Two related ones I started looking at but never progressed:
- The Quest for Karla covers three novels in a trilogy (within a larger shared setting of The 'Verse) - Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy, The Honourable Schoolboy and Smiley's People, currently set up as redirects to the combined page.
- Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy combines the TV adaptation of the first book with Smiley's People, a Sequel Series that adapted the third.
I'm intending to revisit them soon.

A lot of the heavy lifting for splitting SimCity is already done in that the tropes are already folderized by installment. The only thing stopping me from splitting them myself is that the current descriptions for each game aren't very self-sufficient, and I don't feel knowledgeable enough about each game to expand them adequately.
Relationship status: you make my xp5_giligz36asgv04a4 xp2_8e1t2kgz0c452I am going to split up Ace Attorney Investigations and Ace Attorney Investigations 2 when I have time as I feel that the second game should have its own page. I am not sure how to handle the "tropes that apply to both" folder though.
EDIT: One thing I forgot to mention is that the second game was called "Gyakuten Kenji 2". I think I'll ask about that elsewhere.

Macron's notesHuh, misremembered those as being on separate pages already, but yes, those should definitely be split
As for the name, probably put the main page at Gyakuten Kenji 2 with Ace Attorney Investigations 2 as a redirect

"Leftover items still have value!"Film.Alvin And The Chipmunks covers all 4 live-action movies. Doesn't help that Music.Alvin And The Chipmunks references the films individually but they all link to that page. The description currently notes a bunch of critical reception information which is not supposed to be there.
Might make Sandbox.Alvin And The Chipmunks Films later to split the ones already there.
Creepypasta cleanup got two major pages for JTK and SlenderVideoGame. The Addams Family covers a whole bunch of different Licensed Games, with the page already split into sections for each.
@Ian: I've started playing SimCity 4 recently, so I can help you split that. Also, the page image definitely shouldn't be a screenshot.
So I think Sandbox.Puzzle Bobble should be ready to launch soon (with the Trivia and YMMV sections of course being put on their respective subpages), will also redirect VideoGame.Bust A Move (the series' former localized name, currently a Bubble Bobble redirect like Puzzle Bobble) to Puzzle Bobble
"Leftover items still have value!"ComicBook.Spider Verse is actually three different sets of comics, due to the Recycled Title:
- The 2014 original event, with Peter Parker as Spider-Man
- A 2015 miniseries with a different set of Spider-Heroes
- A 2019 miniseries with Miles Morales as Spider-Man
It's currently a soft-split on the page. Any concerns if we move them to separate work pages, possibly creating ComicBook.Spider Verse 2014 in the process?
Sounds best to fully split and move those, yeah

"Leftover items still have value!"I've been doing some work on splitting Dragon Quest Monsters. I soft-split tropes into folders in prep for an actual split, and went ahead with the page for Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker a month ago. Someone will probably start a page for the upcoming DQM: The Dark Prince by the time it launches, as well (I will if nobody else does).
But I don't have any plans to move forward with the other games right now; the Joker page was prompted by the fact that I'd found it at a used game store, and I haven't played any Monsters games other than that. If someone wants to handle splitting off the first two entries, and/or go over the subpages to pick up Joker material that got left behind, it'd be appreciated.
I've long been wondering if I should split The Cry of Mann and The Call of Warr; the series are currently soft-split on one page because Warr is a sequel, however it doesn't contain any of the same characters besides Ghost Lady and otherwise only takes place in the same world.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure Pureness^ Sounds like a valid split to me. They certainly seem different enough to be separate from each other.
Macron's notesJust discovered Fanfic.Terra Incognita, and series page The Palaververse has the 7000+ word "Terra Incognita", so just in case, should the former be moved elsewhere and made into a disambig or something?
Disambig Needed: Help with those issues! tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13324299140A37493800&page=24#comment-576VideoGame.Nancy Drew is gathering tropes for 34 games in one page, but at least the examples have the precise games listed?
Disambig Needed: Help with those issues! tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13324299140A37493800&page=24#comment-576Could go either way on a split. Would 34 separate pages really be better than one?
These might seem strange that they are all related to Michael Crichton, but hear me out:
- The Westworld film and the Westworld series — decades apart and sharing minimal relationship besides the basic premise.
- The Sphere novel and Sphere film share the premise but have slightly different character names and some misaligned tropes that only relate to one or the other.
- The Jurassic Park novel and Jurassic Park film are sufficiently different in content that unused sequences from the novel were used in the sequel movies.
- The Great Train Robbery and The Great Train Robbery (1978).
- Timeline and Timeline.
- Prey and Prey - the book's page contains index to all "Prey" named works under Video Games... even itself.
I suspect there are many adapted works that share a page with its source material.
AFK with issues, will returnWestworld looks like it's already done?
Perhaps I am misunderstanding the objective on how separate the work pages should be...
AFK with issues, will returnGonna put Literature.Prey on page history moves thread later soon.
Actually now. https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=16904411670A79380200&page=3#74
Actually no, since there's no Subpages.

Disambig Needed: Help with those issues! tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13324299140A37493800&page=24#comment-576I thought that the splits should be as far apart as The Lost World (1995) and The Lost World: Jurassic Park are now.

AFK with issues, will returnI'd like to separate Literature.Little Princess and WesternAnimation.Little Princess.
For every low there is a high. So; there are two different things to consider...
- If multiple works are sharing a work page in the same namespace, that's handled by this thread.
- If the works already have their own pages (e.g. Series.Westworld and Film.Westworld, but we want to rename them to disambiguate, so that theit Trivia, YMMV and other subpages don't clash, that's the Making disambigs for works that share names thread.
About that Little Princess split, I want to do it by making sandboxes for both the cartoon's page and the books' page, and then transferring them over when I change the redirect. Do I have permission to do that?
For every low there is a high.
Sometimes, all works in a series are lumped together and troped under one page (including spinoffs on the main series page) even when there would be enough to trope for the individual works and/or it would make more sense to split them. (This seems especially prevalent with video game series, but is probably the case for other media too.) I've seen several projects to split pages like this lately, so I thought it might be a good idea to have a dedicated thread for this, where we can discuss possible splits of this type and work together on the individual pages.
Might as well start this off by linking Sandbox.Puzzle Bobble, intending to split the Puzzle Bobble spinoff series from VideoGame.Bubble Bobble (VideoGame.Puzzle Bobble is currently a redirect to the main series page and troped there). ...And yeah, it currently has all games in that series under one list, but I'm thinking it should at the very least be split from the main Bubble Bobble page as a first step, and then we can discuss further about making separate pages for any individual games if wanted.
(oh, and let me know if there's a thread like this already, I couldn't find one)
