Well, I don't know if I could choose a single favorite work. 
Klonoa is a strong contender, though. I could be a citizen in one of the Dream worlds. My world would probably be terrorized by nightmares, but Klonoa would stop them for us. That would be nice. 
TNP gets to meet any creator of their choice, and they will willingly listen to TNP's ideas for their work.

Ugh, another hard one to choose pick one from. There's quite a few creators I like in addition to numerous works. So I'll just summarize what would happen if I got to meet any of 'em: We'd have a friendly conversion, get to know each other better before eventually getting down to business. Who knows, maybe with any luck they'll help me with my work one day and be best friends.
TNP just saw in person the leaders of their country naked. As in, the leaders of all branches of government.

I'd try to get artificial ears. Couldn't bear to be unable to hear anything, such as the voices of my loved ones or my favorite music.
TNP just found out that they inadvertently wiped out a few civilizations just as advanced as us by unknowingly stepping on them as they're practically invisible to the naked eye due to being just that tiny.

Well, first things first, I'd try to find a way to contact the outside so that they know my situation. And since I love books, if I see any new ones that catch my attention and if I get the okay from the outside contact, I may just take a few, mentally add up the amount including tax, and put the money on the counter with a note that briefly sums up my situation and the books I'm paying for. Of course I won't leave with the books as I know it would set off the security alarm, I'd wait until they do something to work around that.
TNP is in the middle of taking a bath/shower when suddenly a heavy-duty vehicle bashes through the wall and the tub TNP is in is now stuck to the front of the vehicle as chaos erupts in the streets as it turns out the driver of the vehicle is in was in pursuit of an enemy car and the police are chasing after both vehicles. Naturally, all cars involved are being driven by people that Drives Like Crazy. If TNP lives on a floor that's not ground level, then said vehicle got there by taking advantage of the heavy-dutiness of the vehicle by driving their way up and down floors.
So in short, TNP is now naked in a tub, pinned against the front of a vehicle in a chase scene that looks straight out of an action movie.

Unwanted harem, definitely. I don't feel romantic or sexual attraction. Hopefully I don't get subjected to too much slapstick.

TNP just watched a live-action Metroid film featuring Lady Gaga as Samus and Adam Sandler as Ridley, and it turns out to be even worse than TNP thought it'll be.

TBH, I've never gotten into the Metroid series. If this happened to a series I really enjoyed, then I would have a problem with it at first. But I think eventually I would be able to laugh it off.

I have many favorite universes and it's hard to pick one as a favorite, so I'll just randomly go with Mario. Can't think of a least favorite off the top of my head at the moment, but as they're probably the least favorite for a good reason I don't think I'll have a fun time in-universe.
TNP just got hit in the groin by a boxing glove on a stick... with said stick attached to the front of a passenger train going at top speed.
