Film - Animated

Inside Out has the fanfiction Yellowjacket, where Riley and her friends Meg and Jordan (and a whole lot of adults) are essentially zombies except they're not dead, they're infected with some sort of pathogen that needs an antidote.
Zootopia has the fanfic Pray, set within the early days of the Zombie Apocalypse, with OCs being established first.

Literature

Verdigris is a The Wicked Years fic where Elphaba's mother was infected with the Verdigris Plague prior to her birth, resulting in Elphaba's green skin.

Live Action TV

The aptly named Apocalypse has a Zombie Apocalypse set in the Heroes world.
Glee seems to acquire quite a few examples:
- Just Like Last Tuesday, Except with Zombies: In which Puck leads the Glee club to the school, where they fall under the leadership of Sue Sylvester.

All Those Who Wander Are Lost by stormy mayday. A Zombie Apocalypse hits Ohio and the Glee club runs out while also being a Kurt/Sam fic.

Video Games

Doraemon: Nobita's Resident Evil: A parody/crossover of the first Resident Evil game which reenact Raccoon City's Mansion Incident in the context of the famous Japanese Slice of Life anime Doraemon, starring the cast from the latter as the protagonists.
Friday Night Funkin': Corruption is a Game Mod based off Friday Night Funkin'. The mod takes place in the original game's Week 5 about a scary head on top of a Christmas tree being treated as The Corruption. The Corruption first started off by infecting the protagonists, Boyfriend and Girlfriend, turning them into zombified versions of themselves that rap together to infect other surviving characters.
- Corruption Expanded is a Game Mod that serves as a Recursive Fan Fiction to Friday Night Funkin': Corruption. Corruption Expanded branches off the original Corruption mod's story where Evil Boyfriend had succeeded in infecting all of the cast from Friday Night Funkin'. However, while the original Corruption mod story focuses on Boyfriend regaining control over his body to eventually save those infected with the Corruption, the Corruption Expanded focuses on Recurring Fanon Characters of different mods to take action in dealing against the Corruption.
Zombies Its one big video game crossover and the Zombie Apocalypse is quickly wrecking civilization, and the monarchs who attempt to deal with it are summarily killed off for their efforts.

Western Animation

Under Cover Of Darkness: The Magic School Bus fanfic in which an older Ms. Frizzle's class has to survive a mauler apocalypse. It's one big Shout-Out to The Walking Dead (2010), though not a true crossover. While it follows a similar storyline to the tv series, there are notable differences. There are characters that share names with TWD characters, but they are not the same people, and the story isn't set in Georgia.
Dead Air features The Powerpuff Girls� city of Townsville being overrun by zombies created when a cellular revitalization formula is destroyed in the city cemetery during a fight with Mojo Jojo.
Herald is a My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic fanfic where something is causing the pegasi to grab other ponies, lift them high above the clouds, drop them (to their death) when they get tired, and look for another alive pony to grab. This continues even after the Pegasus is dead.
