As the title says, that's Asada "Shinon" Shino. She's an avid player of a MMOFPS called Gun Gale Online known for her insane aiming skills. Her weapon of choice is a PGM HĂ©cate II.
Despite that, she's actually deathly afraid of guns. This stems from an incident where, as a child, she was forced to shoot a bank robber dead. She started playing GGO to get over the trauma.
