  • Dan Halen's genetically engineered chickens in "Wing Nut".
  • The various skinned animal parts taking over Granny's brain and actions in "Beast Implants."
  • Early getting graphically mauled by a bear in "Hetero-cephalo Agenda". Twice.
  • In the Christmas Episode, such as it is, Santa Claus getting kidnapped by the Cuyler clan, his reindeer gruesomely gutted and cooked into venison, then tied to a chair and having his beard shaved off with a fish scaler.
    • Every attempt to rescue him by the Elves at the North Pole ends in horrific disaster. Eventually, they just give up.
      • Part of the reason for this was that there was no way they could fulfill Early's adamant demand for the still-beating heart of Jeff Gordon. The other part is that they actually don't like working for Santa Claus.
  • The implication that Granny "made sexuals" with a flaming corpse.
  • Krystal's rapid weight loss in "Krystal, Light."
  • The mass-murder of Early's wives in the same manner as the the Jonestown Massacre, with Early even dressing up like Jim Jones himself.
Denny: "That grape hit the spot...n'burned a hole right through it..."
  • Early taking off his asbestos hat, his head now gruesomely covered in sores.
  • The Reveal that Early wasn't the Butt-Cutter, Dan Halen was.
  • In "Gimmicky Magazine Show Spoof Parody About Dan Halen" it's all but stated that local supervillain, Dan Halen, is some kind of immortal demon that has been menacing the human race since the time of the Dinosaurs. Which barely recontextualizes all of his evil deeds, but certainly is kinda disturbing. It doesn't help that he was running the interview the entire time and killed the version of Melissa who had discovered the truth, only to replace her with a clone that doesn't care and just wants to talk about things that make him look good.
    • Despite being the embodiment of evil, there are things that even Dan Halen is afraid of. Such as the subterranean race of carnivorous mole men that he has to assemble his products behind some glass. As he tells Melissa and the viewer about them, he makes it explicitly clear that he never gave them a way to make it up to the surface, and seems rather disturbed by the concept of them doing so. Meanwhile in the background, we see one start sniffing the air, alerted to the viewers presence. Then two, then many more. The mole men then start violently shrieking and pounding on the glass, which begins to crack before Halen drops a large emergency wall on top of them. The implication is that these creatures are so incredibly dangerous and aggressive that even Dan won't risk them escaping, most likely to protect himself and his assets.
  • The Season 12 premiere, "Forever Autumn":
  • The Bolivian Army Ending in "Squash B'Gosh".
  • Sheriff being merged with his cooler from the wildfire that Early caused in "Cooler-Heads Prevail".
