These are recommendations made by tropers for Wander over Yonder Fan Fics, all of which have to be signed to stay on the page. Feel free to add a fanfic of your own to the list, but remember to use the template found here.
Do warn when a fanfic may head into romantic or non-canon territory. Some people just don't like it, and as we all know, Shipping is Serious Business.

- Comments: This is a mini-fic in comic form, and apart from the playful art style that's perfect for the show, it gives a glimpse of Wander's experience waiting for Sylvia to get him out of trouble one too many times.

- Synopsis: It's Wander's Sick Episode this turn around, but he doesn't want to hamper down Sylvia with the job of taking care of him, especially since she's going to visit family. So he tricks her into thinking he'll make a speedy recovery and has her on her way. As Wander prepares to rest, a certain someone comes to conquer the planet he's on...
- Comments: The comedic timing of the comic is great, and even the new characters added in like Sylvia's grandmother are entertaining. Overall, feels very right at home with the other episodes.
- Seconded. The jokes were hilarious, and I could honestly see it as an episode of the series. Every character is on point, especially the whole The Only One Allowed to Defeat You attitude Hater has towards Wander.
The Blaze by DanniB

- Synopsis: Wander's Chronic Hero Syndrome compels him to enter a burning apartment building just because someone might be trapped inside. Can Sylvia stop him? Should she even try?
- Comments: A well-written vignette that examines Wander and Sylvia's friendship while still finding time for plenty of action. It's a little more dramatic than the TV series, but not enough to qualify as a Dark Fic.

- Synopsis: Hater gets lost. Wander tells stories. Eventual Wander/Hater, with a dose of alien fairy tales and worldbuilding on the side.
- Comments: A multi-chaptered story about the lord of hate and our favorite wandering traveler stranded together and bonding through well thought out tales spun together from mystical and moon-related folk-tales. They're both in-character and their interaction is both humorous and poignant at times. There are some interesting references and call-backs to the series but it manages to retain a unique method of story-telling not often used. Highly recommended for any Skeleton Dance fans!

- Synopsis: After a few "intimate" encounters, Wander and Dominator decide to settle whose moral ideology is superior... by getting into a relationship that rocks the galaxy to its core.
- Comments: Aside from the Wander/Dominator romance arc, this seven-part saga is filled with in-depth character backstory and development for the romantic leads, captivating sub-plots among recurring characters, an original villain who reminds readers that Anyone Can Die, and several minor crossovers.
Pacifica over Yonder By Tziput13

- Synopsis: Weirdmageddon has ended, but Pacifica has yet to put in order her troubled thoughts. Thanks to a simple mistake light years away from Earth, the girl is teleported out of Gravity Falls and into an all new, bizarre galaxy. There, Pacifica will have to meet both friends and foes as she struggles to find a way back and, maybe, discovers something new about herself.
- Comments: The only complaint I have about this is that it's too short! I really like the premise, and putting Pacifica (a selfish girl who's trying to be better) with Wander could make for a lot of interesting character interactions. I just wish it would be updated!
