Below are the major and minor characters for Guinevere. Warning, spoilers ahead!

    open/close all folders

    Guinevere
The Player Character, princess of Carmelide and fiancée of Ruler Pendragon at the start of the story.
  • Arranged Marriage: With Pendragon. May become a Perfectly Arranged Marriage depending on player choices.
  • Bisexual Love Triangle: Guinevere is engaged to the king/queen Pendragon but she can also flirt with Lancelot. Both characters are gender-customizable, so if Pendragon is male and Lancelot is female (or vice versa), then this trope will be in effect.
  • Hello, [Insert Name Here]: Although her default name is "Guinevere", the player can choose to name her however they wish.
  • The Hero: If you spend diamonds in the last chapter, she becomes that by defeating the Big Bad, Merlin.
  • Seers: Guinevere can see people's past and future. If Guinevere tells everything she has seen to Pendragon, he/she will first doubt and then believe Guinevere.

    Arthur/Artura Pendragon
King Arthur themselves. The ruler of Camelot and one of the main Love Interests.
  • Arranged Marriage: With Guinevere, though they take great pains in trying to ease the situation and even make it enjoyable for Guinevere. May become a Perfectly Arranged Marriage depending on player choices.
  • Gay Option: If female.
  • Gender-Blender Name: Pendragon's name changes depending on gender: Arthur for a male, Artura for a female.
  • Gender Flip: Pendragon's gender is customizable, so they can be either King Arthur or Queen Artura.
  • The Good King/The High Queen: Pretty much shown to be the almost flawless ruler of Camelot.
  • Lady of War: Queen Artura is a beautiful queen, but a great leader skilled in combat.
  • Lipstick Lesbian: Queen Artura is more feminine than Lancelot, always wearing her red royal dress.

    Lancelot du Lac
Camelot's best knight and one of the main Love Interests.
  • Butch Lesbian: Lancelot is more of a tomboy than Artura Pendragon, always wearing the same armor as his male counterpart and a braid regardless of the ethnicity the player chooses.
  • Gender Flip: Lancelot can be either a man or a woman, though the name stays the same.
  • Gay Option: If female.
  • Honor Before Reason: A very honorable person, which someone like Morgana finds stupid.
  • Knight in Shining Armor: Strongly believes in the code of chivalry and honor, to the point that they are known for saving even Cat Up a Tree. They can admit to Guinevere that, while doing Good Feels Good, they are also a bit of a Thrill Seeker partly using rescuing the innocents for the chance to fight strong foes and find a Worthy Opponent.

    King Leodegrance
King of Carmelide and Guinevere's father.
  • Altar Diplomacy: Offers his daughter in marriage to the ruler of Camelot for the sake of his kingdom's peace in these turbulent times. He takes no joy in this.
  • The Good King: From what little is seen of him. It is shown that he is even humble enough to clean up the shards of a fallen vase instead of ordering a servant to do it.
  • Put on a Bus: King Leodegrance no longer appears in the story from the moment Guinevere left Carmelide. He is only mentioned when Guinevere marries Pendragon in chapter 17.

    Merlin
The Merlin of myths. The Court Mage, and Pendragon's most trusted advisor.
  • Adaptational Villainy: In this adaptation, he is the Big Bad.
  • Big Bad: He was the mastermind behind everything that happened to Guinevere and tries to manipulate Pendragon into executing Guinevere and Lancelot.
  • Court Mage: That was its title before showing its true colors.
  • Face–Heel Turn: He does this when he discovers that Guinevere is a threat to his plans.

    Morgana
Pendragon's half-sister.

    Sir Gawain
One of the Knights of the Round Table, and cousin to Pendragon and Morgana.
  • Hot-Blooded: Was this as a younger man during the incident with the Green Knight, eager to take him on his challenge when even Lancelot was reluctant.
  • Knight in Shining Armor: Like every other member of the Round Table, behaves and believes in this. Even more pronounced in his case during the episode with the Green Knight, where he still honors the deal of going to get his head cut off.

    Sir Kay
Pendragon's adopted brother, and one of the Knights of the Round Table.
  • Grumpy Old Man: Despite not appearing that old, this is the summation of his behavior.

    Sir Yvaine
One of the Knights of the Round Table.
  • Gender Flip: A man in the legend, Yvaine is now a woman.

    Sir Percival
One of the Knights of the Round Table.
  • Naïve Newcomer: The newest recruit of the Round Table, eager to make his mark.

    Sir Gareth
Gawain's little brother, also a Knight of the Round Table.

    King Caradoc
Vassal of Pendragon, hangs around the court as a courtier.

    Lady Brusen
One of the court ladies of Camelot.

    Agravaine
One of the Knights of the Round Table, and another cousin of Pendragon and Morgana.
  • The Dragon: He is revealed to be this to Merlin in Chapter 13.

    King Uther Pendragon
Pendragon's father and previous king.

    Sir Ector
Pendragon's adopted father
