You watched...
Two years after One Punch Stan and his announcement of retiring from abridging, PurpleEyesWTF returned for one last ride before ascending to whatever plane of existence his journey takes him.

The plot? Uhhh....we'll try.

While hanging out at the Digi-Tower and drinking his own piss, Ken the Digimon Emperor receives news from Tyrannical Vex that there is a new group of Digi-Destined to oppose his evil. Ken is sent out to abduct these new heroes and bring them before Vex so that the dinosaur may fulfill Ken's dream of eliminating all Anime. However, unknown to Ken, Vex has his own plans with the captured Digi-Destined, and it's up to Davis Crimshaw and his machine to save the day.

If you've seen Code Ment or None Piece, you can pretty much tell where all of this is heading.

An abridgement one-shot of Digimon Adventure 02, the video (which can be found here) is indeed Ryan Nicks' final hurrah in the abridging community, as he confirmed on Twitter.

Tropes:

  • Aborted Arc: After getting blown up, Tyrannical Vex rather quickly forgets about his goal of achieving the Double Erection in favor of possessing Wormmon and gaining power by entering the Real World.
  • Adaptation Name Change:
    • Davis' family name changes from "Motomiya" to "Crimshaw".
    • Deltamon/SkullGreymon is changed to Tyrannical Vex.
  • Adaptational Sexuality: Both Davis and Yolei had feelings for the opposite sex in canon, Davis being in love with Kari and Yolei eventually marrying Ken. Here, Davis openly admits he's gay when Ken first confronts him, and Yolei was found having sex with Mimi in the forest after getting a dick grafted on.
  • Adaptational Villainy: Tyrannical Vex is the Big Bad of the video, while the two Digimon that make him up, Deltamon and SkullGreymon, were both mind-controlled by Ken's Dark Rings (the latter less successfully).
  • The Anti-Nihilist: Cody got kidnapped, watched two of his fellow Digi-Destined get castrated, and inadvertently ended up filling Davis full of holes when given a gun and forced to attempt to kill Wormmon. It's a miracle that after all that, the kid still had enough faith in humanity to continue believing in hope.
  • Ascended Extra: Deltamon goes from a Monster of the Week to the Big Bad, even being renamed "Tyrannical Vex" and becoming a Composite Character with SkullGreymon.
  • Big Bad: Tyrannical Vex.
  • Big "NO!": T.K. when his dick gets blown off.
  • Brain Bleach: Implied to be why Ken skips the theatrics and just abducts Cody at gunpoint, since he teleported in on Mimi and Yolei having sex in the Digi-Forest.
  • Brick Joke: T.K. and Kari ban the phrase "faggoting bitch" as part of the DCN's newly instated policy. Davis later screams this for some reason when tackling Ken off a cliff.
  • Chekhov's Gag: Yolei's grafted weiner that she used to have sex with Mimi is literally used as ammunition for Davis' machine.
  • Chekhov's Gun:
    • Davis's dildo machine, invented to end racism by turning everyone gay, is used to blind Tyrannical Vex and defeat him both times.
    • Davis's beat off jacket, which is lubricated enough to free himself from Ken's prison.
  • Composite Character: Tyrannical Vex takes the form of a Deltamon, then his skeleton comes back as a SkullGreymon. In the source material, Deltamon was a one-shot Monster of the Week while SkullGreymon is Tai's Greymon after dark digivolving. Coincidentally, Deltamon can digivolve into SkullGreymon in the early card game.
  • Cutting the Knot: After an overly complicated scheme to take T.K. and Kairi followed by having to watch Yolei and Mimi having sex in the forest, Ken just decides to kidnap Cody by threatening him at gunpoint.
  • Demoted to Extra: With the exception of Wormmon, all of the partner Digimon play little to no role in the short, with them all being killed off with little fanfare.
  • Did Not Think This Through: Ken's needlessly convoluted plan to kidnap T.K. and Kari gets this invoked by them. Ken decides to short sell their DCN stock, then use the earnings from that to become the new largest shareholder, then vote them off the board, meaning they are now legally trespassing on company property, and he's legally permitted to have his dinosaur (Tyrannomon) take them. As they point out though, not only could he have just kidnapped them with his dinosaur, if he was able to short sell the stock in the first place, then the company was already doing bad financially, meaning he pretty much lost a shit ton of money doing this. A deleted scene would fully elaborate just how poorly thought out his plan was, aided by a helpful diagram.
T.K.: Let Me Get This Straight.... You borrowed money, you bought our company's stock, sold our company's stock, put money into your account, waited till that stock went down, bought the stock again, gave it back to the lender, then took the money you made to buy a failing stock so you could vote us off the board.
    Ken: Oh yeah!
Kari: You're riding a fucking dinosaur.
T.K.: You probably could have just kidnapped us. Plus, if DCN is doing that bad, you're losing a ton of money.
Ken: Eh, don't worry about it. I didn't lose that much.
Ken has lost $1,554,800,000 on his investments so far.
  • Expy: Ken is basically Lelouch in a different skin, with Wormmon serving as his Green-Haired Girl (C.C.).
