All For Luz has some pretty loathsome and hatable characters for their evil actions In-Universe, and readers will most likely hate them as well.
- The first Arc Villain, the Antagonistic Governor, Rodger Maxwell, is blatantly played out to be a massive Jerkass and overall a morally bankrupt character, seeing as he put 33 children between ages 14-18 into a literal death game for his sick kicks and hatred toward those with powers, literally a day after the Mass Super-Empowering Event, having lied about letting the winners go alive with their prize money. Before that he had the non-Quirk users kids and camp staff on the bus gunned down to Leave No Witnesses and fathered Arla one of the kidnapped teens via Prison Rape, proving himself a hypocrite in his talks about protecting humanity. His short-sighted Evil Plan involved making Luz take all of the powers of those in Connecticut with her Power Parasite Quirk while contained in the forest, before then bombing the area with the poor girl inside. Many readers believed that him getting life imprisonment with no parole for it wasn't enough and wished he had been brutally killed by Luz's hands in her Roaring Rampage of Revenge.
- Martin Johnson, the sheriff of Gravesfield. It’s hard to feel much sympathy for him for losing his nephew, Cody, to Luz's hands, considering he bribed businesses and schools to ban Luz and only Luz in order to ruin her life as much as possible and try to drive her out of town. Many cheered after he was killed by Luz.
- Then there's Jonah Smith who's a 19-year-old Psycho for Hire for the Wittebane Mega Church. Even for Riley and his fellow assassin comrades, he’s only 19-years old and is already a disgusting monster who killed and raped his wife and has committed some pretty gruesome assassinations against innocent people, something it appears to take pleasure in. He’s pretty awful from the readers’ perspective, as well, when compared to Riley and Sophia, especially after he murders Camila and tricks Luz into believing she killed her after blowing up her corpse with her Deadly Force Field to give her a Heroic BSoD. He even went as far as to give an Evil Laugh and say it was the funniest thing he's ever done. Many cheered after Luz killed him with a Finishing Stomp as he died terrified of her but many more thought he deserved to suffer a lot more.
Original version
- Kennedy Jennkins, The Leader of Heaven's Devil's who's only 17-years old and spearheaded the attack that slaughtered half of Luz's teammates so that they could have a better chance to kill Luz for money, even going as far as to deliver Last Disrespects on Julia's corpse. He acts cocky and tough when things seem to be going his way, with his team backing him up outnumbering his enemies and likes barking orders at them. However, he gets easily frustrated and scared when things start to go south for him. Kennedy even tries to invoke The Promise on Stanley to betray Luz and tries to attack when he refuses. He stupidly believes The Governor intends to honor his agreement to pay him billions for killing Luz, with no intention of sharing any of it with any of his teammates, when reality the Arc Villain doesn't intend to let any of kids live out of Fantastic Racism. Kennedy claims his family is dirt-poor, barely surviving off of scraps, and winning the Deadly Game was the perfect opportunity for a Get-Rich-Quick Scheme. (This doesn't justify his actions at all.)
- When Luz starts wiping out his 22 strong team one-by-one in her Blood Lust fuelled Roaring Rampage of Revenge while stealing their Quirks for herself, he has a complete Villainous Breakdown and tries to pull a Screw This, I'm Outta Here abandoning his comrades to to try and save himself. He spends his last moments begging for his life, as Luz finishes him off.
