A clandestine organization with no set territories, the True Order believes the history and tomes made public by the Lumopolis Temple are false and are committed to unearthing the buried truth, hence their quoting of the "Truth". Their members wander all over Astra promoting their ideology, though this has made them practically criminals in Lumopolis' eyes.
General Tropes
- Cult: The way the True Order presents and advertises itself is incredibly cult-like, in no small part thanks to how the story tells that the faction has grown quite a bit in popularity recently and is regularly trying to recruit people thanks to members like Faust, not to mention how they talk about the "Truth" of the world and wanting to share it.
- Enemy Mine: A lot of the Lumopolisians on the team consider True Order members this at best; a number of them, most notably Carleen, consider the Order the next target after the Eclipsites are dealt with. However, that conflict takes priority, and the Lumopolisians are generally willing to tolerate the Order for the moment. Order leaders like Faust consider this state of affairs tragic, wanting nothing more than to show Lumopolis, and indeed the whole world, the "truth" and consider the matter a misunderstanding; they're also very willing to fight the Eclipsites, since if the Eclipsites get their seemingly-nihilistic way, there won't be anyone left to share the Truth with.
- I Just Want to Be Normal: What the First Faction members seem to have in common, minus Faust and Nails. Victoria wants to stop being immortal and forget all of her inherited memories, and Pact desperately wants the Hunting Stone out of her life. Defied with Nails, who believes that his cursed blood is his "normal" and that he deserves every misfortune coming his way because of it.

First Faction
Faust
A charismatic young man, he gives off an air of intellect. With a charming smile, he will ramble on and on about his academic ideologies. However, his occasional candor reveals that he may not be as gentle and kind as he appears...
Pact
An honest and inflexible member of the True Order. She has a one-track mind, and will unswervingly focus on achieving any goal she sets for herself. She has unique tastes, and often gets into arguments with others over her rigid thinking.
- Bizarre Taste in Food: Justified, as there was a point in her life where she had very little to eat, and would therefore eat anything to survive. Despite her improved living conditions, she still enjoys eating a variety of unconventional food. Notable examples include sandworm guts, rotten shark meat, and literal rocks and dirt.

- Cast from Hit Points: His active skill, "Gift of Sacrifice", depletes 15% of your team's health points to deal an equal amount of damage to the enemy.
- It's All My Fault: Despite being ostracized and exiled by his family and peers in Lumopolis, he blames himself for all of it and claims that his blood was what made him "destined" to be exiled anyway.

A mature woman of lethal charm. What's even more disturbing is her acquaintance with forbidden knowledge. As an important member of an Order, she has spared no efforts in promoting the truths she believes in...
- Genetic Memory: In exchange for eternal life, every designated heir in Victoria's bloodline inherits memories and knowledge from their ancestors, especially those that have to do with pain. Victoria, however, views this as a curse, and wishes to forget it all.
- Our Vampires Are Different: Her third file details on how she's different from those "tasteless" vampires: She is not scorched by the sun, she has no particular thirst for blood, and she merely has a long lifespan instead of immortal.
- Who Wants to Live Forever?: The main reason why she made a pact with the Black Tome. She wants nothing to do with the memories she inherited from her ancestors, and desires to live and die as a normal person.
Second Faction
Beryl
A member of the True Order with control of the powerful skill "Crystal Domain." Using this power significantly alters her mental state, rendering her distant and silent.
Bonacie
A musician and member of the True Order, she is very confident in her musical knowledge and despises the musical practices of Lumopolis.
- Hypocrite: She spends the entirety of the first part of the Ocean Sovereign event openly gloating to Prinny's face that she's only using him to her ends of getting to the Divine Movement. However, after she plays it and it awakens a castle with several incredibly powerful Eclipsites hidden within, which was Prinny's true goal, she is livid that someone would use her for their own purposes like that.
- Mad Artist: Of the musical variety. Bonacie's entire motivation during the Ocean Sovereign is to play the Divine Movement, a music-based Caelestite device that raises an ancient castle full of Eclipsites. The power of the Divine Movement freezes the main protagonists in their tracks, preventing them from intervening as the castle rises, spelling out certain doom... except that after Bonacie finishes playing, she returns it to the Navigator without hesitation. She did not care about the Eclipsites or the castle: she only wanted to play the Movement, because it was a unique piece of musical technology.
Eicy
Hollow Gaze
An interrogator from the True Order and ardent follower of Victoria, with pupils suppressed due to their "Power of Doom".
- Body Motifs: Eyes.
- Chuunibyou: Acts like one, complete with the Magical Eye and eyepatch to go with it. Subverted in that her powers are real, and you'd do well to take caution around them.
- Driven to Madness: Those who look into her right eye are unable to avert their gaze as they are driven insane and eventually die. Her parents were the first victims of this, though unintentionally.
- Eyepatch of Power: Victoria made one for her to suppress the maddening powers of the Hollow Gaze.
- Hidden Depths: Despite her disturbing power and passion for torture, Eicy can be surprisingly normal at times. She's good at craftsmanship, enjoys shopping as a pastime, and (in spite of her love of blood) prefers to keep her room clean."Look at this cute hourglass. I made it myself. What do you think?... I can do more than interrogating prisoners. Is that so surprising?"
- Lack of Empathy: Is aware of this and unashamed of it. The only person whose feelings she seems to care about are Victoria's (due to being a follower of her).
- Magical Eye: What the Hollow Gaze is. Anyone who makes eye contact with Eicy's right eye will be driven insane.
- Nightmare Fetishist: Takes great joy in torturing and executing people, and even wonders what the Navigator would sound like if she ever got a chance to interrogate him.
