Lockdown, as he appeared in the fourth Michael Bay Transformers Film Series installment, Transformers: Age of Extinction. Originally a Breakout Character of Transformers: Animated, Movie!Lockdown is a bounty hunter, working for unknown beings called the Creators under one mission: find and bring Optimus Prime for them. He's a part of the film's Big Bad Ensemble, and is one of the few factors of the film that I like.

It's fan made. I wanted to make a Dawn form, and I thought it'd be interesting to make it a special attacker, hence the fur "cloak" and glowing claws. Had a lot of fun with the shading.
