    Pre-Everyone Is Home Comics
Though these comics are not part of the Everyone Is Home label, certain characterizations and elements were carried over to the subsequent comic series.
  • Stupid Smash Comic: Falco: In the first of three comics poking fun at the Memetic Mutation of certain Smash characters' quotes, Falco goes shopping for a new Apple tablet and ultimately picks the iPad Air. note
  • Stupid Smash Comic: Shulk: In the second Meme Quote comic, Shulk is talking with Dark Pit (albeit sans wings) over It, a book that loved so much that it speaks to him on such a deep level that it disturbs Dark Pit. note
  • Stupid Smash Comic: Ike: In the third and final Meme Quote comic, a nerdy kid is challenged to a fight after school by the school bully. The nerd immediately goes to his friend Ike, who goes to confront the bully in the nerd's stead. note
  • Senior Smash Bros: In contrast to senior-living homes today, the senior citizens in 50 years will pass the time by playing video games like Super Smash Bros.
  • Masahiro Sacrifice: In light of the success of the Nintendo Switch port of Mario Kart 8, then-President of Nintendo Tatsumi Kimishima orders a weary Sakurai to similarly port Smash Bros. to the Switch, or else he'll sell the rights of the Kirby franchise to Rovio Entertainment. As a result, Sakurai creates Super Smash Bros. For Switch Deluxe, featuring a racing mode and the ability to use two items at once.
  • Credit Card Limit Break: Abel rages over having lost to his buddy's Cloud and vows to never associate with the character again. That is, until he realizes that both of Cloud's amiibo are the only ones he have left to get, resulting in him begrudgingly making a trip to his local game store.
  • Smash Queue: A large line of video game characters (and some ones not from video games as well) have lined up to take a ticket from Sakurai for a chance to join Smash. However, Spring-Man, at the very back of the line, uses his stretchy arm to cut the line all the way to the front.
  • Leaked Footage of Sakurai Restarting the Hype Train (2018): A video comic. With the reveal of the newest Smash game, Sakurai leaves his family behind to take the reins on the Smash hype one last time.
  • Ridley is Too Cruel: After Ridley's reveal trailer, the Smashers confront Ridley over his killing Mega Man though impaling through the chest, a too-extreme action for the dramatic entrance that they suggested that Ridley go for. However, Ridley points out the Bloodless Carnage that the Smashers regularly partake in despite having many sharp weapons, which makes the other Smashers stop and think about it.
  • Wahssist Trophy: Waluigi begs Sakurai to give him a chance as part of the Smash roster. Annoyed, Sakurai does say that Waluigi would complement one of the newest Fighters and offers the job to him. Believing that Fighter to be Ridley due to the both of them being purple-colored villains who were highly-requested to the point of becoming memes, Waluigi accepts. However, it turns out that the job was in fact janitorial work cleaning up the battlefields after the Inkling's battles. Waluigi is not amused at all.
  • Triple Finish: Charizard—who had gone solo during the Smash 3DS/Wi U era—reunites with its Pokémon Trainer and Squirtle and Ivysaur. The happy reunion is short-lived, as the Trainer then orders Squirtle and Ivysaur to attack Charizard to weaken it, so that the Trainer can capture it again. Charizard then angrily yells from its Poké Ball that all the Trainer had to do was ask.

