That Friend Nobody Likes
There were two princes in a standard fantasy setting, and they shared a mutual love and respect of each other. The older one left on some crazy "quest" or something to dispose of some old family heirloom or something and hadn't been seen since. The younger prince becomes king, but is incompetent (despite being a good person) and was overthrown by rebels. He flees his land with the king's guard, and tries to get help from The Empire (although they're a Villain with Good Publicity in this fantasy world). While on a carriage ride in the deceptively idyllic countryside, La Résistance attacks and takes him hostage. They then take him to their leader, who takes off his hood to reveal the king's older brother...
Anyways, my line is "What makes you think we're the evil ones?"

"Now, usually I'd say you're too late, but it's been too late since she was born."

The hero is trying to save their sister from a villain who wants to sacrifice her to bring about The End of the World as We Know It. Just as the hero is about to reach the villain, The Dragon stops them in their tracks and delivers this line, because he knows that the hero's sister is a Barrier Maiden, and it actually doesn't matter how she dies - her death will allow a dreaded Eldritch Abomination to manifest on the physical plane.
"Nothing you can tell me would be any worse than what I already know."

A supposedly disgraced intelligence agent who got captured and then rescued by a friendly militia was supposedly hearing number sequences. He was told that it's a side effect from an attempted brainwashing, except that he knows that they are a set of numbers in code that links to a mysterious place codenamed Tower.
What the hell happened? I thought the supposed conspirators wanted the regalia
to sell them to the underworld. Why am I hearing that the so-called pretender's trying to stage an attack on the Imperial family?!

That there is a seal.
The line is spoken by the master-thief-for-hire who stole the regalia on behalf of the actual antagonists (the mentioned "conspirators"). He has been grudgingly working with the protagonists, and previously told them that his clients were trying to sell the items on the black market (hence "supposed conspirators" — he believes they're just greedy people who want to sell the important artifacts to the highest bidders, not part of any grand conspiracy). But, for a while, evidence has been building up of a mole in the heroes' ranks, and several signs have pointed to the thief. When the real plan to attack the royal family is revealed, this seems like the final nail in his coffin — he must have lied to them! He's the mole! The protagonists then devise a new plan, with everyone present except the thief. Then they confront him, demanding to know "why the pretender is attacking the royal family." With a look of genuine bewilderment on his face, this is the reply... revealing that, not only was he fed lies by his former clients, but that the mole is still in their midst. More than that, the mole heard their whole plan. And beyond that, with the thief's name cleared, the now-prime suspect is the main protagonist... come to think of it, his first-person narration never told us where he was when certain things happened...
"Shut up, Roscoe. I know just as well as you about the damn predicate nominative being in the damn subjective case. I just don't feel the need to lord my intellectual superiority over everyone. God, you're just as annoying as you were in middle school."
Data is imaginary. This burrito is real.

The detective finally confronts the Big Bad in his house, after finding out he's the murderer in a murder case. The murderer then utters the detective's original name (that they have abandoned in order to move on from their Dark and Troubled Past) out of frustration with them and ends up revealing that he was the nerd in school who used to be best friends with the detective.
"Mother, what have you done?"

Part of a reveal of a major character having amnesia and winding up killing a close relative or friend. the line was spoken by someone who is trying to jog their memory after the fact by bringing up a childhood favorite. Return of memories and a Heroic BSoD ensues.

This is what signals an escape sequence, but it also signals the start of a process that makes it impossible to get to the exit in that amount of time.