  • Even Evil Has Standards: Ken may be an idiot who wants the destruction of anime and was introduced pissing in his own mouth, but he balks at some of the shit the DigiDestined get up to when kidnapping them, namely Davis's "invention" best described as a "dick cannon", T.K. blowing loads into his hat, and Yolei violently railing Mimi to the point she vomits blood. By time he gets to Cody, he's just holding him at gunpoint and telling him to get in the bag, being that fed up with their insanity.
  • Eye Scream: Tyrannical Vex is blinded and killed by Davis's machine...which launched dildos into his eyes.
Davis: Well what do you know, looks like the dick is in the other eye now!
  • Failed Attempt at Drama: Ken turns on Tyrannical Vex and bellows out a god-like Badass Boast...unfortunately, he's too far away to be heard and Vex just shoots a missile at him.
  • Grand Finale: Of PurpleEyes's work in the abridging community.
  • Groin Attack: Tyrannical Vex electrocutes the genitals of the Digi-Destined to bring the legend of the Double Erection (an instance where two penises become erect at the exact same time) to life. It reaches the point of blowing up both of T.K. and Yolei's dicks.
  • Heel–Face Turn: Ken turns on Tyrannical Vex when he possesses Wormmon.
  • Immodest Orgasm: Maybe? Yolei and Mimi's sex reaches a point where someone farts, the Digi-Forest explodes, Hawkmon's brain expands enough to cause him to fall from the sky, and Mimi starts vomiting blood on Ken's face. Also, Wormmon shits out a green cloud.
  • Imperial Stormtrooper Marksmanship Academy: Davis’ attempts to shoot Tyrannical Vex with a gun shoots down everybody but him. Cody’s attempts to shoot Wormon go just as well, hitting Davis with every shot.
  • Improbable Aiming Skills: Davis can't shoot for shit when using an actual gun, but is somehow able to hit the bullseye twice when he's using his machine to launch dicks at Tyrannical Vex.
  • Only Sane by Comparison: While Cody is the actual Only Sane Man, Kari is a close second, but that's only by virtue of her not really demonstrating any outright insane behavior aside from banning certain words on the DCN.
  • Only Sane Man: T.K. clearly wants to be this, but the fact that he apparently "blows loads" into his hat doesn't vindicate him of anything. The only one who truly fits this is Cody, and that's only because he's a regular kid roped into this PurpleEyesWTF-driven nightmare.
  • Out of Focus: Kari is the DigiDestined with the least focus, not really having any memorable traits outside of running the DCN with T.K. before they were kidnapped.
  • She's All Grown Up: Implied when Ken describes how the original Digi-Destined were all older by now, but the storybook he's reading focuses on Mimi. And also, Wormmon begins humping his leg once he sees the picture of her.
  • Space Whale Aesop: Dissatisfied with the video almost being over without any real resolution, T.K. demands that each of the Digi-Destined come up with a moral lesson each learned in the video, regardless of whether it actually related to what happened.
    • T.K. decides that he learned teamwork is important.
    • Kari learned that actions speak louder than words.
    • Cody learned that he has to orient himself to hope. Considering what he had to go through, nobody can blame him.
    • Ken ended up being too busy dealing with his evaporated blood to contribute.
    • Yolei screams that you shouldn't "blow loads" when you're angry.
    • Davis learned that the Internet Jerk Trolls the G.I.F.T creates can often leak into the real world by inspiring people to be cruel even without the safety of internet anonymity, and the best way to fight this is to be more understanding of other human beings. Which is why more people should be having sex. Also, when a woman puts a fleshlight into her body, does that make her a lesbian?
  • Spiritual Successor: The naming convention indicates that this is one for PurpleEyes's April Fools video "Pokeman: The Adventure".
  • Stating the Simple Solution: T.K. and Kari point out that Ken didn't have to buy shares of the DCN to force them out of the building: he's already riding a giant dinosaur that could easily kidnap them. As a result, Ken loses $1,554,800,000 in his investments.
  • Take That!: The DCN banning offensive phrases is a jab at Youtube's own policies at the time.
  • Toilet Humor: The entire video is loaded with it, but special mention goes to the opening scene, where Ken crashes into the Digi-Tower, gets his head separated from his body, and then has a crane arm holding it in front of his crotch so he can drink his own urine.
  • Too Much Information: Davis telling him about his beat-off jacket prompts Ken to crucify him.
  • Uncertain Doom:
    • Mimi is last seen after having violent sex with Yolei to the point they're vomiting blood, then isn't mentioned again. Considering Ken proceeded to abduct Yolei and didn't look back, she was likely left to bleed out in the forest.
    • Wormmon pretty much vanishes after Tyrannical Vex blows him and Ken up with a missile. And while Ken is confirmed to have survived, he was left in immense pain as he was pretty sure his "blood evaporated", so it's entirely possible if not likely that Wormmon got vaporized in the blast.
  • Unexplained Recovery: Davis get shot to hell by Cody in the real world, but very quickly shows up unharmed in the very next scene.

You have the power now.
