- The Ultra Beam, which has various Ultramen from different series' cross their arms to release a beam of light which would instantly kill the enemy (most of the time). It has been a staple to the franchise even today.
- Nearly every Grand Finale has had one, like Ultraman Mebius, Ultraman Gaia, Ultraman Cosmos, and Ultraman Dyna.
- The human teams all get their moments in which they kill monsters (like Ide finishing off Geronimon in Ultraman or UGM destroying Margodon in the finale of Ultraman 80) or save the Ultras (such as in the Alien Guts two-parter of Ultraseven or in plenty of episodes of Ultraman Mebius).
- Some of the fight scenes can be pure awesome to watch, like in Ultraman Orb (the simultaneous fight of Orb vs. Bemular and Alien Shaplay vs. Officer Shibukawa comes to mind) and Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster Battle (the Gomora vs. Red King fight in the first episode).