    Smash House Antics
  • Everyone is Dead - After several veterans die during the newcomer trailers (and the Girl Inkling gets traumatized by the Smash logo), the remaining veterans are scared when Sakurai shows up with a script for the newest newcomer's trailer.
  • Painchu - Sakurai stumbles upon Simon and Richter getting into an argument about who stole Simon's whip. It turns out Pichu, ever the masochist, has stolen it and has been using it to harm itself.
  • Roster Imposter - Sakurai reads the Fire Emblem fighters a bedtime story, only to realize Waluigi has infiltrated their ranks and promptly kicks him out while pointing at a sign that says, "Just because you try hard doesn't mean you'll make it into battle!!"
  • This Game's Dinner Is... - Sakurai brings King K. Rool dinner. When K. Rool asks why the fighters eat separately instead of sharing a cafeteria, Sakurai brings up a not-so-pleasant experience from when he tried just that.
  • The Legendary Secretary - After Isabelle joins Smash, she promptly decides to be Sakurai's secretary, helping him with his side projects. He's even moved to tears, touched by her efforts.
  • Biceps From the Bronx - With Little Mac the reigning arm wrestling champion, King Dedede offers Isabelle a chance to take him on. Isabelle wins with a psychic assistance from Mewtwo.
  • Evil Memes - The villains debate what will happen if Waluigi joins. Wario points out that Bowser has fallen asleep during their debate, and immediately prank him by dressing him up as Bowsette, complete with Super Crown and fanart.
  • Taunting Talent - Sakurai holds a contest to see which Smasher has the best taunt, with himself and Captain Falcon as judges. Marth demonstrates his budding English capabilities and Palutena does a suggestive pole dance, but it's ultimately a reclining King Dedede that takes home the prize.
  • Assistance Persistence - Waluigi once again attempts to break into the Smash House, this time disguised as Shigeru Miyamoto. However, he is driven off by Rathalos, after Kapp'n relays to Sakurai of Waluigi's plans.
  • Everyone is Spooky! - Shout-outs galore as the Smashers all dress up as different characters across various media to go trick-or-treating to the house of Sony.
  • You Really Are a Heel - Mario collects votes on whether the Grinch Leak is real or fake, being adamant about it being fake. He then reveals himself as Incineroar, bragging about being the most controversial character before Sakurai runs up with Piranha Plant.
  • Super Smash Bias - Sakurai calls a meeting with the Smashers to discuss their updated living arrangements, but some Smashers express concerns that Sakurai is showing favoritism towards a certain pink puffball.
  • I Can Has Diagnosis - Incineroar visits Dr. Mario about his latent cat-like behavior, such as hissing at any canine fighters, sitting in boxes too small for him, and wanting to eat Pikachu and Pichu. Dr. Mario tests his theory by making Incineroar exit a door, only for the Heel Pokémon to be indecisive as to whether he wants in or out.
  • Everyone Is Spirits (Missing from the main website): Sakurai takes the Smashers on a field trip to a scenic cliffside, but while his back is turned ordering the group hot dogs from a nearby stand, the events of World of Light's opening scene occur, in which nearly all of the Smashers are vaporized by Galeem's light. When Sakurai turns around, he is met with Kirby as the lone survivor, leaving Sakurai in a state of confused horror at what had transpired.
  • A Piercing Speech - Waluigi watches the fighters receive their Christmas presents and nearly uses a Ray Gun to commit suicide. Ridley comes over and tells Waluigi to enjoy his time in the Internet spotlight, as he will miss it once he does join Smash.
  • Canine Intervention - Galeem and Dharkon's feud is briefly broken when Isabelle joins the fray. They return her to the Smash house quickly.
  • Royal Belly - K. Rool enters the men's bathroom and reveals his "chest" is actually his armor, much to the others' shock.
  • Age Rage - Falco finds old embarrassing photos of all the fighters, and everyone immediately proceeds to taunt each other about their old looks. Then Simon and Richter find an old photo of Sakurai... and he looks just about the same as he is now. Cue the Belmonts believing Sakurai to be an unholy minion of Satan and trying to kill him.
    • In the first ever Bonus Panel for Patreon supporters, Mega Man freaks out at his "bad box art" photos, deciding no one should ever see them.
  • Bad Time Stories - Sakurai reads the Pokémon a bedtime story, and gets launched skyward when Jigglypuff accidentally uses Rest while sleeping.
    • Bonus Panel: Sakurai winds up crashing through Snake and Samus' bed.
  • The Plant With a Plan - The Piranha Plant holds a meeting with Ivysaur and the Pikmin, declaring there to be a lack of plant representation and wanting to overthrow Sakurai. Daisy is also part of the meeting, but ends up convincing it she's also a plant thanks to her name being that of a flower. Turns out Daisy infiltrated the meeting to alert Sakurai about the Piranha Plant's intentions.
    • Bonus Panel: Piranha Plant does a familiar Wolverine meme, with Decidueye's photo.
  • Super Smash Boahs - Arthur Morgan is playing poker with Ness, Shulk, Lucario, Lucas and Mewtwo, but he doubts they are playing fairly.
    • Bonus Panel: Yoshi hits on Arthur's horse.
  • Dickachu - Pikachu's ego has grown with recent declarations of him being a Top Tier character and a recent Live Action film appearance where he is voiced by Ryan Reynolds. Dedede however comes up with a revenge plan, trick Sakurai into nerfing Pikachu by dressing the Mouse Pokémon as Greninja.
    • Bonus Panel: Wii Fit Trainer and Duck Hunt dog ask where Duck Hunt duck went, while Bowser is seen with a roasted bird looking guilty.
  • Rare Weapon Choice - Isabelle is getting annoyed polishing everyone's weapons since they're all swords, and thinks Banjo is a breath of fresh air since his playstyle is more original. She then learns he uses Kazooie as a weapon, and tries to offer him alternatives.
    • Bonus Panel: Sakurai sets up Pichu to take Kazooie's place, killing two birds (no pun intended) with one stone.
  • Herodent - Link questions Eight's claim to being called "Hero", then notices him dressing up Munchie in armor for his safety. Cloud walks over to also question Eight's validity as a hero, only for Link to tell him there's no need to question it.
    • Bonus Panel: Olimar sees one of his Pikmin having been beaten by Munchie and declares war.
  • Lovebirds - Captain Falcon teases Falco about Kazooie being a female bird, but Falco clarifies that he prefers his girls to be feistier. He then finds out that Kazooie is a lot more temperamental than her appearance would suggest and gets immediately smitten.
