There is no set Kantai Collection Admiral. Everyone is free to interpret their version of the Admiral however they wish. From the artworks uploaded on Danbooru alone, I've seen Raoh, Optimus Prime, Kirby, several different breeds of dogs, a cat, a hamster, a penguin, a Johnny Depp-lookalike, and other... things serving as an Admiral, all equally varying in capabilities. This T-Head admiral is sort of a default form that people use when they can't (or don't want to) think up an original design of their own.

I really, really, really admire Phineas and Ferb.
Okay, so this involves a lot of technicalities but here we go:
This is the design for May from Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Those games are a remake of Ruby and Sapphire. The May design from Ruby and Sapphire was used in the Pokemon anime, which at one point aired on Cartoon Network. And... that's pretty much it.
Appeared in a show on Disney Channel/Disney XD/Disney+.

In Path of Exile: Heist, you:
- Locate and break into extremely well-hidden locations
- Fight off a literal army of guards, most of which kill you in five hits or less
- Do some incredibly loud things, like smashing doors and setting off explosives, without raising alarm
- Escape with the loot while an infinitely-respawning reinforcements attempt to kill you (and your FPS)
This happens on every heist, which, considering the nature of the game, is something you'll do a lot of.
