IMPORTANT NOTES TO SELF:

0) When you make a post, have only 1 profile if it's really long (10 note bullets or more, including 2nd and 3rd tier). If you got other stuff to say, you can post only 1 profile (less than 10 bullets, including 2nd and 3rd tier).
1) Don't create deities whose titles play with tropes!
2) Warn tropers beforehand before you modify titles to your style in their sandboxes. If you're not sure of the gender or how to word the trope, LEAVE IT BE, no matter how awkward the page would now look!
3) Do not make templates before the troper wants it to, not even hidden ones.
4) Reservations for candidates for tropes are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. Any hopes to claim another's is all up to the troper. And there are some, like r-lock256, who are territorial about it in regards to specific tropers such as nightelf37.
5) There's no need to repost a profile just before ascending them.
6) Make sure you do the research if you wish to work on a deity.
7) Don't notify others of what you've posted last page. Nobody gives a damn.
8) As long as you have enough [tup]s, you may take your time in ascending your profiles.
9) Profile reworks that add characters or merge profiles can be posted in the main thread.
10) Stop doing long drawn out suggestions about something and later post two long ass profiles and constantly repeat it over and over again until someone listens. It's annoying, a waste of space and makes it less likely for someone to notice you. It can even make others think you are a bot instead of a regular person.
11) Long posts makes it more likely for others to outright ignore you. So if you have a long profile to post, your post should not have a second profile.
12) Make sure your profile is updated before you post a profile again.
13) Two profiles with a maximum of ten flavour texts is advised for a single post with minimal other questions/comments. Any longer, and only one is allowed. Other questions/comments risk getting lost if shafted with two profiles.
14) Single sentences must not be too short, lest they be regarded as too generic in content.

Thumbs-up regulations for profiles

  • For ascending a new deity:
    • 1 or 2 thumbs-ups = Same as 0 thumbs-ups; not ready yet, but you know now that someone thinks it's ready.
    • 3 thumbs-ups = Ascend within a week. Repost tomorrow. If you get a thumbs-up after that, ascend in 2 days (or immediately if you get two). Else, repost in 4 days. If you get a thumbs-up after that, ascend immediately.
    • 4 thumbs-ups = Ascend in 3 days.
    • 5 thumbs-ups = Ascend immediately.
  • For ascending a dominion/treasure:
    • 1 thumbs-up = Ascend within a week. Repost in 4 days.
    • 2 thumbs-ups = Ascend in 3 days.
    • 3 thumbs-ups = Ascend immediately.
  • For reworking a deity:

Templates

    Deity
[Character], God/dess of [Trope] (Alternate names, nicknames, fan nicknames)
  • An image of them should be official art or a screenshot
  • Rank (based on power, ranges from Quasideity to Overdeity)
  • Theme Song/Leitmotif (if they have one, link to Youtube)
  • Symbol (something relevant or iconic to them like a clothing item, a macguffin, their in-universe symbol, etc)
  • Alignment (we're using DND alignment)
  • Portfolio (tropes associated with the character)
  • Domains
  • High Priest/Followers (non-ascended characters who also represent the trope)
  • Allies (deities they're friendly with)
  • Enemies (deities they have mutual dislike with)
  • (Write a basic summary of the characters. Who are they? What are their role in the story? What's their personality? How do they represent their trope? This is really helpful for people who are unfamiliar with the character.)
  • (This isn't really necessary, but it's nice to write about how they managed to get into the Pantheon. Were they noticed by the Court of the Gods and dragged there? Did they visit and end up becoming a god? Did they just spontaneously appear in the area? Did they crash in to wreak havoc?)
  • (The Pantheon isn't a void, so you can write about what they do in this new environment. Do they have a job? where do they frequently visit?)
  • (This is the fun part; writing interactions with other characters. Interactions provide the meat of the profile. To think about any interactions, think of the character's likes, dislikes, quirks, any friends and enemies they have, and events that happened to them, and find out if there are others who share something similar to them. Be creative! write a few sentences about them interacting with others. Don't be too laconic, but don't be too long either.)
  • (Write the character as close to their canon self as possible. That means no shilling or demonizing any characters. Also, keeps things as platonic as possible with others, no shipping here.)
  • (Write at least 10 bullet points for each profile to be meaty enough. Each bullet point should be as long as one paragraph at the minimum)
You can add a quote at the end, but this isn't required.