    • Bonus Panel: Falco gets beaten to the punch when he sees the Duck Hunt duck flirting with Kazooie.
  • No Fun Sans Sans - Rosalina, Pit, and Diddy Kong reject Mii Gunner from playing a game with them in favor of Sans. Mii Gunner attempts to explain that Sans is just a costume she puts on, but Rosalina doesn't believe her. Mii Gunner puts on the Sans costume and is held up by everybody, but is crying inside the costume.
    • Bonus Panel: Waluigi tries dressing up as Papyrus to get inside the house, only for Sakurai to turn him down.
  • The Third Bird - Tired of the Love Triangle between Kazooie, Falco, and Duck Hunt duck, Sakurai sets up an intervention... And hooks Kazooie up with King Dedede instead.
    • Bonus Panel: Sakurai politely turns away the goose from Untitled Goose Game due to all the bird-related problems in the house.
  • Everyone is Invited Part 1 - Sakurai is planning a Halloween party that involves involving inviting characters from the other consoles. Isabelle is already ahead of the task, but it turns out she used the Smash Invitation envelopes.
    • Bonus Panel: Pikachu hits on Samus using the fake muscle arms Isabelle was using earlier.
  • Everyone is Invited Part 2 - Richter finds himself helping Kirby traverse Dracula's Castle, and ends up dumbfounded when it turns out Kirby wanted to eat the Mummy enemy in order to get his Halloween costume.
    • Bonus Panel: Kirby accidentally ruins his costume while greeting Lucina. He then turns to Simon to help him get through Castlevania a second time.
  • Everyone is Invited Part 3 - The mixup regarding the envelopes is cleared up as the Halloween party gets underway. Unfortunately, Isabelle learns that Sakurai never sent out the invites to the dead franchise characters.
    • Bonus Panel: Waluigi tries to get into the party, only to get stopped by Mido.
  • You a Busta, Wolf - Ness believes that Terry's "Are you okay?" is ripping off his own "Okay", much to his chagrin. While Wolf, Shulk, Cloud and Mega Man tell him off for this, Terry unleashes a Buster Wolf on Roy. Witnessing this the five of them promptly complain to an understandably exasperated Sakurai.
    • Bonus Panel: Sakurai bans Mai Shiranui from being in Smash, even as a background character, due to being too lewd... While nearby Bayonetta, Samus, and King Dedede all pose provactively.
  • Binary Byleth - When Marth and Roy are added to Melee, Mario asks Sakurai how many more Fire Emblem characters he plans to add. Sakurai holds up his pinky and ring finger, which Mario assumes means two. Flash forward to Ultimate, it turns out this means seven, including Ike, Lucina, Male Robin, Male Corrin, Chrom, and both Male and Female Byleth, to Mario and the others’ annoyance.
    • Bonus Panel: Isabelle looks ready to quit (at least in terms of polishing weapons) when she sees the two Byleths have FOUR weapons each!
  • Class Change - Byleth makes use of her job as a teacher to give all the Smash fighters new classes. Sakurai understands that she's just giving everyone their dreams... But is worried about the balancing issues this will bring to the game.
    • Bonus Panel: Sakurai gets real annoyed when he sees Wario's been dressed up in a maid uniform.
  • Choir Practice - Byleth tries to lead Wario, Ridley, Diddy Kong, Bowser, and Mr. Game & Watch in a choir. Unfortunately, none of them can carry a tune in a bucket with a handle and lid, though Byleth doesn't get discouraged.
    • Bonus Panel: Jigglypuff prepares to doodle on a sleeping Byleth as revenge for not including her in choir practice.
  • Min Min Win Win - The Smash fighters are playing baseball. Ness nearly hits one out of the park... Only for it to be caught by Min Min. The other fighters are confused over whether Min Min is cheating at the game or not.
    • Bonus Panel: Spring Man, feeling cheated on Min Min getting a Smash invite over him, tries to partner up with Waluigi.
  • Everyone is at the Beach! - During a beach trip, Luigi is feeling self-conscious since so many of the other Smash fighters have perfect beach bodies. However, those same fighters assure Luigi that he's still in great shape, giving him the confidence to take his shirt off and enjoy the beach.
    • Bonus Panel: Falco and Pikachu learn that the Ice Climbers are nothing but a head and limbs under their parkas.
  • Mario's Midlife Crisis - While the other Smash fighters are getting ready to celebrate Mario's 35th anniversary/birthday, Mario, who is going through a Hollywood Mid-Life Crisis, tries to update his appearance. Nobody is amused when they find out he shaved his mustache.
    • Bonus Panel: Sakurai takes Super Smash Bros Ultimate offline for about four months due to... Maintenance issues (how long it'll take for Mario to grow back his mustache).
  • Gold Diggers - The Smash villains are dismissive of Steve, thinking him another wholesome character due to how he interacts with everyone. They change their minds when they learn he's a greedy individual with a nose for gold and diamonds.
    • Bonus Panel: Waluigi is depressed because his support group for "meme-y characters that will never truly make it into Smash" is now down to only himself and Shrek.
  • Stevenanigans - The Smash villains make use of Steve's block placing, having Wario at max damage then smashing him with a Home Run Bat while on the Hyrule Temple stage. With a few well-placed blocks, Wario does a good impression of a pinball in a machine.
    • Bonus Panel: Wario finally stops when he cracks open some of the foundation of the temple, revealing a certain stone mask...
  • Super Zoom Bros - Sakurai is trying to get a Zoom chat going with some of the Smash fighters. However, Leaf is with her Pokémon while they do shenanigans, Yoshi is messing with the green screen, Rosalina is posing as a Sexy Cat Person, Simon has his camera up way too high, Link's microphone is muted, King Dedede is messing with the screen filters, and Samus gets interrupted when Snake walks in.
    • Bonus Panel: R.O.B. and Mega Man are late to the chat because of the CAPTCHA (which always asks the user to prove they're not a robot).
  • Super Zoom Bros 2 - Sakurai's second attempt at a Zoom chat goes slightly better, with Donkey Kong, Sonic, and Chrom being professional. Despite Morgana getting in front of Joker's camera and Alph's Pikmin running off with his headphones and camera, all seems to be going well. That is until Steve joins the chat... And the camera angle has a suggestive shot of his meat. Sakurai instantly ends the chat.
    • Bonus Panel: Lucina points out they have better gear than an old Chromebook laptop, but Chrom likes using it because it has his name on it.

