Depends on how strong the acid is, its concentration, ambient temperature, and a bunch of other factors. Even after an hour of total immersion, assuming their internals aren't breached, it's quite possible that SPAS and M590 remain mostly functional.

- If forced to remain on the job, they'd both die within a matter of minutes. As overpowered as Laura may be, the SCP's powers are based in science fiction and not magic — meaning her usually Hyper Aware Supernatural Sensitivity is useless. Plus, there are several SCP's that are a lot stronger than she is; and considering how much of a Cardboard Prison the place can be, I don't want to think that far.
