- SMG4's initial attempts to make the Perfect Video all involve Kermit in some way. First, its a clip of Kermit kicking Jesus in the nuts before exploding, then its him doing a dance on a white screen.
- By the time of the events of "Mar10 Day", SMG4 is so at his wit's end that he's rapidly googling "WHERE IS THE FUNNI?!?!" and even praying to the gods for inspiration.
- How did SMG4 get possessed? He saw an ad online for a "Completely Regular Keyboard That Looks Coooool" (with generic WordArt text) that looks obviously demonic and bought it.
- Bob suggesting they cheer SMG4 by beating him up. And of course, Mario agrees with him.
- SMG4’s descent into madness is legitimately chilling but we still get some levity when he stuffs extra keyboards in his ears.
- When SMG3 tells the gang what's happened, a nonplussed Bob says that the situation is "just another Tuesday" for them.
- The fight between the gang and the Meat Moss tentacles has some good moments:
- Saiko cuts off a tentacle which Bob then slices up into sushi, which Luigi then shoots into another tentacle's maw. It doesn't react well. Evidently, that stuff is rank.Tentacle: EWWWWWWWW!! *explodes*
- As Luigi and Tari run from a tentacle that was enraged by Tari's "peace offering" (putting a rubber duck on its head), two tentacles can be seen playing tennis with Boopkins as the ball. After one of them misses, sending Boopkins falling into the empty moat, we see a screen showing the tentacles were keeping score.

- Boopkins stalling the military from blowing up the castle by giving a long-winded speech on peace, complete with lectern and tie. Eventually, they get sick of it and just run him over, squashing him flat.Boopkins: "My scrotums…"
- When the rest of the gang then try to stop the army from demolishing the castle themselves, Swag inexplicably breaks into rhyme as he tells Chris to stop them.Swag: "Chris! These biffing bafflers are blocking the way! Destroy them all before they ruin Christmas day!"Chris: "…What?"

- In the chaos trying to fight the tentacles, Mario, Meggy, and SMG3 end up back in the castle. When SMG3 complains they're right back where they started, Mario declares that this time they've got "Super Funky Mario!" and he makes Funky Kong's pose from the Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze boxart, complete with a bandana and surfboard from nowhere. Better yet, the background music is the "Act Clear" jingle from Sonic 3 & Knuckles.
- Mario stares at SMG4's computer in horror when everything else in the room looks normal, When SMG3 questions why he screamed...Mario: "Because..." (Notepad is open, displaying pixellated text) "MARIO HAS TO READ!"
(SMG3 and Meggy stare blankly at him)
SMG3: "Oh my f*cking god..."- And when the room gets covered in Meat Moss, he remarks that it isn't so bad... until a tentacle pops up holding a sign reading "Boo!"Mario: AHHH READING!!!

- Mario, Meggy, and SMG3 fight Toad, who's grown the ridiculously long, shapely, humanoid legs of a Mimicutie.SMG3: "Looks like SMG4's been experimenting with redesigning more characters!"
Mario: "Stupid sexy Toadies!" (runs up and kicks Toad in the shin, only to get stomped flat) ...ow!- When Meggy gets crushed underfoot by Toad, SMG3 can be heard off to the side saying he wishes he was the one being stomped instead.
SMG3: God, I wish that were me! - Mario defeats Long Legged Toad… by broadcasting his location and what he's into to China.
- Beeg SMG4 forces Mario and Meggy to react to memes to get to SMG4. Unfortunately, Meggy sucks so badly at reacting that her attempt causes the React Meter, previously nearly full, to plummet and explode, so Mario sticks an indignant Meggy in the "Naughty Woomy Corner" while he goes through the challenge himself.Meggy: (facing the Naughty Woomy Corner) "You've got to be kidding me…"
- The movie goes through the motions of being Heartwarming as SMG3 refuses to leave SMG4 in the collapsing castle and collaborates to help him finish his video, Tearjerking when the rest of the gang mourn them as it looks like they didn't make it out when the castle collapsed, and then Funny again when the two SMGs finish the video to the message "RENDER COMPLETE! (wow it didnt crash nice)".
- SMG3 describing his Heel–Face Turn as "a whole Vegeta character arc."
- When the Clippy-esque TV mascot pops up again and asks SMG4 to rate his experience with the demonic keyboard, SMG3 responds by smacking the monitor with said keyboard.
- SMG3 shows more of his Tsundere moments after the castle is destroyed.SMG4: Nah... ...I'd do anything to not lose my friends.SMG3: WHAT?! I'M NOT YOUR FRIEND! ...B-Baka!
- The movie ends on a hopeful note as the gang leaves to build a new castle… until Meggy asks where Peach is. It's only then that we cut to Peach, who wakes up to her alarm and opens the curtains to find a giant demon eye staring at her. Cue scream and Wild Take.