  • Sexyroth - After joining Smash, Sephiroth finds himself unable to join the villains and anime swordfighters, but joins the exhibitionists, who just run shirtless.

    • Bonus Panel: It turns out Isabelle told Doomguy about Sephiroth being responsible for the prank, wanting to help her best friend.
  • Valentine's Night - Mario, Luigi, Link, Snake, and Pit are writing love letters seemingly directed to Peach, Daisy, BotW Zelda, Samus, and Palutena respectively. It later turns out they were all writing to Lady Dimitrescu, who declares them all to be simps.
    • Bonus Panel: She finds one more letter from Simon and Richter, which seems conflicted in its wording...
  • Everyone Is… Suddenly Into Fitness? - To prepare for the arrival of Pyra and Mythra, several of the male fighters begin to get fit to impress them, much to the annoyance of the girls.
    • Bonus Panel: Ike points out that he only needs to switch alts to get buff.
  • Newcomer Stress - Several of the male fighters are still infatuated waiting for the Aegis to arrive and Isabelle annoys Shulk with various questions about them.
    • Bonus Panel: Lucina drags her dad off and demands he change clothes, annoyed at his apparent mid-life crisis.
  • Pywrath - Sephiroth personally welcomes the Aegis into Smash. Unfortunately for him, he'd earlier pranked Rex, their Driver, and made him cry. So Mythra switches to Pyra and immediately embeds her sword into Sephiroth's skull, causing him to be hospitalized again.
    • Bonus Panel: Pyra is impressed by Roy's original outfit... Which he got from Chrom. Lucina realizes she made a blunder.

    • Bonus Panel: Simon tries to play off the scent of perfume Richter smells on him by saying it has to be the flowers he's holding.
  • Unplanned Parenthood - Part 2 - Traumatized about the possibility of being the father of the blue chicks, Falco discovers that they are naturally red, realizing that Sephiroth has merely been dyeing their feathers blue. Cue a scuffle, although Sephiroth insists that he's changed his ways after Pyra's forward smash.
  • Sacking Seph - Noticing Sephiroth's amnesia-induced behavior, Ganondorf fires Sephiroth from the villain club. Sephiroth changes his mind with Smash-themed cupcakes he and Squirtle baked.
    • Bonus Panel: Cloud starts screening the cupcakes for poison, despite Pyra's insistence that there is none.
  • Cloud's Strife - Cloud isn't buying Sephiroth's seeming Heel–Face Turn. When Sephiroth ends up making a Legend of Zelda 35th Anniversary cake for Zelda after Nintendo forgot about the anniversary, Cloud promptly destroys the cake just like how Sephiroth killed Aerith, only to realize exactly what he has done.
    • Bonus Panel: Palutena makes the best of a bad situation by placing a sign on the ruined cake saying "For Pit". Naturally Pit is ecstatic, thinking floor cake will make him even healthier than floor ice cream.
  • Psycho Therapy - Cloud gets therapy from Mario, who has become a therapist after quitting as a doctor, after his freak out. He takes Mario's advice and seems to enjoy it.
    • Bonus Panel: Cloud in a Tanooki Suit attracts Peach and Daisy, much to Mario and Luigi's chagrin.
  • Europe Trip - Wolf, Sephiroth, Wario, Squirtle, Luigi, Richter, and Isabelle take a tour of Castle Dimitrescu. As Lady Dimitrescu leads the tour, Wario promptly gropes her butt slyly enough to pin the blame on Luigi, causing her to slice Luigi's hands off.
    • Bonus Panel: Lady Dimitrescu is so annoyed by the incident that she declares that the next tourist that shows up will be literally fed to the wolves and have their lives turned into a living hell. Cue one of her daughters popping in mentioning that a guy stumbled into the village saying he survived a car crash and was looking for his baby.

Blathers is incredulous, but Daniela transforms into several flies and flees the area, causing him to faint.
    • Bonus Panel: Daniela returns to the castle and tries to explain where she was. But because her story involves Funny Animals, Lady Dimitrescu decides to have her wiki page edited to say that she's the most delusional of the sisters.

    • Bonus Panel: Simon and Dark Samus are having their first date, but she's so nervous she bites into her wine glass.
  • Robot Reboot - After fixing up R.O.B, Shulk, Isabelle 2 and Kirby bring Mega Man to Doctor Light. Luckily, Light happens to have some extra heads for Mega Man lying around, or extra lives as he calls them. • Street Lover - Having had enough of being depressed over Simon dumping her for Dark Samus, Bayonetta gets help from Scorpion to bring back Ryu, Ken and Terry by tricking them into reviving by starting another "round". He claims to be a rewind spring maintenance worker, with Snake hidden in his box as maintenance supplies. (Colored in: Snake) (73/84)

In regards to the recently revived, Marth is back to only speaking in Japanese due to having been dead for so long, resulting in Kazuya serving as his temporary translator. Snake has yet to return from the Underworld, and Little Mac is still a toddler. As for the ten un-revived fighters remaining, seven of them are Fire Emblem characters, so bringing them back is the current focus. Alm suggests that three of them could be revived in Valentia's sacred springs. Isabelle 1 argues they should research into other methods before sending anyone to Valentia, so she tasks Wii Fit Trainer, Captain Falcon, and Pac-Man with finding a way to bring back Corrin in the fighter's homeland. Luminary then interrupts the meeting, pointing out that something is wrong with Byleth's body. (No one revived, question marks surrounding Byleth's portrait)

