Honoka is the secondary protagonist of the story. She goes on a quest to find and stop the Glitter Force.
- Cloudcuckoolander's Minder: She keeps Nagisa in line when she starts acting irrational in the face of the Glitter Force.

Saki Hyuuga/Sasha Hughes
Saki is a supporting character. When infected with the Glitter Force, she becomes Sasha.
- Dub Name Change: Saki Hyuuga/Cure Bloom to Sasha Hughes/Glitter Bloom.
Mai Mishou/May Micheline
Mai is a supporting character. When infected with the Glitter Force, she becomes May.
- Alliterative Name: May Micheline.
Minori Hyuuga
Minori is a minor character. She only appears in the blooper reel.
- Gosh Dang It to Heck!: Her idea of a curse word is "buttcheek".

Nozomi Yumehara/Nora Read
Nozomi is a supporting character. When infected with the Glitter Force, she becomes Nora.
- Dub Name Change: Nozomi Yumehara/Cure Dream to Nora Read/Glitter Dream.
- Mysterious Middle Initial: H, which Honoka wonders about.
Word of God says it stands for Hope.

Inori Yamabuki/Tori Christiansen
Inori is a supporting character. When infected with the Glitter Force, she becomes Tori.
- Ambiguously Christian: Whether or not she retained her original religion under the Glitter Force is unknown; she only mentions God once.
- Meaningful Name: The only Christian Cure gets the Glitter surname "Christiansen".

Yuri Tsukikage
Yuri is a supporting character. She is immune to the Glitter Force.
- Big "SHUT UP!": She screams one of these at the other HeartCatch Cures when they try to convince her that Cologne is still alive.
- Unstoppable Rage: She goes into one when Joker insults Cologne to her face, making her steal a sword from Cure Beauty and stabbing him to death.

Hibiki Hojo/Helga Johanssen
Hibiki is a supporting character. When infected with the Glitter Force, she becomes Helga.
- Product Placement: She invokes this when she randomly bursts into Yui's place and gets some of the girls to play Mario Kart with her. She later admits that she just couldn't help herself from doing it, implying some level of awareness while under the Glitter Force.

Hime Shirayuki/Jewel Haines
Hime is a supporting character. When infected with the Glitter Force, she becomes Jewel.
- Cuteness Overload: She loses her mind over how cute Tsubomi/Suzie's sister Futaba is.

Haruka Haruno/Rosie Ross
Haruka is a supporting character. When infected with the Glitter Force, she becomes Rosie.
- Alliterative Name: Rosie Ross.

Hikaru is a supporting character. When infected with the Glitter Force, she becomes Stella.
- Alliterative Name: Stella Sternberg.
- Ambiguously Jewish: "Sternberg" is a Hebrew surname, but that's the only hint.
Lala Hagoromo/Layla Martin
Lala is a supporting character. When infected with the Glitter Force, she becomes Layla.
- Alliterative Name: Glitter Galaxy.
- Barely-Changed Dub Name: "Layla" is just one letter off from "Lala".
- Dub Name Change: Lala Hagoromo/Cure Milky to Layla Martin/Glitter Galaxy.
- Meaningful Name: "Martin" sounds a lot like "Martian", since Lala/Layla is an alien.
