Believe it or not, that big girl to the left is the little sister.

A slice of life comedy webcomic about a boy named Jack Drake, who has returned home after a couple years from studying abroad, eager to see his family again. His family's eager to see him too, especially his little sister Rose. He was supposed to meet her, only to find some big' changes have occurred while he was away, least of all her now being taller than him and bustier to boot. And she's really, really glad to see her brother again! How will Jack deal with this very special little sister?

You can read it in full here. The artist, N647, has a deviantART account as well.

Tropes:

  • Academic Athlete: In school, Jack is usually at the top of his class, and an active member of the track team. This earned him a scholarship to study abroad, from which he was just returning by the time the story begins.
    • Thanks to her changes, Rose is shaping up to be this as well.
  • The Ace: Rose has shaped up to not only have an over-sexed Amazon body, but is also a genius as well as doing secret government work. Megan expresses great envy of this until she realizes she managed to beat Rose in swimming.
  • A-Cup Angst: Megan expresses shades of this at times, even though she's pretty busty herself for an average girl. It's just that the other girls in Jack's life are unnaturally larger.
    • While at the gym, Dr. Lilly complains to Megan about having these issues as well, bemoaning that she can't get a boyfriend with big girls like Rose around.
  • Affectionate Gesture to the Head: Jack gives one to Megan after she protests on being possibly accused of taking advantage of Rose when Jack warns his sister about letting people touch her. Rose then demands a head pat from him as well.
  • Armor-Piercing Question: After the 2nd D&D session, Jack asks Rose what is she trying to prove with making Eclaire just like her and Mimi.
  • Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking: As Dr. Lilly brings in Jack and Megan, she lists their transgressions: trespassing, breaking and entering, fleeing arrest, espionage, and skipping school.
  • Bespectacled Cutie: Megan, especially when it's really easy to get her flustered.
  • Big Eater: As a side-effect of her new body, Rose has become this, first exemplified when she makes a big order at a fast food stall... then asks Jack what he wants.
  • Big Little Sister: Rose, though she certainly didn't start out that way. In fact, she was naturally smaller than Jack before he left to study abroad. Turns out, this was the result of a Super Serum.
  • Brother–Sister Incest: Downplayed since Jack is adopted into the Drake family after his parents died, but it's still there between him and Rose.
  • Childhood Friends: Jack Drake and Megan James have been this since their first year at school. They even have a Friendly Rivalry going on in online video games and track.
  • Chucking Chalk: During Rose's first day in school, the teacher does this to her for asking too many questions to Jack during class (not to mention all the gossip from all the other students). This also has the side effect of bursting Rose's uniform buttons loose, and requiring her to go to the teacher's office.
  • Clingy Jealous Girl: Rose shows this at times in regards to Jack. That said, she actually doesn't mind, as long as she can share with those other girls.
  • Delicate and Sickly: Rose was actually this prior to the story, and had to be hospitalized. While Jack was away, a lot of tests were run on her, and she was given an experimental serum from her dad, and by the time she was discharged, she received a huge growth spurt.
  • Distant Finale: The last panel takes place a year later right after everyone's graduated with top marks. Megan ended up missing out for weeks after getting sick, but she manages to show up, and all we see is Jack's reaction.
  • Distracted by the Sexy: Rose is driven to school instead of walking there because of passing drivers crashing their vehicles while ogling her.
  • Father, I Want to Marry My Brother: It becomes clearer as the story progresses that Rose has this attitude towards Jack. It sort of helps that he was adopted into the family, and thus it's not that incestuous. But she's actually aware that this isn't normal, but wants to live in that fantasy anyway.
  • First-Name Basis: Jack's on this with his father Frank.
  • Funbag Airbag: During the subway ride home, when it slows down to a stop, the sudden change in velocity shoves Jack right into Rose's breasts, leaving them both embarrassed after the fact.
  • Girlish Pigtails: Rose used to sport this hairstyle before Jack went abroad. She's since switched this for a ponytail.
  • Grade Skipper: Despite being younger than Jack, Rose has managed to end up in the same year as him and Megan by the time it was time for school. Eventually, her former grade-mate Mimi joins her as well.
  • Guinea Pig Family: Frank used his ill daughter Rose as one after she took an overdose of pills in response to Jack's departure for his studying abroad. She only had hours left to live otherwise. He then made a deal with the higher-ups where Rose would volunteer for testing, and she would get to live a normal life as best she could as long as she and Frank cooperate.
    • Now that Jack and Megan are in on the loop, the latter asks fearfully if he's going to use them as well. Frank assures this is not the case.
  • Halloween Episode: Well, more like panel, but it counts, with Jack dressed up as Captain America, Rose as Starfire, and Megan as Froppy.
  • Happily Adopted: Jack is actually adopted into the Drake family after his real parents died in an accident at a very early age.
