Yup. I'm bisexual.
TNP really misses at least one show from their childhood.
It's 9:30 in the morning. I am not meant to be in bed.
TNP has written fanfiction.
TRS Wick CleaningOh, yes. Lots. Mostly of the Kuzusouda variety.
TNP also ships Kuzusouda. This is a long shot, I know.
I have no clue what that even is.
TNP has been a troper for at least more than two years.
RIP KissAnime....No, you're the only person I know who does. The only DR ship I've ever had more than a passing interest in is Hajime/Chiaki/Komaeda, really, and even then it's mostly casual.
Also no, I've only been here for around 1 year and a half.
TNP owns a lot of jackets.

Well, that’d be jus’ a waste. Why would ya want to deprive the world of such anomaly as yourself?I don't own any jackets.
TNP primarily browses TV Tropes on a computer.
Mankind is unloveable. No more kindness! An iPad, mostly. Though I do write most of the RTH updates on my ThinkPad because formatting them correctly without a proper keyboard is akin to pulling teeth.
The next poster is a lemon.
oh, that's why I need this binary mind // ⌘...what?
TNP owns a pet.
i think i’m in love (probably just hungry)A kitty cat and a doggy!
TNP is, or used to be, on regular medication.
RIP KissAnime.I have to take vitamins every night to make up for my... restrictive diet.
TNP is easily angered.

"Anemone dear, I know you want to be more independent from me, but... please take care, okay?"Yes, or at least easily irritated.
TNP is sensitive about their vertical deficiencies.
Well, that’d be jus’ a waste. Why would ya want to deprive the world of such anomaly as yourself?I'm 5'10", so I'm not excessively tall, but I'm not short, either. Two good friends of mine dwarf me in height but I've never been one to flip out about that. Priorities, y'know?
The next poster has an iPhone, or another device in the same family like an iPad or a Mac.

oh, that's why I need this binary mind // ⌘Nope. I hate Apple products.
TNP has at least two pets of different species.
RIP KissAnime.Nope. I have two pets, but they're both cats.
TNP likes to do self imposed challenges in games.
No, usually not... not unless I get an achievement out of it. (But then I guess it's not fully self-imposed...) I rarely feel the need to make a game harder than it is with my own self-imposed restrictions just for the challenge.
TNP likes going for achievements/100% completion in games
"Leftover items still have value!"I've only really gotten close to doing so once. I dare you to guess what game it was with. Another point for me being a predictable bastard!
The next poster has an avatar who they actually don't identify with at all — they're just using it/them for the Rule of Cool.
oh, that's why I need this binary mind // ⌘Depends on what you mean by identifying with. I barely have anything in common with Joe at all, I just like the work he's from (and by proxy, him). Most of my avatars are for the Rule of Cool in the first place.
TNP has at least 10 pages in their avatar gallery.
Well, that’d be jus’ a waste. Why would ya want to deprive the world of such anomaly as yourself?Yup, although depending on how many avatars I delete during my cleanup it may become less than that.
TNP looks back on their early troping days with shame.
I was 13 when I first joined in 2010, so that's the context we're working with here. While I don't think it's necessarily wrong to say that I've distanced myself from much of the stuff that my early identity here on TVT and on Tumblr originally was built upon, I figure it's pretty easy to recognize as simply being indicative of who I was at the time, so I actually don't regret it at all.
To give some more info, I did a lot more Shameless Self-Promotion and was generally just a lot more of a Large Ham back then. I played up the idea of being quirky and odd because I had the freedom to do so on the internet that I wasn't really able to engage otherwise. Having that as a personality trait certainly isn't as prevalent with me anymore, but that's not a bad thing — if anything, it just sorta changed forms as I got older, and gave me an idiosyncratic style that I still have even now.
I have a lot of positive memories of my early days here, even from before my extended hiatus from the forums (I spent a year and some change off from 2013 to 2015). I've made a lot of friends, and engaged with forms of art I probably wouldn't have been exposed to without those early days. I'd be lying if I said I wanted to forget it all.
(Also, I got one thing particularly right even back then: shortening my name on here from my original internet handle to just being my straight-up preferred name. I like the minimalism of just being "Tre," and this place is one of the only big haunts where I can do that, so I'll always cherish it.)
The next poster is a twentysomething.

oh, that's why I need this binary mind // ⌘Yep, 21.
TNP likes a certain weather type much more than the others.
It's been 3000 years…Yes, cold weather. Good luck finding that with any consistency these days.
One of TNP's favorite school subjects is science.
These two may literally be more bark than bite, but they are no less tenacious than everyone else.Haven't been in school in a long time, but I actually loved science! I still watch science-related stuff today. I hated History, though.
TNP is married.

RIP KissAnime.
Yeah, pretty much. Whenever I get home from work, I take off my uniform, throw on some shorts or track pants, and that's all I really wear for the rest day, even if I have to go somewhere.
TNP fits somewhere in the LGBT+ spectrum.
