"...I could set the building on fire..."
—Milton Waddams, Office Space

Do not underestimate me, boy
Look closer and you'll find
That if you peel back the polite
There might be something fierce inside

"She's shy, cabbage head, not stupid."
Aniki on Beka Cooper.

"Moment to Watch Out For: Scully losing it completely at Boggs when she discovers that he has a connection with Henry. Anderson is like a firecracker that gets more and more explosive and until she is literally screaming blue bloody murder at him. For the usually reserved Scully this a real watershed moment. ‘Well, I came here to tell you that if he dies because of what you’ve done…four days from now nobody will stop me from being the that’ll throw the switch and gas you out of this life for good, you son of a bitch!’"
Doc Oho on The X-Files, "Beyond the Sea"

"Don't ever mistake my silence for ignorance, my calmness for acceptance, or my kindness for weakness."

"If there's a shy, quiet kid in your class that everyone picks on, treat him with respect and kindness. Your life will be spared when his psychic powers become manifest. "

The Death Guard have no rallying cry as such. As Plague Marines, they are the incarnation of silent death, the virulent epidemic, the wasting disease, and the remorselessness of decay. They are pestilence and pox, famine and blight, contagion and cancer, and like all of these things, are most terrifying when they come without word or warning.

Aswadim tend to be quiet, subtle folk. Although the occasional dark miracle might manifest nearby, the Fallen One himself prefers to appear unassuming and keep his power in reserve. Second-guessing such corrupters is damn near impossible, because aswadim rarely tip their hands with vulgar magick. They let the world speak for them: winds rise, plants wither and shadows lengthen when an aswad is near. Such sorcerers deny that there's anything Nephandic about them. Their purpose is to open the way to the Dark Reflections Path, not to indulge in petty fighting or displays.

Fluttershy: (pulls out a gun) I do!
Rarity: Fluttershy! Get rid of that thing! It's only a matter of time before you kill someone with it!
Fluttershy: (quietly) It was always a matter of time, Rarity.
