In the arcade version of Tekken 2, specifically arcade ver. B, Angel still has Devil's name displayed under her health bar and on the character select/loading screen, and while her KO cry is Kazuya's, she has no other voice clips otherwise. Not even for getting hit. (Also Devil's voice does not have the, uhhh, effect - idk what else to call it, echo? Reverb? Thing? - on it that it does in the PS1 version.) See here.

The Italian dub of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987) not only added tons of reference jokes and fourth wall breaks that were not in the original, but also rewrote a few lines in order to give in-universe justifications to the animation errors. For example, a scene where Leonardo becomes Raphael between shots is explained by having Leo say "Look, your exposition made my bandana blush"

So I watched the whole Defunctland series about Jim Henson, and there was only one project covered that I had absolutely no idea existed - The Little Muppet Monsters. Its run was just really brief - It did have Muppet Babies (1984) as a lead in, but I must have missed those few episodes where that happened.

Italian Popeye comics feature as recurring villains a clan of lookalike midgets known as the Mings. Their creation happened due to a large misunderstanding of multiple groups of lookalike villains and plot points from the original comics: the name comes from Popeye's mangling of the word "Demons" into "De-mings", their look is taken from the villains from Bud Sagendorf's Popeye on Giggle Island and their modus operandi is taken from the villains of another Sagendorf comic, Misermites! or "I'd rather have Termites". The first Italian comic featuring the Mings is basically a remake of this last story.

I was watching Stickman Sham's video of him playing Japanese vanilla Kingdom Hearts, and during first fight against Cerberus he discovered that you can apparently hit Cerberus' stomach while he's down in biting phase. This was completely new thing for me.