  • High Priestess: Mariam
  • Herald: Joo Yeo-jeong and Kang Hyeon-nam
  • Allies: Jimmy Hopkins, Beatrix Kiddo, Shoko Nishimiya, Helena Bertinelli
  • Enemies: Agatha Trunchbull, Biff Tannen
  • Moon Dong-eun was a student in Sunghan High School when she became the target of a group of bullies led by Park Yeon-jin. Suffering school violence at their hands in being assaulted, burned, and mocked, no one, including her mother and the teachers, helped save her from the horrible bullying, with the bullies facing no consequences when she chose to report them. As a result, she dropped out of school and lived for revenge against them, planning for eighteen years. Almost two decades later, she becomes the elementary school teacher of Park Yeon-jin's daughter and begins rolling out her plan for revenge against her former bullies with the help of Joo Yeo-jeong, a plastic surgeon she had met, and Kang Hyeon-nam, a housekeeper who promises to help Dong-eun if she arranges the murder of her abusive husband.
  • Dong-eun was teaching a class at Jisan Prison as part of helping Yeo-jeong's plan for revenge against his father's murderer when she had received an anonymous text message on her phone. She was wary at the message, thinking it to be from someone trying to interfere with the revenge scheme she was currently part of. She was pleasantly surprised to learn that thanks to her satisfying, eighteen-years long revenge plan she was being ascended as the Goddess of Sweet Revenge. Dong-eun was pleased at this turn of events, as many had and would have urged her to give up her vengeance and move on with her life. It was nice for her to have the acknowledgment that revenge truly can be cathartic contrary to what many people think, as seen with how she triumphed over her school bullies.
  • Dong-eun has an admiration for Beatrix Kiddo, who vowed to get revenge against the DiVAS after they had tried to kill her on her wedding day in her attempt to live a new life.
  • "I want you to wilt away slowly, over a long period of time. Let's slowly wilt and die together, Yeon-jin."

    Loid & Yor Forger
Loid & Yor Forger, Divine Couple of Going Undercover as Lovers (Loid: Twilight, Loi-Loi, Loidy, Doctor Forger | Yor: Yor Briar, Thorn Princess)

  • Domains: Marriage, Family, Killing

    • Yor: Assassination, Strength, Roses
  • High Priests: John & Jane Smith
  • Herald: Anya, their adoptive daughter
  • Allies:
  • Enemies:
  • "Loid Forger" is master spy codenamed <Twilight> from the country of Westalis. To carry out his current mission in the country of Ostania, he's required to have a child enrolled in a prestigious school with the requirement of a two-parent household. Thus, he adopts Anya, who's actually a telepath, as his child and tries to find a wife. Yor is an employee at Berlint City Hall who's actually the infamous assassin <Thorn Princess>, despite being an airhead and bad liar. Scared of falling under suspicion by the government for being a single, twenty-seven year woman, and thinking that Anya is Loid's actual daughter from a previous marriage, she agrees to a fake marriage with Loid. Over time, the fake family becomes closer and gradually turns into a real one.
  • When chosen to ascend by the Pantheon, Loid and Yor weren't told that their spouse was also chosen because they've been using their sham marriage as a cover for their real job as well, and continuously hide from each other that they're a Deity of Going Undercover as Lovers. For this reason, they each continue to put up the façade that they're simply a psychiatrist and city hall worker, completely oblivious to the fact that they're both the deities of the trope. Everyone they've met in the Pantheon who knows about their status has been sworn to secrecy about it.
    • During their stay in the Pantheon, Anya is being taken care of by Loid's co-worker Franky and kept company by their loyal, precognitive family dog Bond. Loid has given Anya studying to do in the meantime in hopes that she'll get good graces to obtain the Stella Stars to carry out Operation Strix. Sadly, Anya has been watching too much Spy Wars while they've been gone and getting into hijinks thanks to her telepathy. As a result, Loid and Yor are beginning to worry.
  • Loid had been assigned a mission to investigate Prime Minister Honest by his organization <WISE> for any possible collusions with the other villainous deities of the Pantheon. Yor, on the other hand, had been given the mission of assassinating the very same, infamously corrupt politician — a mission she was willing to undertake because of Honest's extreme vileness. However, by divine chance from the House of Luck and Fortune, Loid's mission and Yor's assassination were cancelled because the Prime Minister would be handled by the Night Raid. Thankfully, the two spouses' secret identities remain hidden from each other even in the Pantheon.
  • At times, Lold and Yor feel inadequate about their roles within their fake family. Loid struggles with his growing feelings of paternalism for Anya and is conflicted about leaving his new family when his mission is completed. Yor feels like a failure as a wife for being a terrible cook, and wants to be a good mother for Anya. However, they felt much better about themselves when they met the Wilkerson Family. Seeing how dysfunctional they were, constantly arguing with and using money to control each other, had Loid and Yor apalled. They simultaneously felt more confident as well as motivated to be better spouses and parents for Anya after seeing all of that.
  • Exclusive to Loid:
    • As Westalis's Greatest Spy, Loid has garnered praise from James Bond himself for his mastery in espionage, social expertise, consummate lying, skill in combat, and appeal to women. With Bond, Loid has discussed his ongoing struggle regarding being a spy and becoming a family man, with Bond providing him advice on how romance has affected his career. Funnily enough, Loid finds it interesting how Bond is named similarly to TV show spy character in his world Bondman who Anya, a fan of the show, named their family dog Bond after.
    • Loid has been serving as something of a mentor to Carmen and Juni Cortez, teaching the young spies all that he knows. Their enthusiasm reminds Loid of Anya, who's actually been showing potential as a spy herself. However, his training, including the belief that a spy must bury their emotions and show no weakness, and his harsh physical regimen has proven to be too rigorous for the young spies.
  • Exclusive to Yor:
    • Yor has formed a connection with Arya Stark over becoming assassins at a young age. However, Yor was horrified to learn about Arya's training, learning how to fight blind, getting repeatedly beaten, having to kill another assassin, and learning how to steal faces to get revenge on the people who wronged her family. Arya, on the other hand, was dumbfounded to hear about how Yor became an assassin to financially support her brother, happily coming home covered in blood all without Yuri noticing. They had a friendly spar, but Yor accidentally smashed Arya into the wall and broke her ribs with her ridiculous physical strength.
    • To try to improve her terrible cooking, Yor has been getting lessons from Toriko and Komatsu. In spite of being trained gourmet hunters who have faced many dangers, even they were incapacitated to near death when eating Yor's cooking. Slowly, but surely, they have begun building a tolerance to Yor's cooking, and she no longer cuts up the cutting board when using a knife, or dicing meat up so thin that it isn't cookable. And even she's been improving her culinary skills, now able to create her late mother's delicious stew.