Byleth is incredibly disheartened, as she feels her death is the result of the hostile reception she got upon joining Smash. At this, Sothis points out that Sephiroth actually killed everyone, not just her, so Byleth should thwart his plans and get the respect she wants. Byleth realizes that Sephiroth must have a backup plan though, and decides to only fake her death and leave the mansion after Sephiroth flees, promising to return when her friends need her most and finally prove herself to them. Back in the present, everyone discovers that Byleth's body is actually a decoy dummy of herself with a crudely stitched face. (Colored in: Byleth?) (75/84)

While happy about this development, Wii Fit Trainer gets a little sidetracked at the sight of Benny and Elise getting a bit romantic with one another, and wondering aloud if it's even legal. Camilla assures her that anything is legal in Nohr, and just to drive the point home, reveals that Corrin is not just her (adopted) brother, but her husband. This prompts Wii Fit Trainer, Captain Falcon and Pac-Man to rush back to the Smash Mansion to revive Corrin. None of them seem to want to set foot in Krakenburg ever again. • Bonus Panel: Corrin tries to introduce the concept of skinship to Dark Samus, only to be chased off by a very angry Simon.

  • A Fight for the Aegis - Just as the three remaining Fire Emblem fighters were about to be sent to Valentia, Nia, Zeke, and Tora barge in with a near-dead Rex, asking about Pyra and Mythra. After hearing that the Aegis was poisoned, they explain that she isn't dead, or else Rex would be dead as well. Since Pyra/Mythra share their life force with Rex, they can bring the Aegis back by healing Rex. The Xenoblade Chronicles 2 cast does so by filling up their battle system's Party Gauge, achieved by beating up Sandbag. (Colored in: Pyra/Mythra) (79/84)
    • Bonus Panel: Peach and Daisy explain to Chrom that they ended their lingerie business months ago, only to make one final ad when they learn the Aegis got revived.

A plan is formed: the Valentia duo will lure the enemies out of the shrine and fight them with Incineroar and Kazuya so Isabelle 1 and Ken can revive the others without issue. Of course, the fighters quickly learn that, per Fire Emblem mechanics, defeating enemies near another unit will net them affinity points. The plan works, but due to being in the caves so long, enough support was built between the four that Alm and Celica are now making out while Kazuya and Incineroar are hugging and declaring their bromance for each other, with Incineroar requesting that they become best friends. (Colored in: Roy, Ike, and Lucina) (82/84) (ALL MELEE AND BRAWL FIGHTERS REVIVED)

  • Cat Surprise - Ann, Morgana, Futaba, and Ryuji arrive at the Smash Mansion, having received a letter from Byleth informing the Phantom Thieves about the situation. Turns out she had placed Pichu's focus band on Joker before the poisoning so he just barely survived but was still left unconscious, as she believes his skills can help in the upcoming battle. One heal spell courtesy of Zorro later, Joker is back on his feet. After being informed of what happened, Joker decides that Sephiroth needs a change of heart, courtesy of the Phantom Thieves. (Colored in: Joker) (83/84) (ALL ULTIMATE FIGHTERS REVIVED)
    • Bonus Panel: Joker, Futaba, and Sora are playing a game and Joker wins. He starts running around the couch ala his victory screen, with Futaba explaining to Sora that he does this all the time.
  • 4th Walls Are Cringe - The third shitpost comic. Incineroar and the others are about to revive Cloud when they notice four walls right next to them. Wooden Plank himself bursts through the fourth one, declaring that he can shape reality as he pleases, and demonstrates this by giving everyone in the comic big breasts. But just before he can kill everyone again and restart the "Everyone is Dead" storyline, Sakurai and the Nintendo Ninjas swoop in to beat and DMCA him. Robert Downey Jr. proclaims this to be "epic," and everyone celebrates.
    • Bonus Panel: Pyra randomly visits a museum of eggplant-shaped objects. Memes abound.
  • Final Revival - Isabelle 1, Kazooie, and Ike head down to the 7th Heaven Bar to ask how to revive Cloud. Tifa reveals the power of a Phoenix Down, but clarifies that it usually only revives those who have been knocked out. However, the bigger the feather, the more potent the effect. Barett wonders how they'd find one big enough to actually bring their friend back to life. Upon seeing Kazooie, he plucks a feather from her tail and uses it on Cloud. It works, and Cloud is revived... and very pissed off. He then spends his entire welcome back party saying "I told you" to just about everyone present. (Colored in: Cloud) (84/84) (ALL 3DS/WII U FIGHTERS REVIVED) (ALL FIGHTERS REVIVED, SEPHIROTH AND BYLETH STILL MISSING)

