Sector Seven

    In General
  • Adaptational Badass: Due to the story taking place in the setting of My Hero Academia, most of the soldiers and agents of Sector Seven have Quirks which they use to fight the Decepticons.
  • The Ghost: Agent Seymour Simmons has been mentioned but hasn't appeared yet. Apparently, he's considered a whack job.
  • Government Agency of Fiction: They are a top-secret government organization that specializes in studying extraterrestrial life as well as hiding any sensitive evidence from the general public.
  • Secret-Keeper:
    • They are aware of the Cybertronian war between the Autobots and the Decepticons.
    • They are aware of the existence of All For One, the main Big Bad of MHA.

    General Whalen

Quirk: Ram

Fowler and Burns' superior and the supposed head of Sector Seven.
  • Everyone Has Standards: He doesn't mind finding and capturing Bumblebee, but when he finds out that children are involved he becomes hesitant.
  • Horned Humanoid: His Quirk, Ram, gives him the horns of a Ram.

    Jacob Burns

Quirk: Heat Hands

A high-ranked agent of Sector Seven, Agent Burns discovers the Autobots and Decepticons when two Decepticons, Shatter and Dropkick, arrived on Earth.

  • Adaptational Badass: In the Bumblebee movie, he was a powerless human. Here, he is a human with a Quirk, which gives him a fighting chance against the Decepticons.
  • Easily Forgiven: Despite Kyoka constantly antagonising him, he forgives her for it when the punk rocker girl apologises after he risked his life to save her from getting killed by Skywarp.
  • "It" Is Dehumanizing: He refers to Bumblebee as "It" when he orders his men to taser the Autobot.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Jacob may be an uptight agent of the military but he deeply cares about his people and is dedicated to protecting humanity from the Decepticons. He even saved Kyoka, despite the latter's contempt for him.
  • Must Make Amends: He realizes what he did to the kids was wrong and upon Optimus's advice, hopes to make it up to them.
  • Playing with Fire: His Quirk, Heat Hands, allows him to turn his hands from skin and bone to a magma-hot substance.
  • Taking the Bullet: He protects Kyoka from a Vehicon's claws, and while he survives, he still gets an arm and a leg broken in the process.

    William Fowler

Quirk: Quirkless

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/DarknessRising2-Fowler_4169.jpg

William Fowler is a special agent of Sector Seven who secretly monitors the Autobots' activities alongside his subordinates and reports back on issues of interest.

  • Badass Normal: Despite not having a Quirk, Fowler does not back down from any threat, be they Decepticon or Villain.
  • Deadpan Snarker: Fowler's known for giving a few snarky quips about the shenanigans going on around him.
  • Fantastic Racism: Due to his Quirkless status, he was on the receiving end of bullies, not unlike Izuku.
  • Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: He's one of the agents who unwittingly helped Shatter and Dropkick use their satellites to find Bumblebee and then proceed to use them to contact Cybertron to send a Decepticon army to Earth, burning it to the ground. Had it not been for the intervention of All Might, Optimus Prime, and the kids; the planet would've been doomed.
  • Secret-Keeper:
    • He knows about the secret of One For All and that Izuku is its current holder.
    • Fowler also knows and has worked with Snake Eyes before.
  • Stating the Simple Solution: When the Autobots informed Fowler of Kyoka and Jazz infiltrating Snake Eyes' Hero Agency, Fowler says they could've run it by him first to avoid any misunderstandings.
  • Un-Sorcerer: Agent Fowler is one of the 20 percent minority of humans born without a Quirk. Despite this, he's still a specialized agent of Sector Seven.
  • What the Hell, Hero?: He drills Kyoka for using her internship for spying on Snake Eyes and the Joe and his agency for being way too secretive.

    Marissa Fairborne

Quirk: Unknown Healing Quirk

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/marissa_faireborn_forged_to_fight.png

Marissa Fairborne is one of the chief medics of Sector Seven and knows about the Autobot and Decepticon conflict.

  • Adaptational Origin Connection: Marissa used to be a student under Recovery Girl's tutelage in Medical school.
  • Fangirl: She literally devolved into this when she meets All Might in person.
  • Healing Hands: Marissa's Quirk lets her heal the wounds of others with the side effect of having their joints ache for a while.
  • Honorary Uncle: She considers several members of G.I. Joe as her adoptive aunts and uncles.
  • The Medic: She has a Quirk that allows her to heal people but causes their joints to hurt for a while.
  • Nephewism: She was raised by her aunt and uncle for the first ten years of her life due to her parents having to cut off all contact with their previous lives. She was unsurprisingly mad when she found out.
  • Parental Issues: She doesn't like to talk about it, but she clearly has some unresolved issues concerning her father Dashiell Faireborne/Flint, and is never eager to meet him while on the field. While she eventually forgave her mother Lady Jaye and reconnected, her relationship with Flint is still very distant.
  • Shipper on Deck: She too also notices the romantic tension between Izuku and Kyoka.

    Dr. Powell

Quirk: Unknown

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/300px_bumblebee_dr_powell.jpg
A scientist of Sector Seven who was very interested in the Cybertronians upon meeting Shatter and Dropkick.
  • Too Dumb to Live: Is about the only one who really buys into Shatter and Dropkick's story to any degree, and when he tries to protest after their betrayal he gets reduced to paste for his troubles.
  • We Hardly Knew Ye: He dies just as quickly here as he did in the film and we didn't get to know what Quirk he has in this story or if he had any at all.

  • Cool Helmet: The helmet of his hero costume enhances his Quirk and was built by Isaac Sumdac of Sumdac Systems.
  • Eye Color Change: His Quirk appears to change his eye color all the time.
  • Henshin Hero: How he basically transforms into his hero costume with his own theme song.
  • Locked Out of the Loop: Despite Sector Seven being aware of All For One's existence, he expressed shock of someone being alive during the time Joseph Colton was still around, hinting that he doesn't know about the mastermind behind the League of Villains.
  • Long-Haired Pretty Boy: He has long blonde hair and is described as not bad looking.
  • Powered Armor: His hero costume is basically this.
  • Super-Senses: His Quirk, Spectrum, gives him the ability to see through all kinds of vision such as night vision, x-ray vision, thermal vision, infrared and more.
