- Complete Monster:
- Kamen Rider Wizard: The Promised Place: The Ogre Phantom, the first Big Bad, is a power-hungry, cannibalistic Phantom who hunts and devours other Phantoms to gain their abilities. Unable to be contained by Wiseman, Ogre targeted WizarDragon to be his next victim, intending on devouring him to become the strongest Phantom in existence. Stealing the Hope Ring from Haruto, Ogre uses it to resurrect a despair-filled Koyomi, asking if he will get her killed again or leave her alive to wreak havoc. Invading Haruto's Underworld with Legion's powers, Ogre attempted to consume WizarDragon, incapable of realizing that it was now Haruto's symbol of determination.
- Kamen Rider Gaim: Sengoku Battle Royale!: Bujin Gaim/Kamen Rider Bujin Gaim, the second Big Bad, is the alternate counterpart of Kamen Rider Gaim in an Alternate Universe where warring tribes accompanied by Bujin Riders strive for supremacy. Beholden to no lord, unlike his fellow Bujin Riders, Gaim leads his armies and exterminates clan after clan in his path of conquest, tearing apart countries while capturing the souls of the Bujin Riders and massacring everyone else. With an army of enslaved Bujin Riders and the power of the "Miko of Fate" whom he seeks to sacrifice, Bujin Gaim desires nothing less than to rule the world.
- He Really Can Act: How some feel about Shunya Shiraishi's acting when he's portraying Haruto giving Koyomi a Cooldown Hug and telling her she's his hope.
- Harsher in Hindsight: Nitoh exits the movie with a new source of food for Chimera: the fruit of Helheim. This is also the last time Nitoh appeared in anything. This may be negated with Nitoh scheduled to make an appearance in Kamen Rider Zi-O.
- Hilarious in Hindsight:
- Kaito, the second Rider, carries on the spirit of a gun-wielding Nobunaga, and gains a fancy new coat in the process.
- Kamen Rider Baron wore the OOO Arms over his red base armor in this film. Eiji's actor Shu Watanabe would later portray Ken Kurenai in BraveStorm, the pilot of the Humongous Mecha Red Baron.
- They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character: While the other Riders get some good mileage out of their Legend Rider Arms forms, Gaim does nothing with Wizard Arms. All he does in it is say Haruto's Catchphrase and then he pulls out a Lock Vehicle to fight Bujin Gaim on, which is something he could've done with almost any other Arms form. Pretty much the only purpose it serves in the movie is one joke and advertising merchandise. Thankfully, it gets more use in Heisei Riders vs. Shōwa Riders by Fifteen.
- Visual Effects of Awesome: Koyomi walking on the surface of the water in the Wizard portion, with no indication of CGI.