    Revival Arc Endgame
  • Endgame Enemies - A group of Phantom Thieves of Smash consisting of Cloud, Joker, Pyra/Mythra, Squirtle, Tifa, and Morgana is formed. When Sephiroth gets the calling card from the Phantom Thieves, he decides to act now with the resources he has, including a package with a secret weapon from Hades. Before the new Phantom Thieves can invade Sephiroth's mind, a warhorn is blown. Sephiroth announces that he's impressed how everyone managed to get revived, but decides that what he'll do next will be even more glorious than his previous masterpiece. He then decides to eliminate the house, and everyone inside it, with his new army of video game villains. Good luck everyone. TO BE CONTINUED.
    • Bonus Panel: Kazuya starts to suggest they come up with an effective battle strategy to deal with the villains... Until he sees Heihachi standing behind Sephiroth. Cue everyone trying to hold him back as he rages.
  • A Reason For Treason - With Sephiroth's team right outside the house, the team of Phantom Thieves begin their mission to invade his subconscious. As this happens, Sephiroth offers a chance to all the villains among the Smash Fighters to join his army, trying to convince them that the others aren't their friends and reminding them of all they did to them. Fox speaks up, telling them not to fall for Sephiroth's offer and if they can stall him, it will give the Phantom Thieves more time. But as Fox talks about how strong the bond of friendship between them all is, Meta Knight joins Sephiroth's side, allegedly because he is still mad over being nerfed post-Brawl. (Circled in red (EVIL): Meta Knight and Sephiroth. Circled in light blue (BABY): Little Mac. Question mark added over Snake’s portrait.)
    • Bonus Panel: Pyra wonders why only Joker and Mona change while in the Metaverse, with Mona explaining the costume change is an ability exclusive to Persona users. Pyra decides to do things the old-fashioned way, and uses the Meta-Nav to return to reality and get new outfits for her, Tifa, Squirtle, and Cloud.
  • On Sephiroth's Left - The Phantom Thieves make their way into Sephiroth's subconscious, which takes on the form of a museum dedicated to his dark deeds, and is guarded by topless, masked look-alikes of the villain. Joker explains that all they have to do to get further in is rip off the masks and defeat the Shadows hiding inside, as an enemy Jack Frost tries without success to get them to recruit it instead. Back in the real world, Sephiroth and his army are about to run roughshod over the Smashers (who are wondering how they can hold back an army this big) when another warhorn is blown. This time it's Byleth returning from her journey, where it turns out she gathered an army of video game heroes to even the odds. (De-questioned: Byleth)
    • Bonus Panel: As one of the female guards shows a painting that reveals Sephiroth was the reason Steve respawned in Bayonetta's bed, Pyra gets too distracted by the guard's toplessness and rips off her mask. Unfortunately, the guard's true form is Mara.
  • The Ultimate Brawl/Melee - The forces of the Smashers and Sephiroth start their clash, while the Phantom Thieves find themselves lost looking for Sephiroth's Shadow and the treasure he's guarding. When one of the Isabelles warn the Smashers not to hurt or kill Sephiroth while the Thieves are in his subconscious, Sans takes this as a cue to hit Sephiroth with an energy blast. While it causes a distortion within Sephiroth's subconscious, the Thieves end up in front of Sephiroth's Special Exhibition once everything calms down.
    • Bonus Panel: Simon sees Dark Samus about to be attacked by Ghirahim. Fortunately, Bayonetta saves her just in time.
  • You Win Some, You Lose Some Part 1 - The Smash Phantom Thieves find Shadow Sephiroth who reveals his ultimate prank: He will send a dickbutt-shaped meteor on top of the Smash Mansion to destroy the entire planet. Kazuya objects and points out that both are over level 70—well after the point where they should have evolved—and Nemona discovers that they were both given Everstones thanks to Luigi thinking that Everstone stood for "Best Friends Forever-stone". Despite Sephiroth's appeal to the Power of Friendship saying that the two would like staying in their mid forms, Kazuya has Meowscarada snatch both Everstones away, and Crocalor and Quaxwell instantly evolve into Skeledirge and Quaquaval respectively, to both Pokémon's relief.

However, he is none too happy that the rest of the group didn't bother checking up on him, and so they will have to battle him for real. However, right as the monsters have captured Beedle, a slew of arrows rain down upon them, fired by a clan of Lynels led by Young Link. • Elephant Oil Salesmen: Wario and Waluigi have set up a stand where they are selling Elephant Fruits to any interested individuals, with many other video game characters having already been turned into elephants as a result of consuming them. Dizzy, who is already an elephant, wonders what happens if he were to eat one of the fruits, but when he does so, he becomes a mutated abomination, resulting in Wario and Waluigi being thrown in prison alongside the Toad that they busted earlier at the latter's gym.

Mythra wonders what happened to the empty jar of cookies that she had just filled the day prior, before another Talking Flower busts Bowser Jr. as the greedy culprit. This results in the offended trio complaining to Isabelle, who lectures Mario and his crew over the annoying plants and attempts to lay down some ground rules over the latter's spoils from the Flower Kingdom. However, a Talking Flower recognizes her as Isabelle, noting that Luigi's always talking about how she's always whining about stuff.

The trio pieces everything together once they enter the house and see everyone—both Smashers and their many guests—still passed out and hungover.

After noting that R.O.B. normally isn't able to talk, the sparkling light exits R.O.B. and flies into a Beetle, which calls itself "Barber Beetle" and cuts Samus' ponytail off. Turns out, the culprit was Geno, who teamed up with Pit and Sora to pull off some pranks.
    • Bonus Comic: Samus comes across a worried Sonic, who tells her about the story of the Tails Doll, an evil being with an unsatiable thirst for blood; if it sees you, then you're already marked as its next target. Rather than warn everyone else, Samus and Sonic agree to keep it to themselves for now to prevent a panic. Just then, the Tails Doll itself appears from behind the couch that Pit and Sora are sitting on, scaring them and causing them to flee the scene. However, the Tails Doll is just Geno possessing it, as Samus and Sonic had used the latter's help to get revenge for the earlier pranks.

Chrom reassures her that, due to the sheer diversity of the Smash House's inhabitants, they will be accepting of anyone, and then urges her to invite them over for dinner. This calms Lucina, and she does just that. However, at said dinner, it's revealed that her boyfriend is Jin Kazama, resulting in him getting into a brutal fight with hated father Kazuya.
    • Bonus Comic: Later that night, as Jin and Lucina are in bed, Lucina asks Jin if he has any more people in his life who will prove problematic. At that moment, Xiaoyu and Panda barge into the room, and upon seeing Jin in bed with Lucina, she sics Panda on her rival as Jin holds off the beast.

