    General
  • Just the fact that Taiya and Boondorio have managed to build all of the Boonboom Cars by themselves. As of now, there are seventeen of them.
  • The fourth episode gives one to humanity as a whole; they have official jurisdiction with ALIENS. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, alien relations on planet Earth; diplomatic ones at that!

Series

    Bakuage 1: The Courier's Handle
  • Taiya's first fight as Bun Red sees him utilizing his speed and agility to easily outmaneuver Wedding Dress Grumer and the Neziretta.
  • Taiya using the tires on his suit's back to crush Wedding Dress Grumer into near-submission.
  • Inspired by Taiya's words of not letting someone else take the wheel, Mira flies back with Ishiro to where Taiya is fighting and declares her intent to become a Boonboomger, to which Taiya immediately obliges.
  • Ishiro and Mira prove to be no slouches in combat, with the former using his incredible agility and markmanship while the latter uses raw power and instinct to take down the Neziretta with ease. What's especially notable is that this is Mira's first outing as Bun Pink, and yet she is able to keep up with the more-experienced Taiya and Ishiro with minimal issue.
  • The Bakuage Handling Drive sees the Boonboomger trio utilize their speed to instantly cut down Wedding Dress Grumer into a "No Ignition Key" sign.
  • The team's first mecha battle is filled with awesome moments from start-to-end, which is helped by the seamless blending of CGI and practical effects.
    • During the car chase with a Gyahsoline-empowered Yalcar, Mira goes ahead of Ishiro and Taiya's vehicles to catch up with Yalcar. She then proceeds to outmaneuver Yalcar despite the latter's size advantage. Mind you, she's doing this with the only car that uses the left-offside for the driver's seat compared to the other's Japanese-standard right-offside.
    • The Boonboomger Robo has an incredible amount of power and speed, using both simultaneously to overpower the giant Wedding Dress Grumer. With the help of Ishiro's analysis and Mira's unconventional thinking, the mecha proceeds to unscrew the Grumer's armor, only to then reform it into a wedding cake, to which the team promptly slices through it with the Bakuage Driver: Boonboom Finish.
    • After a long period of heavily-CGI mecha battles, this one plays out almost entirely in a practical model city so detailed you'd almost swear they filmed on a greenscreen and added video footage of Tokyo.

Bakuage 2: The Insider Does Not Approve
  • When Ishiro looks like he's not going to do anything, Mira immediately transforms and gets to work, trying her absolute hardest to fend off Soujiki Grumer and protect Jou from being sucked up.
  • Taiya reveals that Ishiro didn't actually abandon Mira as she believed: Ishiro quickly deduced that Soujiki Grumer has a limit to how much he can suck up at a time, so he made plans to use the Boonboom Wagon to drag him out to a local junkyard that Taiya procured in order to clog up the Grumer's dust bag.
  • The Reveal that Taiya managed to communicate to Genba to procure the junkyard in such a short amount of time.
  • In a mixture of Awesome and Heartwarming, Taiya theorizes that Ishiro's "abandonment" of Mira was in fact a sign of respect from him, as he entrusted her to take care of things while he put the plan into action, meaning that he actually does accept her as a team member.
  • The Gun Mode version of the Bakuage Handling Drive is just as stunning as the Rod Mode version, as it uses all three of the Boonboomgers' shots to ram Soujiki Grumer into a "No Ignition Key" sign.
  • To prevent Soujiki Grumer from fully sucking up the Boonboomger Robo, Taiya decides to revert it back into the Boonboom Trailer to crush the heck out of him before finishing him off.

Bakuage 3: The Driver Won't Stop
  • The Tokei Grumer slicing a bullet from Jou's handgun. If it weren't for Taiya performing a Diving Save, Jou would've suffered much more than just having a Wrecked Weapon.

Bakuage 4: The Call of a Hero
  • Jou gets one when he evacuates Sauna Grumer's victims. Even before he became Bun Black, he proves himself to be a true hero.

Bakuage 5: The Peacekeeper Won't Give Up
  • Jou's full debut as Bun Black is full of surprises before and after earning his Boonboom Booster and Charge Axe!
    • Forgoing Taiya's orders to retreat, Jou volunteers to throw the dart in the woman hostage's place. But rather than throwing at the bullseye, as per Darts Grumer's rules, he instead decides "screw the game" and throws it at his face instead, allowing the civilians to escape. He then baits the villains into chasing him and toughs out a beating from Darts Grumer just long enough for the Boonboomgers to come to his rescue.
    • When Jou sees Darts Grumer charging his finisher, he decides it's the last straw, gets out of his hiding place and attacks him, taking quite the beating from the monster, but still refusing to stay down.
Jou: I am...just a cop...(proceeds to get the living daylights beaten out of him while told he's a nuisance) But it's a policeman's duty...to protect the people! (screams while struck with exploding darts) Which is why...the Boonboomgers... will be safe with me!
    • And who gives him the Boonboom Booster and Charge Axe? None other than Genba the Dealer. This leads to Jou's transformation into Bun Black.
    • As Boon Black, Jou manages to block three of Darts Grumer's finishers before destroying him all by himself. Even more impressive is that he remembers that Darts Grumer's face is where he is most vulnerable.
    • Boonboomger Robo Police debuts here too, turning Darts Grumer's darts into a fireworks show with with its gunshots. Even Darts Grumer is impressed.
    • During the Yalcar chase, Jou brings an entire fleet of Boonboom PatoCars 1 to chase and ambush Yalcar with another fleet turning into road spikes.
Bakuage 6: The White and the Black
  • Genba continues to assist the Boonboomgers from the sideline, this time helping Taiya by throwing him a manhole cover which the latter uses as a shield to deflect a blast from Madrex.
  • Taiya keeping up with Madrex actually earns the latter's admiration, making him rather eager to cross blades with him again. Judging by Madrex's tone, few to none have lasted this long against him.
  • Jou shows he's a completely spotless cop who takes his job almost too seriously even on his off time, as proven when the Toilet Grumer splashes him and his clean truth is the same declaration he made before, that he will protect the Boonboomgers and everyone in his town.
    Bakuage 7: The Dealer's Brake
  • Genba's line before he transforms into Bun Orange.
Taiya: Dealer, what did you bring us today?
Genba: Me. Let me speed you up. Together we're the wheel called the Boonboomger.
    • And with that, the Boonboomgers are completely formed for the first time.
  • Genba proves to be a skilled fighter and manages to break Block Bay Grumer's walls before completely destroying him.
  • Taiya deserves a special mention too for managing to actually injure MadRex, who've been overpowering both him and the other Boonboomgers since his arrival.
  • Boonboomger Robo Builder debuts in this episode too, and let's just say the the Hashirien chose a bad day to create a wall-themed Grumer.
Bakuage 9: The Courier Team's Handle
  • While Taiya is still unconscious, the other Boonboomgers go to fight MadRex, leading to another Curb-Stomp Battle in his favor. Before he manages to take them down, Taiya and Shirabe arrive in the Boonboom Super Car, but before Taiya can fight MadRex alone, the other Boonboomgers get back on their feet and declare their will to help him achieve his and Boondorio's dreams. The team, now more united that ever and with the help of all of the previously used Boonboom cars and the newly-formed Boonboomger Robo Knight, manage to defeat MadRex in both his regular and giant sizes, finally putting an end to the Hashirien Captain that gave them so much trouble.
