Did some research,basically the reason it's so hard to treat is a)location (the brain,it's really hard to administer drugs there!) 2)Prions are made up entirely of protein and they have no DNA or RNA,and all most all medication involves targeting those so we have to develop new drugs which is costly and takes a loooong time
So to summarise,they are near untreatable due how difficult it is target the brain with drugs,and current medication is useless against it

AT&T now owns WarnerMedia (yes, the one that owns Warner Bros.). I knew they wanted to acquire WarnerMedia, but I never knew they actually managed to do it, especially since people were panicking that acquiring them might be too much for AT&T, who was already a pretty big conglomerate of a company.
