Conchelle as she appears in Towelket 0
Conchelle is a recurring character within the games often characterized by her tsundere attitude and tomboyish nature.


  • Cute Bruiser: Despite her cute appearance, she's actually quite strong for her age. Her introduction scene in Towelket 3 even has her training in a personal gym

  • Girlish Pigtails: Always has her hair styled in large pigtails despite her tomboy personality

  • Tomboy and Girly Girl: Tomboy to Lasagna’s Girly Girl

  • Tsundere: Harsh type. When near her love interest, she's likely to say the phrase "Don't misunderstand!" when interacting with them.

Pucchi(ぷっち)

Pucchi as she appears in Yoru no Umi
Pucchi is a robot girl who is first introduced in Towelket 3. Due to an unfortunate malfunction, she has several behavior tendencies like a dog, to the point that her eating habit is similar to that of a dog. Her main weapon consists of firing different type of missiles to damage enemies.


  • Extreme Omnivore: She has a tendency to eat unusual things, even the attacking alien race on occasion. This also helps in gathering information about the enemy
  • Flanderization: First character to suffer from this quite quickly. In the first game, she suffers from dog-like tics due to a malfunction but is the most capable member of the party. In her next major appearance, her creator constantly berates her for being a stupid dog. Every game after that she is, in fact, a stupid dog.
  • Macross Missile Massacre: One of her skills fire 3 missiles at all enemies, leaving to great damage potential.

Paripariume(ぱりぱりうめ) nicknamed PPU

Paripariume as she appears in the Towelket 1 MV remake
Paripariume is a recurring character in the series. She makes her debut appearance in Towelket 3 as an ant, though the most well known version of her is her portrayal in Towelket 2. Despite being a popular character within the series, after Towelket 2, her insignificance in the story becomes a running joke.


  • Demoted to Extra: She plays a fairly significant role in Towelket 2, but in each subsequent game she plays a smaller and smaller role she usually dies within the first few minutes of the game

  • We Hardly Knew Ye: After Towelket 2 She rarely survives the first hour of the game. Sometimes she's dead before the game even starts

  • The Woobie: She never survives any of the games, and her deaths are perhaps the most brutal in any of the Towelket games

Agochu(あごちゅ)

Agochu as she appears in Towelket 0
Agochu is recurring character within the Towelket series, introduced in Towelket 2. She is commonly portrayed as a genius professor or doctor.


  • Deadpan Snarker: The entirety of Towelket 6 has her constantly mocking Pucchi

  • Girlish Pigtails

  • Jerkass: Often treats her robot creations poorly, from using them as bait for a giant sea monster to sticking them in the oven for no good reason. It doesn't help that they are all fully sentient

  • Mad Scientist: Becomes this in Towelket Fury. She allows her close friend Pucchi to die for the sake of research. She then proceeds to create countless clones of her body and impregnate them with Lovelips aliens, hoping to find a way to permanently exterminate them

  • TheSmartGirl: She's usually a scientist or doctor, and the only one with a plan to help the characters survive in the long run.

  • The Stoic: Tends to be reserved for the most part

Moochasu(もーちゃす)

Moochasu as he appears in Yorumorukimri
A recurring protagonist of the games. He's often mistaken for a girl due to his feminine appearance.


  • Good Thing You Can Heal: There are many instances in Yorumorukimiri where Moochasu and his friends would have been dead had it not been for his Angel of Healing

  • Heroic Mime: Moochasu is silent in any game where he's the main protagonist. While later games provide choices in dialogue, he's generally regarded as quiet by the rest of the cast

  • The One Guy: He's one of the few male characters that exist within the series.

Lasagna(ラザニア)

Lasagna is a recurring character within the series, she is characterized by her kind and gentle personality in contrast to Conchelle's tsundere attitude whenever the two appear together.


  • AmbiguouslyBi: She's extremely close to Conchelle in Shippoutachi no Kizuna. They do everything from holding hands while watching romance movies to feeding each other. Although, as it turns out, she already has a male fiancé back home.

