is to pull back and request assistance from a RF/HG squad.
