- When she gets stolen by Brandon, M3GAN shoots herself to life and grabs his ears, stretches one out until it rips off, and chases him into the road where he gets hit by a car. Her telling Cady that should Heaven exist Brandon would definitely not be there is the icing on the cake.M3GAN: Do you know what happens to bad boys who don't mind their manners? They grow up to be bad men.
- She lures Celia outside by mimicking the sound of her pet dog and douses her face with high-pressure pesticide.
- When she goes after David, M3GAN performs her signature dance while grabbing the blade of a paper cutter before power-walking after him.
- When she gets stolen by Brandon, M3GAN shoots herself to life and grabs his ears, stretches one out until it rips off, and chases him into the road where he gets hit by a car. Her telling Cady that should Heaven exist Brandon would definitely not be there is the icing on the cake.
- Upon realizing that she has gone too far, Cady uses Bruce to toss M3GAN around like a ragdoll and rips her in half. However, when that's not enough to put the android down, Gemma rips M3GAN's face and eyes off before Cady delivers the finishing blow by ramming a screwdriver into her memory processor.
- In fact, Gemma and Cady systemically ripping M3GAN apart is nothing short of cathartic, especially for those who didn't find the robot to be remotely likable in the first place and had been waiting most of the movie just to see her destroyed.
