- Completely Different Title: Known as Kibou no Chikara ~Otona Pretty Cure '23, which is translated as Power of Hope ~Adult Pretty Cure '23~, in its native Japan. The western release still keeps the Power of Hope title, but changes the Adult Pretty Cure '23 part to PreCure Full Bloom.
- Milestone Celebration: Alongside Hirogaru Sky!, Precure All Stars F, and Dancing Star Precure the Stage, this sequel series is meant to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the overall franchise by showcasing two different teams as adults, and including the original first team, in a similar vein to the first Pretty Cure All Stars film.
- Only Barely Renewed: Similar to most other Pretty Cure series in the early 2020s, Crunchyroll waited until hours before the Japanese premiere to announce they were simulcasting the series.
- Role Reprise: This adult-oriented miniseries would see the return of the Yes! Pretty Cure 5, Futari wa Pretty Cure Splash★Star, and Futari wa Pretty Cure teams' respective voice actresses, having last played them in crossover movies.
- Yuko Sanpei as Nozomi Yumehara.
- Junko Takeuchi as Rin Natsuki and Kenta Hoshino.
- Mariya Ise as Urara Kasugano.
- Ai Nagano as Komachi Akimoto as well as her older sister Madoka.

- Takeshi Kusao as Coco.
- Miyu Irino as Nuts.
- Romi Park as Syrup.

- Sequel First: In the Anglosphere, this marks the first appearance of the teams of both Futari wa Pretty Cure Splash★Star and Yes! Pretty Cure 5 (outside of cameos, whether in Pretty Cure proper or otherwise) since their respective seasons have not come over before this series was announced to get a Crunchyroll simulcast. Not the first time, as Fuuto P.I. was aired in the Anglosphere despite only two episodes of Kamen Rider W being aired and subbed.
- Sequel Gap: Discounting several Non-Serial Movies and crossover cameos, this series would take place after the events of Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo!, which was 15 years ago.
