That's from Supermarioglitchy4s Super Mario 64 Bloopers. In "Golfing for Gold", whenever someone gets a hole in one, the words "HOLE IN ONE" appear onscreen. The O in ONE is a golfball with dat face on it. I thought the face was so funny that I put it in my gallery.

That's Some Call Me Johnny. He's a video game reviewer. He also has his own Let's Play channel done with his friend and younger brother. He is also a main member of Brain Scratch Commentaries, a group that kinda is like a Let's Play channel (It's more like a member records a game, uploads it to the RAW channel, and then record a commentary of the playthrough).

The woman with green hair on the left is Palutena from Kid Icarus. The woman with blue hair on the right is Lucina from Fire Emblem: Awakening. They're both playable characters in Super Smash Bros, and they're a sort of not cracky slash ship in that franchise.

She's my OC, Calia Rayfer. The Stingray thing is Chris, her Guardian Entity

Long story short this girl is part Terran, part Made of Magic Eldritch Abomination, and she subsequently has pretty high-level magic, as well as her soul being split into two halves, one human, and the other a Guardian. Anyway, Calia has powers over the solid state and cold, and is one of four main female characters in the work she's from, Diamond Phase.

They are Sun Wukong and Neptune Vasillias from RWBY. Both are members of Team SSSN (pronounced "Sun"). Sun is a Monkey faunus who has an interest in Blake (who is a cat faunus). Sun's weapon is a Bo Staff that becomes nunchucks-with-guns. Neptune is Sun's friend. His weapon is a Trident. Ironically, he's an aquaphobe. Neptune is a Casanova Wannabe, but Weiss has shown interest in him.

Sun is on the left and Neptune is on the right.

Where's this mecha from? A lot of the others I can tell via their imagenames or have seen them before, but this one?

It's a Mook that was supposed to be used for a flash game of mine. These things were ninja/assassin mooks, their main specialty is that they become completely invisible in the dark, and they are immune to/absorb dark element attacks. However, they're very weak to bright light, which even blinds and stuns them, and light-elemental attack deal heavy damage too.

The main idea of these guys is to make sure your character stays in the light (or to find a way to turn on the lights) since they can use a One-Hit Kill assassination move on you if they're invisible in the dark.

That's from a Youtube video titled "Spider-Man in the Kawaii World". He ends up in various anime worlds, including Pokemon, Dragon Ball Z, Death Note, Inu Yasha, Yu-Gi-Oh, Bleach (maybe), Sailor Moon, and Naruto. That is the end of the Inu Yasha part: Miroku is asking Spidey to bear his children.