    • Bonus Comic: The group heads to a nearby Stable to lodge for the night, but the Stable only has three beds, so the group will have to decide how to divide the accommodations. • Dragon Rush Hour: Still riding Farosh, Zelda seeks out her lost companions, before Farosh collides with the Light Dragon. Initially upset, she notices a familiarity in the dragon and senses that it is suffering, before noticing that the Master Sword is inexplicitly impaled in its head. Jumping over to the Light Dragon, she tries to pull the sword out but finds herself without the stamina needed to do so. Luckily, her Phantom has more than enough stamina to get the job done. Meanwhile, Purah tries to keep Link and Pikachu's group in Hyrule so that they can handle the various crises occurring across Hyrule, but they (minus Purah) are all then surprised and delighted by the arrival of Zelda, riding the Light Dragon while proudly wielding the Master Sword.
    • Bonus Comic: Pit, Dark Pit, and Sora decide to pull a prank on Jin, settling on a shocking handshake using Pichu. However, after pulling this off, the incensed Jin transforms into his Devil form, leaving the three boys at the mercy of his wrath.

Afterwards, Smash Ganondorf directs a Hinox to make the Light Dragon cough up its Secret Stone, causing it to transform back into the Zelda of the Breath of the Wild duology. With all of their goals accomplished the Smashers then head back home, waved off by the many friends they made in Hyrule. After returning home, Pyra asks Ganondorf if anything interesting happened while they were there, but Ganondorf dismisses their adventure with indifference.
    • Bonus Comic: Villager and his minions have defeated a couple of traveling Hylian warriors, who declare him a scourge upon Hyrule and swear revenge on him.     A Christmas Warol (Holiday 2023 Special)
A Christmas Carol parody special set in an Alternate Universenote  from the regular continuity of the comic.

  • Chapter 1: Wario—playing the part of Ebenezer Scrooge—is the head of WarioWare, which is undergoing intense crunch. His nephew Chai visits and invites him over for dinner with his family, but Wario refuses on the account of needing to finish his tasks for the day, and that goes for everyone in the office. However, everyone else has already completed their work and wants to go home, which Wario reluctantly allows. Even his business partner, Kazuya, requests the rest of the week off, as he had completed his tasks; this upsets Wario but he still allows Kazuya to go so long as he remains on-call. Professor Layton and Aerith Gainsborough then visit selling flowers and tea to help raise money for the poor, but Wario shouts at them to leave. Chai admonishes his uncle, but all Wario needs is money and his nephew going away, which the latter does. Eventually, Wario closes shop for the day and goes home, hoping that the night won't be as eventful as the day was...
    • Bonus Comic: After Layton and Aerith explained what happened earlier to Lara Croft and Duke Nukem, both are upset at how Wario treated them, and then agrees to buy flowers and tea from them. Afterwards, Duke tells Lara that finds Layton and Aerith to be boring people, so much so that they're probably the dullest citizens in their town. However, turns out that Layton and Aerith have quite the spicy sex life with each other.
  • Chapter 2: As Wario goes to bed, he is visited by the ghost of his dear friend and business partner Waluigi (or "Wagooigi"), who tells him that due to his lifetime of greed and selfishness, Waluigi has been forced to Walk the Earth bound by chains for eternity. Determined to keep Wario from making the same mistake, Waluigi tells him that he will be visited by three Spirits and to heed what they all say if he doesn't want to end up like him. Right on cue, Isabelle visits—embodying the Ghost of Christmas Past—as she takes Wario (and his pet Pyoro) off to Wario's past. They arrive outside of the house of Wario's former boss and mentor, Dr. Eggman, as the Doctor is introducing a younger Wario to Captain Syrup who would go on to become his beloved. However, the good times did not last long, as Wario's greed ultimately fractured their relationship when he opted to take all of the company profits for himself instead of splitting them with her, causing her to leave him. The Present Wario has seen enough and pleads Isabelle to take him away from there, only for him to wake up in his bed. He then believes that the whole experience was all just a nightmare. ...Until the next Spirit, King Dedede, pokes his head into his room.
    • Bonus Comic: Meanwhile, Syrup—who has since remarried—is waiting for her husband to get home for dinner. Right as her daughter Nanako asks about her father, there is a knock on the door, after which Syrup answers it and greets her husband: Professor Layton. He apologizes for being late, as he says that he had an encounter with Wario, whom Syrup still hates and is happy that Layton is nothing like her exhusband, and then tells him to shower to get the smell of flowers and cigarettes off of him.
  • Chapter 3: Dedede is the Ghost of Christmas Present, and he takes Wario off to see how other families are celebrating Christmas at that very moment. First, they come across a new pizza restaurant run by Peppino Spaghetti and Freddy Fazbear, where families from the neighborhood are celebrating Christmas Eve. Afterwards, they arrive at the house of his employee and business partner, Kazuya, who is enjoying a very meager Christmas with his family Jun, Jin (or "Tiny Jin"), and Asuka. Wario notices how little food they have, but Dedede points out that that's due to Wario paying Kazuya so little; what's more, without the money needed, the very sickly Jin is destined to meet an untimely end. This revelation disturbs Wario, causing him to worry and wonder if it's not too late to save him, but Dedede has disappeared, and in his place is a tall figure wearing a hooded robe. ...And a single glowing eye...
    • Bonus Comic: A hung-over Peppino answers a call from his boss, who asks about the state of the business. Peppino assures that everything is on schedule and that no one suspects that their operation is anything more than a pizza restaurant. The boss then asks if Peppino is getting high off of their supply—revealing the "pizza restaurant" to be a front for a Wonder Flower racket—which Peppino denies despite his inebriated associates dancing behind him. His boss—Professor Layton himself—then threatens him with grave consequences if he finds out that Peppino had been lying to him.
  • Chapter 4: The Spirit of Christmas Future- Sorry, Spirit of Christmas Yet to Come beckons Wario to follow it into the grim future if Wario does not change his ways. Wario asks the Spirit what became of Tiny Jin, only for the Spirit to point towards a tombstone where Kazuya—clutching tiny Jin's cane—Jun, and Asuka are grieving. Horrified, Wario wants to get out of there, but the Spirit leads him to a second tombstone, where Ratchet & Clank are laughing at how neglected that it is. They surmise that the person buried there must have been awful and that the world is better off without them. After they leave, Wario asks the Spirit whose grave it belongs to, to which the Spirit lifts up the vines to reveal that it is in fact Wario's grave. This finally gets through to Wario, and he tells the Spirit that he's learned his lesson and that he will change for the better. The Spirit—at this point revealed as being both Sans and Sephiroth under the robe—raises its one wing and disappears in a haze, leaving Wario suddenly back on his bedroom floor the following morning...
    • Bonus Comic: The police get a tip that a small fat man and a strange bearded penguin were seen peeping into Fred & Pep's Pizza restaurant the previous night, and go onsite to investigate. Upon entering, they come upon Professor Layton and Aerith handling their Wonder Flower drug stash, triggering a high-speed chase across the city. Eventually, Layton and Aerith are cornered but refuse to surrender, resulting in them both being gunned down. Many of the citizens on the scene are shocked that such seemingly-nice people were in fact hardened criminals.
  • Final Chapter: It's morning, and as Wario discovers upon asking Tails outside, it's Christmas. Having had a complete change of heart, Wario wastes no time in making things right. First, as an apology to how he treated Layton and Aerith yesterday, he find their associates Yuffie and Luke and offers to buy their entire collection for 200% the asking price. Next, he gets the biggest turkey he can find delivered to the Kazama household, and then gives his workers the rest of the year off as a paid holiday. Finally, he arrives at Chai's house and apologizes for how he's acted until now and asks for forgiveness, which they do, and Wario spends Christmas with Chai's family (his wife Cadence, and their sons PaRappa and Boyfriend). Suddenly, an audience claps as the entire cast of A Christmas Warol appears on-stage, revealing the entire thing to have been a stage performance that the Smash House put on for the community.