  • Harem Seeker: Rose is a variant of this in that she's one of the love interests and is okay with having this for Jack. Her reason for this is that she doesn't want him to leave her behind again, and thought if she gathered girls like her (i.e. turned Mimi and Eclaire into tall busty studs like herself) that he would stay.
  • He Is Not My Boyfriend: Rose regularly illicits this response from Megan regarding Jack. Really, Megan ends up acting like this whenever she's confronted with that particular topic.
  • I Got Bigger: Exaggerated with Rose.
  • Innocent Fanservice Girl and/or Shameless Fanservice Girl: Rose can switch between these two outward personas a lot, especially when it comes to her affections for Jack.
  • Japanese Sibling Terminology: Rose always addresses her brother as "Onii-Chan".
  • Locked Out of the Loop: In regards to Rose's and Frank's deal with the government, Karen Drake is not in the know.
  • Marshmallow Hell: After revealing her changes to Jack, Rose pulls him into one of these. He ends up in more of these situations later on, but Rose never seems to mind.
    • Rose eventually invokes this during her second D&D session on top of her and Jack's characters (a giant dragon girl and a regular human knight) being in the same situation. Megan is actually impressed it took this long for Rose to pull this off, and then she gets subject to this as well by Eclaire as the newer big girl confirms with Rose that the dragon is friendly and rolls Diplomacy. This incidentally pushes Jack and Megan closer together.
  • Nosebleed: Kathy is subject to this upon beholding Rose up close.
  • Not What It Looks Like: A nonverbal case of this occurs when Jack returns with drinks for Rose and Megan... and finds the latter groping the former. The two girls immediately break away.
    • Megan gets subject to this again when she confronts Rose for getting herself in trouble on purpose just to tease Jack, and gets caught pushing against her huge breasts. This ends up with Megan having to go to the teacher's office as well.
    • Another case of this occurs during a heart-to-heart between Jack and Rose that Megan catches them in. And then Rose decides to subvert it by actually kissing Jack on the lips in front of her.
  • Only Sane Man: When it comes to Jack's circle, this role ends up being shared by Jack and Megan.
  • Ojou Ringlets: Eclair sports these in her twintails, both before and after the serum.
  • Overnight Age-Up: Downplayed, though she certainly grew up far more than she should for the one year Jack was abroad. Not just in body, but in intellect as well when the teacher calls her over to write on the blackboard during one session.
    • We see a similar downplayed example as well with Eclaire over the course of three weeks after she takes up Mimi's offer to receive the same benefits.
  • Prim and Proper Bun: Dr. Lilly, one of Frank Drake's scientists in his facility, sports her hair in this way.
  • Secret-Keeper: After discovering Rose's secret behind her new shape, Frank has Jack and Megan under surveillance to enforce this trope.
  • Super Serum: Turns out this was the reason behind Rose's massive growth spurt. It also seemed to improve her intellectually, as she's able to solve an equation the teacher provided in response to her... flirtatious advances.
    • She got it courtesy of her father, after she ended up overdosing in response to Jack's abroad trip. In desperation, Frank used an experimental serum to keep her alive. The government found out, and Rose volunteered partake in tests regarding the serum's effects, with Frank as the project's director, and they'll manage to keep normal lives, especially for Rose.
    • Using data from the research on Rose, she slipped in a formula based on that for Mimi, who then offers one to Eclaire.
  • The Team Normal: Among Jack's female companions, Megan is firmly in this role, and has no intention in taking the serum like the others. That said, the last panel in the comic may or may not put some doubt in that.
  • Thanks for the Mammary: In one attempt to get Rose off of her clinging to Jack, Megan pushes them apart... and ends up with her hand on Rose's giant bust, illiciting a "meanie" reaction from the younger (and taller) girl.
  • The Guards Must Be Crazy: Jack and Megan easily manage to enter the experimental facility they saw Rose being taken to, with one door even being unlocked. Double-subverted in that they're still caught by security, but Dr. Lilly finds the infiltration attempt embarrassing since they managed to make it this far.
  • The Tease: Rose in spades. The first thing she does is meet with her brother Jack (who doesn't yet know about her big change), and pulls a prank on him by suggesting to call her. When he does, she quickly reveals that the girl he just met is Rose.
    • Her mother Karen even gets into this at least once after assuring Jack that it's okay to be selfish sometimes.
  • Transformation Sequence: Rose describes one during the tabletop session when Megan fails a will save for her tiefling character against a cursed crown. Megan is naturally not happy about this (not about failing the save, but the whole turning into a tall busty bride thing). Jack also calls Rose out for changing someone's character without asking, but Mimi suggests letting it slide this time.
  • The Unreveal: Regarding Megan's return in the Distant Finale, and Jack's reaction, did she or did she not take the serum after all like Mimi and Eclaire have? Though various artworks by the author on their Deviantart page do show Megan with the same large proportions.
  • Yuri Fan: Kathy seems to be attracted to Rose and has deluded herself into thinking she's rescuing her from Jack. She even gets touchy-feely with her before Rose slaps her. And when Rose tells Kathy about "the kiss" without specifying whom it was with (Jack), Kathy immediately assumed it was with Megan. Later on, she asks Megan to introduce her to Mimi once she joined the same year.
