Extra Notes:
- When it was re-released in 1990 and 1994, it was labelled as Volume 2 of the series.
This video contains examples of:
- Back for the Finale: To a certain extent. Thanks to shots from the final scene from This Is Your Life, Donald Duck being shown during the reprise of "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah", several characters/movies who have appeared/been represented in past songs appear during said reprise.
- Early-Installment Weirdness: This is the only volume to feature the original 2D Mickey the Bouncing Ball graphic. Subsequent volumes update it to a CGI version.
- Fake Interactivity: Professor Owl encourages you to say "I think I can" along with Casey in order to help him over the hill.
- Follow the Bouncing Ball: With the exception of "Following the Leader", which is just "animated subtitles" in the middle of the song, all of the songs in this video are accompanied by a Mickey bouncing ball, usually white, but "The Unbirthday Song" has a yellow Mickey ball.
- Stock Footage:
- As in later installments, footage of Professor Owl and his students is reused from Adventures in Music.
- "It's a Small World" uses footage from the Wonderful World of Color episode "Disneyland Goes to the World's Fair".
- "Casey Junior", while containing the original footage from Dumbo, also contained footage from the short The Brave Engineer and Mr. Mouse Takes a Trip.
- "Give a Little Whistle", while containing the original footage from Pinocchio, also contains footage from Mickey's Delayed Date, Lend a Paw, How to Play Football, Dumbo, The Nifty Nineties, Davy Crockett, King of the Wild Frontier, The Vanishing Private, Little Toot, The Wind in the Willows, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, After You've Gone and The New Spirit.
- The "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah" reprise features the footage from This is Your Life, Donald Duck.
