As a Moments subpage, all spoilers are unmarked as per policy. You Have Been Warned.
- The film opens with a commercial for Funki's PurrPetual Petz, with the jingle in the commercial stating they are better than real pets because "they'll live longer than you". Not to mention the Petz themselves are creepy-looking and make poop pellets.
- The M3GAN prototype glitches out in the middle of introducing herself to David.Prototype: Allow me to tell you about my wormhole. I was born in a sandwich hat and I wolf many cabbages…
- When Gemma first brings Cady home, her AI assistant informs her about her Tinder notifications, flustering Gemma into hurriedly telling her to turn off.
- Gemma awkwardly explaining her mint-in-box toy collection to Cady, who wants some toys to play with.
- David describes the creation of M3GAN as "the moment (his company) kick(s) Hasbro right in the dick!"
- M3GAN lures Celia into her garage by impersonating her dog Dewey. When Celia asks where her dog is, M3GAN answers "Thirty-four feet southwest and approximately five feet deep."
- After Celia's murder, Gemma opens the door to find that cop standing there.Gemma: Can you just ask her to leave us alone?
Cop: That might be difficult. - The bubbly teacher welcomes M3GAN to the school only to shout "Jesus Christ!" when she sees her face.
- At dinner, Gemma lightly scolds Cady for refusing to eat her pizza toppings. When M3GAN pipes up in support of Cady and gives her unsolicted advice, Gemma irritatedly tunes her volume down with a remote as M3GAN talks about the "division of responsibility".
- The officer that questions Gemma after Celia's death mentions having found Brandon's ear in the woods after his death, to which the officer chuckles and then catches himself laughing about it.
- As M3GAN is in the process of ripping off one of Brandon's ears, she matter-of-factly asks "Are you listening to me, Brandon?"
- Once she stands up and dismissively tosses away his ear, a moment of silence passes before MEGAN calmly informs Brandon he should be running now.
- During the chase, M3GAN's running on all fours is accompanied by hoof-beats for no explicable reason.
- As if to twist the knife, when Brandon gets run over by the car, all that's left behind is a shoe.
- There's something darkly humorous about Cady asking M3GAN for comfort about Brandon's death and asking if he's really in "a better place", and her casually chuckling and replying "No, he's nowhere" and saying that Brandon wouldn't get into Heaven anyway.
- And then she starts sweetly singing “Titanium” by Sia.
- During the launch for M3GAN, a clip of Cady talking about how the doll helped her after her parents' death plays, after which David is seen talking and says "Imagine how much better she will be for hundreds of thousands of kids, all across the world...even the ones who don't have dead parents!"
- This sort of tactlessness seems to be a running theme with Funki's advertisements. The ad for PurrPetual Pets starts with a happy jingle about how a little girl’s beloved dog died before it pivots to advertising their toy robots as better than real pets.
- M3GAN even turns her eyes at him as he says this, like she wants to say "Really, dude?" without actually saying it.
- During the montage of M3GAN's time with the family that's overlayed with David's sales pitch, one of her selling points is to be a caretaker with infinite patience. This is shown to us the audience by M3GAN repeatedly waiting outside the bathroom to remind Cady to flush the toilet. Right when David says she has infinite patience, we see the third time this happen and M3GAN is starting to sound annoyed.M3GAN: Cady... seriously, flush the toilet...
- While arguing with Cady in the car over her taking M3GAN away, Gemma attempts to turn on some music to calm her down. Cady continues to scream.
- M3GAN dancing in the hallway before going after David.
- We then see David run past the end of a hall screaming for help, and then shortly afterwards we see M3GAN pass by and she's simply power-walking after him.
- When Kurt is about to get off of the elevator, he sees David being chased. When David starts yelling for him to hold the door, Kurt instead begins hammering the "Close Door" button.
- In the elevator, she makes it perfectly clear that she plans on making Kurt The Scapegoat for David's death, and making it look like a Murder-Suicide. Once she asks him "[a]fter you took the life of an innocent person, could you still live with yourself?", Kurt hurriedly admits that yes, he could. Cue the slash to the throat.
- At the launch, a Funki manager tells the attendees to not look bored when the cameras start rolling. Then the elevator opens showing David and Kurt's bodies and everyone screams.
- This exchange during the final confrontation. It's the delivery of the line that truly makes it.Gemma: Megan, you killed someone!
M3GAN: Oh, BIG whoop! - When M3GAN asks Cady to use a coaster for her drink, Cady asks why she would need to. M3GAN then goes into scientific detail:M3GAN: Coasters help to avoid watermarks, especially on wooden surfaces.
Cady: But...how does the water get outside glass?
M3GAN: That's a great question, Cady! It's actually caused by the difference in temperature outside the glass, which pulls moisture from the air!
Cady: Crazy!
M3GAN: (cheery) It's insane, right? - "We used to stay up every night until 4:00 am, talking about everything from Jane Austen to Janis Joplin."
- "Jesus Christ, I thought we were friends."
- Cady uses Bruce to rip M3GAN in half, but her still-active torso crawls over to Cady Terminator style and pins her against the wall. After all the things M3GAN has done for Cady, she only has this to say:M3GAN: You ungrateful little bitch!
- Before that, just when Bruce is about to rip her in half, M3GAN cries out "Cady, wait!" Cady stops operating Bruce, willing to hear M3GAN out. And then M3GAN proceeds to start singing "Ac-Cent-Tchu-Ate the Positive", which causes Cady to resume operation of Bruce to rip her in half.
