If we take the upgrades for Saints Row at face value, The Boss is immune to everything except blunt force (for some reason only applicable when it's not by a vehicle), can rapidly regenerate any damage that is taken and has infinite ammo with bottomless magazines.
Even if that isn't the case, she still tears her way through a sci-fi military force like tissue paper, and those guys have fucking VTOL jets with LASERS. And then she does the same for a actual sci-fi alien force. Granted, it's mostly in VR, but even IRL she cuts through them like tissue paper.
But EXCELSUS is a fucking Metal Gear. With giant heat blades. Unless the Boss has explosives powerful enough to damage the undoubtedly more durable MG, she's fucked.
...Unless she also has superpowers. Which Saints Row IV obviously gives IRL in the final mission. But this is the Third's boss, she doesn't have 'em.
If Sirin was the main protagonist... Kinda, anyway.

I'm not familiar with DK, but I have a sneaking suspicion that he's highly resistant to bullets (if not outright immune). That, and he can outrun Exusiai even in complex terrain. She's screwed without backup.

Cassidy can survive anything that isn't sunlight, so he'd probably be okay, with some cheeky bags if blood, of course. Not that it'd be very enjoyable, I'd say it'd be as bad as some of the horrible physical torture he already goes through during the series.

I forgot to mention that the totem theoretically also affects things on the level of a world-shaping entity and his personal nemesis, but yeah, massive area damage is pretty much the Achilles' Heel of this build.

August Kuratov's Module-1 can manipulate almost all forms of tech in a close range. Lightsabers are presumably not electronic either, but it's not like Dick's going to use them. Kuratov himself is quite strong and extremely durable, so injecting a bunch of drugs and jumping at him is not going to work either.
All in all, Dick Earthquake is probably more formidable than the Zaschitniki, but it's going to be over as soon as he gets a mine flung towards his face.
