Inhabitants of Skull Cave
The last living member of the Bizargar race, the Sea Witch is a sorceress cursed with being hunted by Lympharians every time she develops a friendship with someone. Originally hostile because of it, recent events have caused her to warm up once more.

- Defrosting Ice Queen: Formerly unwelcoming and rude, she has warmed up considerably since she became friends with Hachi.
- Expy: Initially of the Sea Hag and Madame Mim, but not so much after her retcons.
- Feathered Fiend: She fights for the good side, but is completely merciless to her enemies.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: She's not really a jerk. She's just very lonely.
- Last of Her Kind: She's the last Bizargar after the rest of her race was destroyed by Lympharians.
- The Leader: During Inferno Rises.

- Reality Warper: She can create objects out of thin air, from a fireplace to a scarf to put around her neck.
- Really 700 Years Old: She's around 3,000 years old.
- Retcon: The Sea Witch was originally supposed to be Vargash trapped in a mortal form. This was later changed so the Sea witch would be a distinct antagonist, and then changed yet again to make her a protagonist instead.
- Voluntary Shapeshifting: The Sea Witch can change her form into more or less anything, though she prefers animal forms. Her most powerful form is that of a comically chubby dragon.
A half-human, half-Wood Elf witch-in-training, Clothovera is one of the few survivors of a witch clan who once lived in the Empire of Man. After losing her family to human forces and Lympharians, she became a wanderer alongside her familiar Nyakik. - Curb-Stomp Battle: She delivered one to an Exosubstratal army during Cherish the Twilight, where she killed not only all the mutants, but also their leader Qhomthell, without breaking a sweat.
