FNF INFERNAL BOUT (Vs Bowser) is a Friday Night Funkin' Game Mod made by Team In-Crease, the creators of Friday Night Funkin': The Origami King, based on various Super Mario Bros. media.
The Mario Brothers gets replaced here by Boyfriend and Girlfriend, as they wreack havoc in the Koopa Kingdom and decide to rap battle against none other than the King of the Koopas himself, Bowser. Join the couple as they fight against nine different versions of Mario's greatest Arch-Enemy.
The mod can be downloaded on GameBanana here, and on Game Jolt here.

The King of the Koopas awaits…
- Adaptational Ugliness: Bowsette has more cartoonic gestures in this mod than in her original appearance and other representations. Therefore, her expressions could be a bit too exaggerated to the point of making her unattractive.
- Adaptation Dye-Job:
- Bowsette has some slight physical changes compared to her original design. She's a redhead instead of blonde like Peach, probably a reference to an official concept art for Super Mario Odyssey, in which Bowser takes Peach's body and her hair becomes red like him. This Bowsette also has freckles.
- D-Sides Bowser, as expected from the mod he comes from, also has changes compared to the original Bowser. He looks far more draconic with a red and pink colour scheme and a blue cape.
- Adapted Out: Both Mario and Luigi are completely absent here. They don't even appear as cameos.
- Art Shift: "Lethal Lava Cruise" has 8-bit art used, while "So Long" uses 3D models akin to Super Mario 64. "Rapland" has an artstyle akin to the Super Mario Bros Super Show, and Boyfriend becomes photorealistic when messing up.
- Battle Amongst the Flames: In the appropriately named song "Flames", Bowser and the couple battle amongst a burning throne room after the Koopa King set fire to the room after being defeated in "Shell Shocked".
- Carry a Big Stick: Boyfriend here has a large blue hammer that he carries around alongside his mic. D-Sides BF has a two-bit axe instead, resembling the one at the end of the bridge in each boss fight against Bowser in the NES Super Mario Bros. game.
- Evil Counterpart: Dark Bowser is this to the Original, seeking to cover the world in darkness and presumably destroy it compared to the latter "simply" wanting to rule it.
- Glowing Eyes of Doom: D-Sides Bowser has his eyes glowing midsong in "Shell Shocked D-Sides" while in his first-person perspective. This is also true with Fury Bowser in "Fury".
- Lighter and Softer: Compared to various other Mario mods for FNF, this one has no horror or creepypasta content here. With the exception of Bowsette, every version of Bowser fought in the mod originated from an official Mario game.
- I'm Melting!: Losing on Dark Immunity during the part sung by Boyfriend and Girlfriend results in Girlfriend melting into a puddle of goo.
- Mic Drop: Boyfriend does this at the end of "Flames" to show off his victory against the Koopa King. Needless to say, Bowser doesn't take it kindly.
- Mythology Gag: After Bowser is shrunken down by Kamek, Boyfriend and Girlfriend pull out a jar to put him into, very much like what happened to him at the end of The Super Mario Bros. Movie.
- One-Winged Angel: Bowser turns into Fury Bowser after being defeated in "Flames".
- Play as a Boss: The player controls Bowser himself in "Dark Immunity", who fights against his Dark Star counterpart, just like in Inside Story.
- Reduced to Dust: Losing on Fury results in Boyfriend getting incinerated into ash.
- Suddenly Voiced: D-Sides Bowser suddenly raps normally midsong in "Shell Shocker D-Sides".
- Throne Room Throwdown: In the story mode, Boyfriend and Girlfriend go directly to Bowser's throne room to battle him, where the Koopa King was apparently just resting on his seat.
- Villainous Rescue: Kamek ends up saving Boyfriend and Girlfriend after "Fury" by using his magic to shrink Bowser down. The duo decide to capture him in a jar afterwards.
- Yellow Eyes of Sneakiness: D-Sides Bowser has yellow eyes compared to the rest of his variationsnote .
