• Acting for Two: Hiroshi Kamiya voices both MadRex and Hashiri-ken.
• All-Star Cast: The voice cast of the series features notable names such as Rica Matsumoto, Jun'ichi Suwabe, Nana Mizuki, Sumire Morohoshi, and Hiroshi Kamiya.
• Production Posse: Rica Matsumoto and Atsuhiro Tomioka are both veterans of the ever-famous Pokémon franchise, particularly the beloved and long-running anime series.
• Promoted Fanboy: Some of the cast revealed their favorite Sentai series in a Cinema Today video interview.
  • Haruhi Iuchi (Taiya Hando/Bun Red) stated that his favorites were Samurai Sentai Shinkenger and Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger.
  • Miu Suzuki (Mira Shifuto/Bun Pink) commented that she enjoyed Mahou Sentai Magiranger due to her sister.
  • Ryu Saito (Jou Akuse/Bun Black) has been a huge Sentai fan ever since he was a child, with one of his favorites being Engine Sentai Go-onger, having bought action figures of the team when it was airing. He also stated that his favorites were Sosuke Esumi/Go-On Red and Renn Kosaka/Go-On Blue.
• Prop Recycling: The manhole Taiya uses against MadRex in episode 6 was first wielded by Yuko Kitagima/Another Kiva in Kamen Rider Zi-O
• Role Reprise: Masashi Takada returns as police officer Keisuke Asada in #6.
• Throw It In!: Darts Grumer was written as a more serious, refined character, but the suit actor played the role more comedically, so the director instructed the voice actor to alter his performance accordingly.

  • Satoru Soma (Genba Bureki/Bun Orange) previously appeared in the 8th episode of Avataro Sentai Donbrothers as a man who flirts with Sononi.
  • Rica Matsumoto (Bundorio Bunderas) is a veteran of the franchise, with some of her last roles being Arthur G6 in Chikyuu Sentai Fiveman, Trash Dimension in Choujin Sentai Jetman, Spinning Banki in Engine Sentai Go-onger and a guest character in Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger.
  • Jun'ichi Suwabe (Decotorade) has voiced a few Monster of the Weeks prior to Boonboomger, such as Ushirobushi in Shinkenger, Tubaloid and Tubaloid 2 in Tokumei Sentai Go Busters, and Lamp Shadow in Ressha Sentai ToQger.
  • Nana Mizuki (Itarsha) previously voiced Psycholon in Kamen Rider × Super Sentai × Space Sheriff: Super Hero Taisen Z, and dubbed over Becky G as Trini Kwan in the 2017 Power Rangers movie.
  • The Sanseaters' boss, Mad Rex, is voiced by Hiroshi Kamiya, who previously voiced Shou Ronpo/Ryu Commander in Uchu Sentai Kyuranger.
