I apologize if anyone got caught off guard by it.
I first started using YouTube for a fifth grade science project in 2008 or so. I mostly watched volcanic eruptions, but the only video I can still find is the music video for "A Thousand Miles."
michael jackson thriller video
She/they. Hirrus Clutumnus is my comfort characterFirst started using YouTube to watch Transformers: Animated episodes.
(If anyone can tell me how to properly embed videos in posts, I'll deeply appreciate it.)
Thank you!

My brother and I would watch LOLCats compilations and read the captions in funny voices together. It was a simpler time.
They/them or she/herI deleted it (and my other videos) since then, but my first video was a reaction video to the Stan Lee vs Jim Henson Epic Rap Battle of History.
My first was this Swedish parody dub of Lord of the Rings. Oh, to be 11 again...
This.

I am still learning tricks of the trade, but I must say that I've at least improved. Not cutting up the footage and editing volume levels was a huge mistake.
In my early days of YouTube watching, I remember finding (via Google, probably) a video of the Tristar Pictures logo playing normally, fast and slow. (I can’t find the video on YouTube, but I think I downloaded it, so I will provide an Internet Archive link later.)
After I found that, one video lead to another, which eventually resulted in me finding this video of the full version of the “Dancing City” closing credits of Sesame Street. (Before that, I had only seen the short version from Seasons 34-37.)
Edit: I checked two of my external hard drives and couldn’t find it, so I have one more drive to check later.
Edit 2: The video is indeed on my other external hard drive, but I will have to upload it later.
Edit 3: Here it is.

Are we human, or are we dancer?Honestly, I forgot. It was probably for anime pirating, Sgt. Frog in particular. A shame Funimation didn't release the entire series but that's more money in my pocket.
You know those slideshow videos of Total Drama characters in dramas or something? Or edited to look like Disney Channel/Nickelodeon characters? I loved that shit when I was nine years old.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe. This animation trying too hard to be edgy... I think. The only part I remember about it is Hello Kitty(?) getting decapitated, so the most I can really do is judge it based off that.
i think i’m in love (probably just hungry)A The Annoying Orange video that my sister showed me. The first video I looked up myself was probably something Plants vs. Zombies-related.

HqamiliciousOh, bloody hell, that was a LONG time ago, I mean, it must have been in 2.-3. grade in primary school. I believe it was a Noobwork Minecraft livestream (after it was streamed) but I am not sure.
"Listen up, Marina, because this is SUPER important. Whatever you do, don't eat th“ “DON'T EAT WHAT?! Your text box ran out of space!”UPDATE: Sgt. Frog is getting released by a different company overseas. I hope they release the entire show which means I’d waste more money.
Somewhat off-topic, the first video I uploaded was a music video; Soul Eater to Voltaire’s When You’re Evil. I’m kidding, it was a Rick Roll. It was taken down due to “infringement” and I used a different alias back then. Still, it was a lot of fun editing it together.
I can't remember the actual first video I ever saw, but it was likely Transformers related, or it may have been something like the "Badgers" meme song or the Llama song, as I remember seeing those when I was very young. Maybe it could have been Charlie the Unicorn. I also remember this music video of "Weird Al" Yankovic's Albuquerque with Pokemon, which may also have been my first video, but my memory isn't good enough to remember.

—signature not found—I remember looking at a bunch of anime/cartoon AMVs when I was little. I also remember watching a Powerpuff Girls Z one but I can't remember which one I exactly watched
it was either a specific screamer (the k-fee one with the car), some El Chavo del ocho "bloopers" or this one
I believe the first You Tube video I ever saw was the music video for the song Barbie Girl when I was in second or third grade.
:3The music was freaking amazing and the video was cool too. Sad it wasn't that way when I actually got the game, but it's still kickass.
Currently mostly inactive. An incremental game I tested: https://galaxy.click/play/176 (Gods of Incremental)
We've all used youtube before so what was the first video you saw that introduced you to it?
For me it was this video
Edit:I made the mistake of linking a screamer so I picked the second video I saw
