Monster: Professional Wrestling
By its very nature as a pseudo-sport, Complete Monsters are very hard to come by in pro wrestling.

  • Jake "The Snake" Roberts set the bar for the sadistic Heel archetype during his infamous feud with Randy Savage, a standard that will probably never be matched. First, he crashed the Macho Man & Miss Elizabeth's wedding reception by giving them a cobra in a box. Then, he goads Savage into a premature brawl and has a king cobra feast on him. And finally, when he turns the tables on Savage in the grudge match where the latter was supposed to get his revenge, he forced Savage's wife Elizabeth to shamelessly prostrate herself to him in order to stop his brutal attack, but not before slapping her across the face and then reveling in the act during the subsequent post-match promo. While violence against women is fairly common today, this was almost unheard of.
    • In a later match, Elizabeth was again at Roberts' mercy, who looked poised to strike her with a chair, but was saved at the last minute thanks to a Heel Face Turn by The Undertaker. Think about that for a second: The Undertaker, arguably Roberts' ONLY ally at that point and at the absolute peak of his villainy (Ministry Of Darkness-era aside), isn't evil enough by Roberts' standards. A Satan-Worshipping Zombie Gravedigger ended up being the good guy of the two.
    • This was codified by a famous promo in which Roberts angrily asked The Undertaker "WHOSE SIDE ARE YOU ON??!!" The Undertaker's simple reply: "NOT YOURS!"
  • Raven has to qualify for this during his ECW run: a nihilistic, manipulative, depressed sociopath who led a cult following that he regularly abused, had a vicious feud with Tommy Dreamer that involved him unleashing some of the most brutal attacks in ECW history (including legitimately breaking Dreamer's fingers) and brainwashed The Sandman's own son to turn against him for no reason other than to prevent Sandman from regaining the ECW World Heavyweight Championship.
  • Another qualifier would be the Big Bossman's feud with The Big Show. Bossman, who, at the time, was a corrupt and sadistic cop, mocked Big Show after his father died and took every opportunity he could to insult him because of it. It climaxed with Bossman arriving at the funeral of Big Show's father and carting away the casket with his police car (nee Bluesmobile). Despite the promo of the funeral incident having excessive amounts of Narm, Bossman and Big Show still managed to sell the feud fairly well.
  • Portia Perez as part of SHIMMER. During a promo with a visably pregnant Allison Danger, Perez promised not only to end Danger's career right there and then, she'd also end ''something else.'' Cue a Big Damn Heroes moment by the ref...
  • Brock Lesnar was this when he was a heel, especially during his 2003 run after aligning with Vince McMahon, who was implied to have manipulated Lesnar into turning against his friend Kurt Angle. Lesnar officially crossed the Moral Event Horizon when he threw an injured Zack Gowen down the stairs, an act so disgusting that it even shocked and horrified Vince McMahon.