    Ultimate Battle Royale
  • Basement Dwellers: Dark Pit leads Young Link and Sora down to locked containment in the Smash House basement, with big words written on it stating to not open under any circumstances. Dying to know what's inside, he coerces Sora to use his Keyblade to unlock it, revealing its contents to be none other than Tabuu. Realizing that he'll need a champion to fight for him, he dons a disguise and visits a local tavern that many game characters are patronizing, asking them who their strongest warrior is. What follows is a huge debate over the strengths and feats of various characters, ultimately resulting in Tabuu giving up and leaving the place. Finding things hopeless, he is then visited by a figure who heard of his quest for a powerful warrior: Galeem.
    • Bonus Comic: Not wanting to bother Steve, Simon moves his bed over the hole that was created by Tabuu's escape, and proceeds with his threesome with Bayonetta and Dark Samus. However, he failed to take into the account the hole directly above, which goes through several floors and allow several Smashers above to view and comment on the steamy action in Simon's room. Simon then decides to get Steve to patch the holes after all.
  • Where We Dropping Bros?: As Tabuu and Galeem discuss their previous respective defeats at the hands of the Smash Fighters, Galeem remarks that Tabuu's plan to team up with their most powerful warrior was a sound one, but fell apart as not even the other characters knew who the strongest of them is; acknowledging this, Tabuu then gets an idea... The following day, as the Smash House inhabitants are lounging about, a Master Hand busts inside and grabs them all, along with other Hands terrorizing the entire neighborhood and grabbing all of the characters there. The Hands then fly off with them in hand, ultimately dropping them all onto a deserted island, wherein Lara Croft explains to Mario that Tabuu and Galeem have gathered everyone there so that they will fight to the death to determine who the strongest of them is, as explained by a nearby poster. This event has been called "The Ultimate Battle Royale".

Refusal to participate is not allowed, as the only way off the island is by playing their game. Any defeated fighters will be taken away by the army of Master Hands who are constantly patroling the skies, and they will also be on the lookout for any fighters trying to swim or fly away from the island; anyone caught in this matter will be disqualified. Without further ado, the start of the game is announced, but the fighters are still unsure of this whole situation. It's then revealed that they survived the shootout, and they come too in the ship, which has a screen for them to watch the rest of royale, meaning the others—including Amy Rose—have seen everything between Sonic and Coco, to the two's complete embarrassment. FIGHTERS REMAINING: 4,054.

Indeed, as all of the Soulsborne protagonists converge at the same spot, they find themselves face-to-face with their respective superbosses, commencing an all-out melee between both sides. As Lucca, Otacon and Travis marvel at the battle as it unfolds, Otacon agrees that the fight is indeed glorious.
