Also known as The Fourth Witch in the 4Kids dub.The Winx girls take a break to celebrate Halloween in Gardenia. They are invited to a party by Bloom's old enemy, Mitzi. But Jolly, the pixie of the cards, predicts great danger for the whole crew. Mitzi plans a mean prank on the Winx, however, it is the quick-witted pixies who will be the life of the party.

- All Just a Prank: The haunting of the three sisters and all the strange things happening at the Silent Villa are revealed to just be an elaborate prank put on by Mitzi to scare the Winx girls.
- Black Cloak: The girls cover their costumes with long black cloaks until they reveal them at Mitzi’s party.

- The Bus Came Back: This episode marks the first return of Alpha Bitch Mitzi since season 1.
- Cassandra Truth: Jolly tries to warn everyone about the Three Sisters, but no one takes her very seriously.
- Faint in Shock: Mitzi faints when she thinks she sees a real ghost.
- For Halloween, I Am Going as Myself: The Winx attend Mitzi's Halloween party in Gardenia in their fairy forms.
- Gainax Ending: At first it appears that the episode is going to end with a Dance Party Ending, but then a random scarecrow walks up to the camera and gives an Evil Laugh.
- Gossip Evolution: In the middle of presenting a report, Bloom tells Aisha that there’s going to be a Halloween party with jack-o-lanterns and scary costumes. By the time it goes down the line of girls and ends at Tecna, the message has morphed into “A party is being thrown for the Winx by virtually every cool guy, it’s gonna be scary!”
- Halloween Episode: The Winx girls spend Halloween at a party in the human world.
- Haunted House: Due to all the strange things that keep happening at the party, Tecna believes that the Silent Villa is haunted.
- Mirror-Cracking Ugly: Part of the legend of the sisters’ return to the Silent Villa is that mirrors will crack in their wake, which is exactly what starts happening around the house.Stella: They must be pretty ugly then, huh?
- Rake Take: While getting ready to scare the girls, Mitzi in her ghost costume steps on a rake and it flips up to hit her right in the face.
- Real After All: Subverted. After Mitzi reveals her prank, what appears to be the real ghost of the fourth sister of Silent Villa appears behind her. However, it turns out that it’s just the pixies making the costume float in order to get revenge on her for tricking the Winx girls.
- Rapid Aging: The Silent Villa, the venue for Mitzi’s party, rapidly ages 50 years after each time it’s renovated.
- Repetitive Audio Glitch: Mitzi’s Big Entrance is ruined by her background music glitching out.
- "Scooby-Doo" Hoax: Mitzi and her friends set up one to trick Bloom and her friends, but Stella is quick to see through Mitzi's disguise.
- Shout-Out:
- Several of the guests are dressed up as familiar characters including Ghostface, Batman & Batgirl, Freddy Krueger, Elle Driver, and Robin Sena. The 4Kids cuts out many of them, though.
- Tecna makes the following comment about the house the party’s being held at: "It's just like the house in that video game, 'Resident Evil Doom 2'!" The house is also called Silent Villa, likely a reference to Silent Hill.
- A delivery boy in a Spider-Man costume delivers pumpkin cakes to the party.
- Spill Stain Sabotage: Mitzi tries to do this to Bloom by spilling her “Screaming Mary” drink on her top, but luckily Bloom is able to use her magic to clean it up.
- Tarot Troubles: Jolly reads her tarot cards and determines that a mean trick will be played on the fairies if they go to the Halloween party.
- The Weird Sisters: Jolly sees a card depicting three faceless sisters and warns the fairies that they could be the ones coming to trick them. The Winx girls think it might be referring to the Trix sisters. However, one of Mitzi’s friends tells them the story of the three sisters who used to live in the Silent Villa who were cursed by witches when they asked for their help after the death of their fourth sister and are now back for revenge.
