Unused quotes should be put on a Quotes Wiki page (just replace the namespace in the URL of the wiki page you are making a quotes page for with Quotes/) or, if they don't have an article, on Quotes Looking for an Article.

Agreed, the second quote is more demonstrative.
I've re-formatted the Raul Julia "quote" to just be the first line of the description.
The old page quote from Real Robot Genre:
It was deleted citing "removed link to blatan self-promotion". The page history doesn't go far back enough to show who added the quote to say who added it so can't say if the case.
The current page quote:
I feel the old one did a better job so am asking if we can verify the self-promotion allegation. Don't think the current quote conveys the "Real" part. Thoughts?

Cut the quote as superfluous and subtly complainy.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
Potholes aren't supposed to go in page quotes at all. I think you can put something like "(regarding Breaking Bad)" after the attribution if context is needed like that.

I was looking at the Surprise Witness quote and I was wondering if the My Cousin Vinny bit from the quotes page would be an improvement over the current main page one.
Edit: Just noticed that Reasonable Request Rejected uses most of the same quote...hm.

Racist Grandma. The slur might bother some people but I would understand it if the quote were strong since it demonstrates the racism. The problem is I think I don't think it demonstrates the "grandma" part enough without the character being denoted as "elderly woman" giving context. I feel like this has come up before.

The Sorceress' quote is a little overlong, frankly. I prefer Malefor's first quote if only because it's more compact.
Unrelatedly, T. Rexpy lacks a quote and I was thinking of moving up this one from the examples:

The current mostly only implies the trope and relies on scene descriptions to try and make it more explicit, while I think the Ultimate Spider-Man quote is more blatant and drives the point home better naturally.