  • Reasoning: Thorfinn spends most of the first 18 years of his life attempting to get honorable revenge on the man who killed his father. It's pretty much the only thing that gives him the motivation to keep going in life. And then he can only watch as said man is killed by another person. With the only thing in his life that gave him meaning snatched away right in front of his eyes, he basically loses all motivation to live and it takes a few years in slavery before he finds new purpose.

  • Once challenged Rarity to a sewing contest, and won by a huge margin since the pony had never realized that the contest was being judged on technical skill and difficulty, rather than the attractiveness of the results. Both parties readily agreed that neither had any ability or desire to challenge the other in their own facet of the sewing arts.

  • Domains: Cuteness, Ice, Art, Kido
  • Herald: Renji Abarai
  • Followers: Natsume Zange, Mephisto Pheles, Himeko Inaba
  • Allies:
  • A cool, standoffish Soul Reaper with an inner grace who is a member in Squad 13 of Soul Society's Thirteen Court Guard Squads. Originally a street orphan, after the death of her friends she and her lifelong childhood friend Renji Abarai decided to join the the Thirteen Court Guard Squads, and she was later adopted into the noble Kuchiki Clan, becoming the younger sister of Byakuya Kuchiki. After losing a fight with a Hollow, she transfers her Soul Reaper power to Ichigo so that he may save his family, making him act as a subtitute Soul Reaper in her place while she is power-less. However, she is later taken back to Soul Society to be executed for illegally empowering Ichigo, who comes to Soul Society along with their friends and allies to rescue her. After being saved and cleared of all charges, Rukia resumes her duties as a Soul Reaper and fights the Arrancar under Sōsuke Aizen. Seventeen months after the defeat of Aizen and Ichigo's loss of his Soul Reaper powers, Rukia has become the lieutenant of Squad 13 and restores his former abilities.
  • Despite her tomboyish, aggressive demeanor at times, Rukia has an almost childlike love for cute things. She especially has a thing for bunnies, with one of her most prized possessions being a soul candy dispenser with a cute bunny face on it. So much so that when she had to fight the Fullbringer Riruka in a dollhouse full of bunny-shaped plushies, Rukia, a nigh-immortal Soul Reaper and Lieutenant of a squad, was unable to concentrate on her fight due to being enamored by the adorableness of the plushies, which gave Riruka a chance to attack. For her infatuation with cute things to the point of impairing her aptitude in combat, Rukia was awarded the title of Goddess of Cuteness Infatuation within the Pantheon. After ascension, she was reunited with her friends Ichigo and Orihime, as well as her admired older brother Byakuya.
  • Self-recognized as having the greatest works of art the universe has ever seen, even if it draws quite a lot of ire from even her colleagues. Rukia takes immense pride in the "beauty" of her drawings, her favorite being of "Chappy", the cutesy Soul Candy bunny. However, it would be wise for one not to criticize or insult her drawings, which will incur her wrath. This includes a kick to the face, freezing via her blade, or being blasted by a ball of spirit energy. Although her art has earned the inner derision of the accomplished artists in the House of Craft, too afraid to incur her anger should they express their discontent with it, even Rukia's work has gotten some love. Reko has expressed her admiration for Rukia's drawings, not too dissimilar to her own crudely drawn Kazu who is brought to life thanks to her powers. Sometimes the centuries-old Soul Reaper and young girl can be seen drawing together, in awe of each other's "masterpieces".
