- Brainy Brunette: One of the (if not THE) smartest girls in school and brunette.
- Clashing Cousins: With Zac, after they start living together, but they get along most of the time.
- Control Freak: Aliya's tendency to take charge and do everything herself can be seen as a control freak behavior, but she is gradually learning to let go and delegate tasks to others.

She also takes after Butaire's daughter Tanya in appearance as a blonde Alpha Bitch, but with elements of an Evil Genius.
- Ungrateful Bastard: Convincing Olivia to let her stay in the Friendship House after being kicked out of her company, Alvah overstays her welcome then repays her hosts' kindness by kicking them out as 'compensation' for their indirect role in her downfall.
- Well-Intentioned Extremist: She believes tearing down districts and making people into emotionless drones benefit Heartlake.
