I recently did some dog sitting for my neighbors and got a pretty generous check as payment, so I went and spent it all on new digital music. Here’s what I bought:
Albums:
- Anthrax – Worship Music
- Blind Guardian - At the Edge of Time
- Helloween – The Dark Ride / Rabbit Don’t Come Easy (2 in 1 album)
- Iced Earth - Something Wicked This Way Comes
- Megadeth – Endgame
- Nevermore - Dreaming Neon Black
- Nightwish – Wishmaster
- Overkill – Taking Over
- Primal Fear – Nuclear Fire
- Riot - Thundersteel
- Sabaton – Coat of Arms
- Symphony X - V: The New Mythology Suite
- Testament - The New Order
Songs:
- Accept – “Fast as a Shark”
- Dragonforce – “The Game” & “Fallen World”
- Iron Savior – “Titans of Our Time” & “Atlantis Falling”
- Manowar – “Black Wind, Fire and Steel” & “Wheels of Fire”
- Motorhead – “Ace of Spades”
- Nevermore – “The Sound of Silence”
- Disturbed – “Land of Confusion”
- HIM – “Wicked Game”
- Jet Black Stare – “Ready to Roll”
- UFO - "Lights Out"
- Bonnie Tyler – “Total Eclipse of the Heart “& “Holding Out for a Hero”
So basically, lots of metal, plus a few other random things. This should help me keep up my running for a while.
Over the last three weeks:
- The Specials - the two-disk remasters of The Specials and More Specials, plus In The Studio by offshoot Special A.K.A.
- The Velvet Underground - the deluxe version of their Self-Titled Album

All great stuff, to be sure...
In no particular order:

Somehow you know that the time is right.Lindsay Schoolcraft - Rushing Through The Sky
"Strategy? Spacing? I just keep punching until I hit something." - Sol BadguyBad Religion - Recipe For Hate. I like the other stuff of theirs I've heard (mainly Suffer and Stranger Than Fiction), and I like "American Jesus", which was one of the singles off this one.
x 5: I like most of the Judgment Night soundtrack. To me some of the more interesting tracks are less "rap metal", more um, "rap indie rock" - specifically I'm thinking of the De La Soul and Teenage Fanclub, Cypress Hill and Sonic Youth, and Dinosaur Jr. and Del Tha Funkee Homosapien collaborations.

Agalloch - The Serpent & the Sphere on tri-color clear amber double LP with etched D-side & bonus 7" EP.
Somehow you know that the time is right. The deluxe remasters of The Real Thing and Angel Dust by Faith No More- still their best albums- and the first three Danzig albums.
Incidentally, I wonder if any of the other FNM albums will be getting the double-disc remaster treatment sometime in the future? I kinda hope so...
Haven't arrived yet but here's what I've ordered:
- Eight Miles High b/w Why
- A Web of Sound vinyl
- Nuggets: Original Artyfacts... vinyl
- Seeds Singles Collection CD
- Since I Left You CD
- Bee Thousand CD
- Psychedelic Furs CD
- 3rd/Sister Lovers CD
- Endtroducing... CD
Why not just buy the Seeds albums- they've been remastered recently, and they're all pretty solid, IMO.
Also, Endtroducing...- nice choice. Who doesn't love some DJ Shadow?...
I've got The Seeds/A Web of Sound on CD already. From what I've heard, the albums after that aren't that great, but A Web of Sound is one of my favorites now.
New discs came in the mail today.

- Ulcerate - Of Fracture and Failure
- Wo Fat - Noche del Chupacabra
- Pyrexia - Sermon of Mockery (reissue with Liturgy of Impurity demo and Hatredangeranddisgust EP)

Digital:
Various - Keep Safe Boston 2015. A digital-only compilation of Boston/New England local music released for charity. A really long one, in fact - 55 songs from as many different bands.
Yes - Fragile. Specifically a 2003 remaster with two bonus tracks (their cover of Simon And Garfunkel's "America" and an alternate mix of "Roundabout"). I've only listened to "Roundabout" right now, but it does sound a lot clearer than the older, used CD version I used to have. I was tempted to get Tales From Topographic Oceans, which I might get later: Both were $5, Tales... is longer, and for whatever reason, I always get really interested when an album seems to have such a love or hate reaction towards it.
Records:
Prince And The Revolution - Around The World In A Day
Devo - Duty Now For The Future
The Jam - Self-titled 12" note
