If you're familiar with Contextualize/Whamise This Line, then you may know how this will work. However, instead of a line, you must write a plot/synopsis based off a title from a work in a "Poster above you" format. For example...
Troper A: Soul Surfer
Troper B: Soul Surfer is a cyberpunk action film about a man who has the unique ability to go into the bodies of other people, and must do this to clear his name for a crime he hasn't committed.
Something like that. I'm just hoping I'm being concise enough. Alright, let's begin.

A Law Procedural about a racially-charged protest-gone-violent told in a way that's oddly sympathetic to people of color for a film made in the 70s. The critics in its day panned it for its Very Special Episode tone, but it has since gained a cult following for being so progressive.

Days I Already Died
A youth worker reflects on their own troubled past as they deal with each new case in through the door. The first episode has the protagonist talk an oblivious abusive ex through escaping the Parent that Made Them That Way, and continues on through an anthology of urban and suburban trauma cases. The series 'escalates' as each successive case leaves the protagonist more and more shaken, until eventually the finale has the past catch the present, and the 'case of the week' is the protagonist realizing that they themselves are not OK, and need to reach out for help.
The show title is taken from the protagonist's self-deprecating view on their job - from their perspective, each kid's trauma and obstacles make their own past history of issues look small-time in comparison - the protagonist not realizing, of course, that in reality they've had it just as bad.
Tendrils of Ink

Any time you aren't running, I'm getting closer. The main character is initially the sort of person who agrees just to be agreeable. He does what he thinks the people in his life and society in general expect of him. He has a midlife crisis in which he realizes how much of his life he has wasted and goes to the opposite extreme. He eventually reaches the understanding that if he unquestioningly follows expectations or just as unquestioningly flouts them, he is still letting them rule his life.
