Turns out the game full of Miku songs and magic is just as capable of making you laugh as you would cry or smile.

Events

  • Hello, Good Day! has a ton of funny moments because everyone is moving up a year:
    • Ichika and Honami ends up sharing a class together alongside Kohane in 2-A. Shiho, meanwhile, is in 2-B with both Saki and Emu. You can tell just how exasperated Shiho is from sharing a class with the two most cheerful girls of the cast.
      • Saki and Emu wants to hang out together all day, but Shiho reminds them that they have other responsibilities, such as band practice and part-time jobs. Emu acknowledges that even she's going to be busier with Wonderlands x Showtime activities, but says that that's exactly why they need to hang out together when they can; both Emu and Saki then gives Shiho a double puppy-dog eyes, which is enough to make her relent; Honami remarks that it's rather amusing to see Shiho getting pushed around, and Ichika agrees.
    • Minori loudly declares that she had finally managed to fulfill one of her dreams at long last: being in the same class with Haruka. After Minori fangirls over it for a bit, Haruka says that she's also glad to be sharing a class with Minori before giving her patented Idol Smile, her Bishie Sparkle actually going towards Minori as the latter has to shield her face from it.
      Minori: Ha-Haruka-chan...! You're too dazzling...!
    • As the Leo/need girls are heading out, they heard Tsukasa loudly proclaiming mission accomplished; while the others are surprised, Shiho just looked so done throughout the entire encounter with Tsukasa.
    • Tsukasa's flashback on his opening ceremony began with a shot of the sky, with the man himself screaming so loud it echoed four times. The reason? He finds out he's in the same class with Rui.
    • Nene is not having a good time. Most of the students in her class are extroverts, including An and Akito, and she's afraid that she wouldn't be able to fit in. But just as she managed to bond with An over being fellow trainees in pursuing their dream, Tsukasa and Rui loudly barged in into her classroom. Just as Nene tried to hide and act like she doesn't know them:
Tsukasa: HEEEEEY NENEEEE! HOW IS YOUR NEW CLASS?
Rui: ARE YOU GETTING ALONG WITH YOUR CLASSMATES?
      Nene: (Blushing furiously) I-idio—!

Petit SEKAI

  • Episode 3: "An Idol's Talent"
    • Minori is depressed because she lacks the "idol power" that the rest of MORE MORE JUMP! has... including the Bishie Sparkle that is constantly surrounding Haruka, Airi, and Shizuku throughout this episode. At one point, Minori physically grabs one of Haruka's sparkles, only for Airi to point out that it's pointless if she can't do it herself.
    • Lesson 1: an idol always greets people with Ohayƍgozaimasu, "good morning". Minori goes around greeting everyone in the same hallway at Miya Girls... until she runs into Emu. English doesn't do it justice:
      Minori: Ohayƍgozai-
      Emu: Kon'nichiwandahoi!
      Minori: AHHHH!
  • Episode 4: "Kohane's Street Debut"
  • Episode 6: "Leo/need Style"
  • Episode 7: "The Wonderhoy that Leapt Through Spacetime!"
    • Rui's solution to Tsukasa writing a script that would need two of him? He starts throwing some props together and creates a time machine.
    • Future!Tsukasa is already anticipating their arrival, but Future! An charges up onto the roof and gets dragged along on the trip. Shouldn't Tsukasa and Rui have anticipated this? Oh, wait, they did. Tsukasa even realizes it after they leave.
Future!Tsukasa: Look at my acting! It was pretty good, right?
Future!Rui: This way we can avoid a time paradox.
  • Episode 8: "Go Viral! MORE MORE JUMP!"
  • Episode 9: "The Rumoured Pancakes"
    • Akito and Toya goes looking for a new pancake shop that Akito's heard about... and find themselves at Weekend Garage, with the Vivids overwhelmed by the number of customers. Turns out that An recreated one of Ken's pancake recipes while he was on the mend from a minor injury, posted it on social media, and things snowballed from there.
    • Of course, the BAD DOGS can't just let Weekend Garage go down, so they decide to help. Cut to Ken coming back the next day... to find the crowd has gotten even bigger thanks to the hot new waiters.
Ken: What happened to my shop...?

Other

  • Nightcord at 25:00 Plays Ring Fit Adventure. Kanade being Kanade (along with Ena), hilarity ensues.
    • At the beginning, Kanade couldn't even raise her knees high enough for the character to run. It took her a while before she managed to do so (and with great difficulty).
    • When she saw a door, Kanade assumed that she had finally reached the end. Much to her dismay, it wasn't. This will be repeated numerous times, and by the end of it Kanade just sounded so exhausted and done with the whole thing. Her subtitles even change fonts so that the kana looks exhausted.
    • Both Mizuki and Ena constantly cheers Kanade on to do her best. But as Kanade gets more exhausted and practically dying from the effort, their cheering changed into concern as they start asking Kanade to play at her own pace, encouraging her to skip optional tasks, and even complaining at the game for giving Kanade progressively harder tasks and exercises to do.
    • Doubles as Heartwarming, but near the end of the stage, Kanade got so tired and exhausted that everyone (including Miku and Mafuyu) got so concerned they suggested her to take a break, which she gratefully accepts. Keep in mind that she's just playing the first stage.
    • When Kanade finally reached the end, celebration ensued... until it's revealed that she needs to do the victory pose. At least Mizuki asked Ena and Mafuyu to do the pose together with Kanade to show their solidarity.
    • In contrast to Kanade's run, Mizuki (and Mafuyu) couldn't stop roasting Ena when she's struggling with her portion of the minigame, with Kanade being the only one to encourage and cheer her on. When her final score is revealed to be 12 out of 100 though...
      Ena: Low!
      Mafuyu: This is art...
      Kanade: Out of 100 points...?
      Kanade: Ah, sorry.
    • Mizuki and Mafuyu, being both athletic and regularly exercise unlike the other two, breezed through their portion of the game with minimal mistakes. Ena, while annoyed and argued that their minigames are easier than hers, couldn't hide her amazement at how well they're playing. In exchange, she gets roasted again when Mizuki and Mafuyu's result screen came up.
