Rumble Fighter is a 3D MMO fighting game focusing more on Player Vs Player combat with some Player Vs Environment. There are many different basic styles for a character that determine their initial stats and what exocores they can use. Characters can transform using exocores, giving them access to two special moves per core, and can carry two different cores at once. Fighting styles are determined using secret scrolls, with a basic fighting style being available to anyone without a scroll.

Unfortunately, the game closed on May 23rd, 2014. Service was briefly taken over by Gamescampus before they also shut it down in March of 2016. Since then, PlayRedFox has it own its website. It's also available on Steam.

This game provides examples of:

  • A Dog Named "Dog": The Succubus boss in the second part of Vladimir's Castle is simply called Succubus.
  • And Your Reward Is Clothes: You can complete an adventure mode stage on the hardest difficulty(Hell) and get treasure chest that has a pair of slippers that you can only have for 3 days.
  • Animorphism: Soul Fighter works this way
  • Bare-Fisted Monk: Everyone is this by default unless they use an exo.
  • Battle Aura: Along with a few exocores, there are also some items that do this.
  • Beam Spam: Some of the exocores can do this.
  • BFS: The Blade Spirit exocore.
  • Combo Breaker: The panic attack, a once per round attack with higher priority than any other move in the game
  • Fake Boobs: The Angle Beach bra in the store gives female characters fairly big breasts.
  • Fixed-Floor Fighting: The standard Battle mode gives you the basic arenas such as Blacktop Melee and Glacier Cove.
  • Fragile Speedster: Soul Fighters boast high Speed and Jump, but with the lowest Armor stat and below-average HP.
  • Free-Floor Fighting: The Moving Screen Rumble Mode, which has maps that can potentially ring out players that are too slow. Examples include Demolition, a construction site that fighters have to climb to the top, or Hangar, where you have to drop down to the bottom (but not too rapidly to avoid ringing out).
  • Jack of All Stats: The Striker starts out with the most even spread in stats, with Strength being their greatest boon of them all.
  • Launcher Move: Basic way of performing a juggle
  • Macross Missile Massacre: Most of the Knight Mech Exocores allow you to launch a salvo of homing missiles.
  • Mighty Glacier: Androids have the strength of a Striker and the highest HP stat, but they're slower than the Alchemist.
  • Rapid-Fire Fisticuffs: The Rage scroll lets one do this, as do a few exocores.
  • Ring Out: You will die instantaneously if you are ringed out. Extremely irritating if you were knocked off in the first seconds during the match.
  • Secret Character: Shaman and Android aren't in the starting roster and must be unlocked from the store.
  • Squishy Wizard: Elementalists have the lowest starting HP, Strength and Armor, but the highest SP stat to keep cranking out Exocore attacks.
  • Stone Wall: Alchemists and Shamans start with the highest Armor, but the second-lowest Strength, and the lowest Speed and Jump. Though their HP is slightly lower than the Soul Fighter's, their defenses help stretch it out.
  • Super Mode: Exocores work like this in that along with an new appearance, give you skills and sometimes even new combos.
