Moral Event Horizon in Kingdom Hearts: The Antipode.
Act 1: The Antipode
- Maleficent is directly responsible for thousands of worlds falling to darkness, and is feared throughout the worlds as a result.
- The Coachman and his goons are well past the point of no return by the time they're introduced, abducting young boys from lost worlds and turning them into donkeys to be sold into slavery. The donkeys that can't be sold are even fed to the Heartless.
Act 2: Fragmented Truths
- Xemnas and Vexen crossed it when they blackmailed Riku Replica into eliminating the real Riku by threatening to kill his friends, deceiving him with the threat of detonating nonexistent bombs planted on Naminé and Roxas. However, it should be noted that the former sincerely apologized to Riku Replica/Xiruk when confronted over a year later.
The Year Between
- The Organization's siege on Twilight Town is treated as this In-Universe. Though the world was not plunged into darkness, numerous citizens were slaughtered and the survivors left traumatized and homeless.
- Zexion crossed it when he took control of Sora and forced him to attack Kairi, traumatizing him in the process. Additionally, he was responsible for spearheading the aforementioned destruction of Twilight Town.
- Demona crossed it well before her debut by routinely using The Heartless to slaughter humans indiscriminately, children included.
- DiZ toed the line when he threatened to kill a wounded Aqua and turn her remains into a subservient Replica. Though it was a bluff and he didn't have the heart to actually go through with it, DiZ had no qualms with leaving Aqua for dead and even tried to shoot Sora out of spite when the latter leapt to her defense. Its no wonder the heroes left him for good after this.
Act 3: All That's Left
- Hades crossed it when he killed Tinker Bell in a particularly cruel manner for no reason than to spite the heroes for rejecting his deal. Fortunately, it didn't last.
- Terra-Xehanort is revealed to have crossed it prior to the events of the story by experimenting on living people, some of whom were children. Even worse, he captured Lea and Isa (two children he found sneaking into the castle) and carved the Recusant's Sigil into the latter's forehead.
- Syndrome crossed it in his second appearance when he forced Mr. Incredible to watch as his wife and children are seemingly killed in a missile strike, before replaying the footage four times to further break his spirit.
- And like in the original film, Syndrome tries to kidnap Mr. Incredible's infant son Jack-Jack as a last-ditch attempt to spite the family once his plan is foiled.
- Lexaeus arguably crossed it when he indirectly participated in the above example by fighting off the heroes when they tried to intervene.
- Xaldin crossed it during the Arendelle arc when he stabbed Elsa in the heart with a shard of enchanted glass with the intent of forcefully transforming her into a Heartless and recruiting her into the Organization as a Nobody.
- If Hans manipulating Anna and tricking her into a loveless marriage wasn't bad enough, then him taunting a corrupted Elsa with the threat of killing her sister in hopes of pushing her to succumb to darkness cemented him as an irredeemable monster.
