I find the cutscenes before the battles in Puyo Puyo very funny, so I decided to add Arle in my gallery.

The first avatar is from the original arcade game, the other is from Puyo Puyo 2.

I added some Monster Prom Avatars to my gallery including one that somebody photoshopped for me of what I call the forbidden ending

Just added this avatar here. Jammer-possessed Misaki from the -if- arc of Cardfight!! Vanguard (V Series), she is usually a serious girl who looks like a Japanese Delinquent with a perfect memory but the spacetime alteration turned her into a clumsy Meganekko with short-span memory.

Christmas Misa time

I'll get in on the Christmas spirit too.

Changed my avatar to the Dragonets of Destiny due to a new Wings Of Fire Graphic Novel coming out this month.

I don't feel like putting on a Christmas avi quite yet...

In the meantime, have Hsien-ko and Lord Raptor (in her sleeve) from Darkstalkers. Their dynamic is so funny, I love 'em so much.

Another page, another row of Gintama Characters, back in the spotlight to counteract the splurge of DBZ avatars early on.

(From left to right, Gintoki, Katsura, Sakamoto, Takasugi, Kamui and Utsuro)

I know that Utsuro (and to a much lesser extent, Kamui) is technically a Walking Spoiler due to his role as pretty much the series' main antagonist, his absurdly late introduction into the series, only appearing in the 4th last major arc in the entire series, and his entire introduction being a huge groundbreaking reveal that Shouyo wasn't actually dead and how it twisted our perception of every single flashback that even involved or mentioned him. But the spoiler itself involves a lot of context into the show itself that I just decided to leave him in and place this spoiler here in case you've either already watched Gintama (which you really should it's really great) or just don't care enough.

I specifically chose the 2nd one to be my Christmas avatar mainly because Katsura is by far my favorite character in the series and because the pfp itself is part of one of my personal favorite scenes from early on in the series

I tried doing what some other tropers were doing and use a more festive version of my avatar...only problem being that THIS —> was the most festive pic I could find, because A: There were no Christmas-y pics I could get in the Christmas Episode, and B: I didn't want to have to resort to fanart.

Not that I'm complaining tho, I still like the pic :>

That feel when the random number generator you're using to select random avatars gives you avatars from the same game twice in a row.

I added The Presence. I'm adding characters I think are neat (or that I simp for, he isnt one of them). I like how DC made the literal Supreme Being of the DC Multiverse take the form of a pudgy old British Man with a ball of light in his hand.

I wonder if G. K. Chesterton would feel flattered or upset.

I dunno about him, but the highlight of my life would be if Neil Gaiman even looked at me, let alone added me into his story as literal God

My avatar? It's been ages since I've checked out Gunnerkrigg Court, but that panel with Coyote is so good of an avatar, it stuck with me ever since... forever.

And yeah, I place the blame on TVT for introducing me to GKC, lol!

I've been doing album cover avatars lately, as a reflection of how I'm really into music. Right now it's Songs From The Big Chair by Tears for Fears.

The figure stares into the fireplace, smelling of soft musk and harsh ammonia. Twin red stars glow in the depths of its cowl. There are impossible echoes in the piping voice. But it seems tired. It wants to talk. It wants only one thing from you: an answer.

I am super appreciative that Matthew Taranto continues to upload content, even though he does not actually post any Brawl in the Family anymore. Gems like this are a beacon in the darkness.
