- Meaningful Release Date: The DVD release of the movie is August 6, the same day as the birthday of Batman's voice actor, Jason O'Mara.
- The Other Darrin:
- The Joker's cameo in Son of Batman sees his laugh voiced by Dee Bradley Baker. Here, he's voiced by Jason Spisak.
- Much like Batman: Assault on Arkham, Hynden Walch voices Harley Quinn instead of Tara Strong. note
- In a short attached to Justice League: Throne of Atlantis that sets up Batman vs. Robin (as well as resolve Batman pursuit of The Scarecrow's goons, which Green Lantern wrecked in the film), Scarecrow was voiced by Michael Rosenbaum. Here, he's voiced by Chris Cox.
- Release Date Change: The DVD release for the movie was originally August 13, but it was then moved to August 6.
- Role Reprise:
- The Joker is voiced by Jason Spisak, who previously voiced him in the LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes movies.
- Inverted with Poison Ivy. According to the filmmakers commentary, Peyton List, who played her in Gotham, had actually recorded for this film first before she was cast to replace Maggie Geha in Gotham.
- This movie has Hynden Walch voice Harley Quinn, much like how she did on The Batman.
- Throw It In!: Harley humming a few notes of "Entry of the Gladiators" wasn't in the script, it was improvised by Hynden Walch. The writer, Ernie Altbacker, noted in the commentary that if he actually wrote out "Dah dah dah dah dah dah dah dah dah dah", he would've looked crazy.
- What Could Have Been:
- In 2016, at the San Diego Comic-Con, Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill floated the idea that they could act in an Animated Adaptation of Batman: Hush. This movie, obviously, has Jason O'Mara and Jason Spisak instead.
- There's also the fact that a purposed, but ultimately rejected, follow-up to The Batman vs. Dracula would've been an adaptation of Hush, meaning that would've likely involved Rino Romano and Kevin Michael Richardson in the respective roles of the Dark Knight and the Clown Prince of Crime.