  • Tomboy and Girly Girl: Girly Girl to Conchelle’s Tomboy

Minpo(みんぽぅ)

Minpou as she appears in Yorumorukimiri
Minpou is the kindhearted but silent protagonist in Towelket 6. She is usually portrayed as pure-hearted and innocent.


  • Demoted to Extra: Despite being the protagonist of Towelket 6, and the first protagonist to have actual lines later in the game her presence is often treated as an afterthought in later games.

  • Heroic Mime: Subverted when she gains the ability to talk at the end of Towelket 6. However, it is already too late to escape her fate

  • HeroesPreferSwords: In Laughing Warawau, she wields a sword and dons the “Hero” title

  • LadyAndKnight: In Laughing Warawau, She is the White Knight to Warawau’s Bright Lady

  • NiceGirl: She is often portrayed as kind and pure-hearted, a stark contrast to the rest of the cast.

Nyanyamo(にゃにゃも)

Nyanyamo as she appears in Warau, Warawau
Nyanyamo is a recurring character within the games. In her debut game, Towelket 6, she is shown to have a friendly and reliable personality- however in every game following that, she is portrayed as more brash and overtly cruel towards everyone around her.


  • No Good Deed Goes Unpunished: In Towelket 6, Nyanyamo decides to stay behind and fight off the Pons so that her friends can escape. As a result, she is kidnapped by their leader and forced to bear his children.

Warawau(わらわぅ)

Warawau as she appears in Warau Warawau
Warawau debuts in Towelket 6. She is most known for her insane yandere portrayal in Towelket 6, though opposite to Nyanyamo, she mellows out in the following games and is consistently portrayed as more of a coward.


  • Butt-Monkey: Becomes this in Laughing Warawau. Almost everyone, including her own maid goes out of their way to torment her.

  • Manipulative Bitch: Takes no issue with deceiving and manipulating her friends for her own enjoyment in Towelket 6. She uses her Crocodile Tears to gain forgiveness from Minpou for indirectly causing her mother’s death Later revealed to be Harsher in Hindsight as it turns out that Warawau was actually the one responsible for murdering PPU. When Nyanyamo rightfully calls out Warawau on her bullshit, Warawau twists the situation and blames her for causing the series of events that led to PPU’s death.

  • Rape as Backstory: In Towelket 6, Warawau’s backstory reveals that she was sexually abused by her father in order to “replace” her deceased mother.

  • Thousand-Yard Stare: Her character portrait in Towelket 6 gives off this impression

  • Would You Like to Hear How They Died?: In Yorumorukimiri she taunts Keita like this after murdering his sister

  • Yandere: She's infamous for this in Towelket 6. Her opening scene shows her getting pleasure from killing innocent animals and thinking about Minpou as she does so. This is the least horrific thing she does as a result of her obsession

Nekoashi Otome(猫足乙女)

Otome as she appears in Kaiketsu! Nekoashi Otome-chan
Nekoashi Otome debuts in her own game, Kaiketsu! Nekoashi-chan and becomes a recurring character within the series. She's known for her energetic and child-like nature. In most games she appears in, she is the daughter of Roppenchu.
  • Cat Girl: One of the few characters to actually have her animal features mentioned. When she becomes ill at Ponpe’s house, a vet examines her instead of a regular doctor

  • Genki Girl: She’s almost always cheerful and excited, even when enlisting in the military

  • OlderThanTheyLook: In Wondergirl! Nekoashi Otome it’s revealed later in the game that she’s actually 18 years old instead of 8. Her young appearance is a result of “Catnip Disease”, a disease that slows down both physical and mental development

Chihedomusubi as she appears in Yoru no Umi
Chihedomusubi is a recurring character in the later games. She is mostly portrayed as gloomy and speaks in an outdated fashion.

     The Pon Race

Pons
The Pon race are shown as a mice-like race with white skin and black ears. They are easily symbolized by the P that is embedded onto their bodies. The role of the Pon may vary in the game, though generally they are portrayed as citizens (except in Towelket 6, in which a Pon race decides to attack earth). The Pon race is shown in all games at one point.


  • Perpetual Smiler: The Pon always have a cat-like smile on them. Some even die with this smile on them
